Official Episode Discussion Episode 685: Clifford Olson Part IV - Cash for Corpses
The Clifford Olson series comes to a close as the boys cover the final murders, Olson's long-overdue arrest, and the outrageous deal that saw Canadian authorities pay a serial killer $100,000 for the locations of his victims' bodies.

Informal poll: do you want Ed and Henry to cover the Bend Oregon shooting on side stories, or is it just too dark and messed up to want to listen to?
First off, RIP to those poor kids, and it legit freaks me out how that situation could have been so much worse. It's one of those stories that I find myself randomly thinking about throughout the day.
Last Side Stories they brought up some of the darker stories in the news really quick, and Ed was like, "Let's not talk about that stuff," and they did a great show from there. This made me wonder: it seems like they should be the show to talk about mass violence and those sorts of terrible stories, but it's also a comedy show and sometimes a story is so dark there's just no way to make it "entertaining" the way a podcast needs to be. Thinking about what happened at that elementary school just makes me sick, and I would probably skip them talking about it if they brought it up because it just makes me want to cry.
That said I'm curious how other people feel about this. Are you okay with them wading into the darkest of dark stories on side stories, or do you want them to keep it more weird (like the fake substitute teacher, butt sniffers, etc.). Obviously there's no wrong answers, I'm just curious how many people have a "too far" switch when it comes to side stories.

Patreon issue?
Did anyone else get the latest movie stories but not the main ep on their Patreon feed? It looks like my membership is still running, so I'm unsure where the issue is!

Is anyone else enjoying CASSIE WORKMAN IS WITCHY AF?
I've hopped on this fun little romp on youtube and I think it would be absolutely amazing if the boys at LPOTL and Cassie Workman collabed. She has episodes on Aleister Crowley, The History of Wicca, Demons in Pop Culture....etc etc. The guest interviews aren't my favourite, but its funny, focused on the Occult and THERE'S PUPPETS!
Get into the Aleister Crowley episode here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Cy4O98LvVXI

Has anyone purchased the LPOTL deck of cards?
How is the quality? I actively play cards and collect decks, but I do not like cheap novelty decks. Are they similar quality to a Bicycle deck?
Hail yourselves

Just caught the directors cut of The Devils at the local showing. Might need a re-listen of the Loudon series.

Is this what Henry was going on about during all those Squarespace ads?
And no, the irony of Henry Zebrowski sharing the same name as the game's protagonist is not lost on me. (The game is Kingdom Come: Deliverance 2.)

Video of from the stream
Does anyone have a clip from the episode of the stream that had the video of the lady losing her shit in traffic and it had a voiceover of guided meditation? I can’t find the video anywhere and it was really funny.
