I have a 2020 Lexus RC 350 F Sport RWD, and I’ve been dealing with a persistent, high-pitched squealing noise when braking at low speeds.
The noise seems to depend on brake pressure. It’s most noticeable when lightly pressing the brakes, and it gets quieter or stops when I press harder. I also notice it when turning while braking.
I replaced the front brake pads and rotors a few months ago, but the noise was happening before the replacement and is still happening afterward. We’ve also cleaned the brake area, which helped temporarily, but the squealing eventually came back.
I’ve noticed some rust on the front rotors as well.
Has anyone experienced something similar on their RC 350? Could it be the brake pad compound, shims/hardware, caliper slide pins, or something else? Is there a known Lexus service bulletin or updated brake pad kit I should look into?
I’d appreciate any advice before spending more money replacing parts. Thanks!

Seen coilovers for an rcF for sale, would they still fit my 200t?

Intermittent showing of tire pressure. Or it will blink and stay solid for a while. Once day it work another it doesn’t. Replaced left front last year. Other 3 are original 2015 model year.
Took it to my Mechanic over the weekend he plugged in his snap on tool in the OBD two it didn’t show any codes or anything. He also tested it with the TPms tool and it showed everything was OK with the sensors so what else could it be and what do I need to replace?

Looks absolutely insane in person. Car looks awesome during the day, but turns into a different beast at night with all of the bright LED lighting that’s out there

Finally got around to installing this recently and figured I’d share the results. I was able to remove the door panels, remove the stock white ambient lighting rod and insert these rgb strips into the space and seal it back up with glue. Ran the wire through the door as well and all wires are hidden. I also ran the dash strip behind the screen and ran the wire through the dash and down. Zero holes drilled and zero wires visible.
I’m super happy with the outcome. The door lighting was some what technical to get it to fit and maintain oem style but was so worth it.
I have around $15k, is getting a rc200t at this price point any smart as a teen driver?
I was also seeing a rc300 awd for around there but it has higher mileage.

Hey, is it a common situation with the starter going out in a high moisture area?

Hey guys, just finally installed Pedal Commander on my RC 200 T. Absolutely completely different car blown away. The positive comments were an understatement. I do have a concern though… Getting a singular pop sounding like metal after every third time I put my foot on the gas to accelerate. I’m concerned if this is some serious component that I’m affecting and I’m wondering if this is something that will affect my car long-term I want to hear y’all thought thoughts.

Wanting to buy a exhaust mod for my rc 200t I know that it is a smaller engine but I strongly want to avoid a tuner with loud drone noises. I want to sound like a modest/ deeper tone upgrade. What would be the better option?

Hi looking for a shop in the Orlando or greater Orlando area that has experience working on a 2017 Lexus RC F. I just had some pulleys installed on it and I would like to have someone take a second look. The shop seemed knowledgeable but said the part I purchased from a reputable company that it needed to be modified to fit on the vehicle. Any recommendations would be greatly appreciated.

Ideally, it'd be my daily driver!
Cross-shopping between an RC-F and a RWD F Type R, both having their pros and cons, and whilst I feel I have a good outlook on the F Type, the RC-F and the experiences of it are a lot less "in the limelight".
Do let me know! Thank you all :)

Hit 105k miles on the RCF before it went 😂. Using a solid gasket this time. Hope it holds up longer than the silicone gasket did lol.
