Barnet Barnet 1 - 3 Swindon Town: Barnet's unbeaten run ends with a bang, thanks to a masterclass in finishing from Swindon, and especially an unbelievable goalkeeper display from Connor Ripley!

Exeter City Congrats to Exeter Man of the Match: Harry Wager.

Absolute trash today. Crewe certainly didn't look like they had any interest in a result, but both Exeter goals were absolute wiffs by Wager.

Sorry, rant over.

Bristol Rovers Bristol Rovers 1 - 2 Salford City: Rovers' very tough run of form continues, and although they gave it a good go after half-time, they were unable to prevent Salford's sixth consecutive win!

EFL League Two Charity Run for England's 92

Hello League Two fans! I'm a football fan from the US and I'm currently running for charity for England's 92 professional clubs. I'm training for a half-marathon 40 days from Saturday and on 33 of those days, I’m virtually visiting the stadiums of all 92 clubs in England’s top four football leagues by running for the length of time it takes to drive from one football ground to the next. Meanwhile, I'm raising money through my GoFundMe to donate to a charity from each of the top four leagues.

For each day of running, I’m making a short video where I discuss the clubs and highlight their official charities. You can pick a club from each of the four leagues until the half-marathon, and at the end, the charity of the club with the most votes in each league will receive 25% of the fundraising total.

Please consider donating and/or sharing this with others! All support is greatly appreciated! Cheers!

Discussion Would you back an unbeaten team over the league leaders for promotion right now?

Salford are top, but Barnet and Crewe being unbeaten makes this early table more interesting than simply following whoever has the most points.

Personally, I'd be careful about judging promotion chances in October. Consistency over the winter matters more than a good opening run, especially when injuries and fixture congestion start catching up with squads.

I’ve got mixed feelings about Sheff Wednesday at home, could’ve been away but beggars can’t be choosers. It’ll be a good atmosphere until we’re 7-0 down after half an hour.

For the people who have started this season, scores go as follows:
5 points for predicting the exact scoreline
2 points for picking the correct winner with the wrong score
0 If you predict a draw instead of a winner (or a winner instead of a draw)
-1 point for predicting the opposite winner

Barnet Barnet are quietly making a serious case for promotion in League Two

I think Barnet deserve more recognition for the start they’ve made this season. Winning 3–1 against Bristol Rovers and staying unbeaten through their opening eight league games is impressive. I really like the consistency they’re showing, and if they can keep playing with this confidence, I can see them becoming serious contenders for automatic promotion. It’ll be interesting to see if they can maintain this level over the coming weeks.

Gillingham Gareth Ainsworth and Gillingham in League Two feels like a match made in heaven.

His teams are all about intensity, physical battles and making life miserable for defenders, and Gillingham seem to be getting that identity nailed down now. That 4-1 win at Rotherham was some statement, too. If they can keep playing like that, I can see them being a proper nuisance in the promotion race. Could be a very good fit this, couldn't it?
