Hey fellow fans of the W! I am visiting CA from the east coast this weekend, staying on Redondo Beach. Hoping someone from this area knows a spot (brunch? bar?) to watch game 4. I hope it’s ok to post here as it is not Sparks related but WNBA/LA area related?

Looking for jumbotron footage from The Denver Nuggets v Los Angeles Lakers preseason game at crypto arena on 16th October. My daughter appeared jumping up and down holding her dad’s arms during the second segment of the L.A. lakers girls. We were on holiday from Australia so would mean the world if anyone caught a clear video of this! She’s blonde, 2.5 years old and wearing a purple lakers shirt.

I know I’m very late to the party but I was hoping to get a Plum jersey.

I was excited when we picked her up and I really enjoyed having her on the sparks and was hoping maybe somewhere has them even on a discount since she’s gone now. I’ve gotten jerseys for cheap in the past after the player was gone from the team. I don’t mind repping former players, and she was fun to watch.

Don’t really want the Fanatics Replica style, those just look like tank tops. Hoping for a Nike Swingman. Ideally the Purple Explorer or Gold Victory but open to all of the colors.

Thank you!

afraid that most bars will only show monday night football and dodgers games

She won't leave for another college job but the W? Remains to be seen. https://nypost.com/2026/10/08/sports/might-uclas-cori-close-leave-for-wnba-the-door-isnt-shut/

I know there’s been a lot of talk here lately about Sparks season tickets, pricing, renewals, etc. I just saw this on Threads and thought I’d share since it gets into a lot of the same stuff people have been discussing.

I hope this is ok since it’s not a Sparks specific post.

I’m so stoked! Just bough a ticket for a birthday present to myself!!

We're gonna finally hear what Ariana's vision is for the Sparks today.

Had ChatGPT run some numbers. Her performance dramatically worsened since prior 2 years and it’s hard to believe she just became a worse player. Her role significantly changed and Roberts never really adapted to that reality. My biggest gripe on Roberts was her unwillingness to experiment when plan clearly not working. Will be very hard to offload this contract so best we can hope for is new coach can see this and try her back in a more familiar role.

I don't know anything about the Sparks new DJ but did anyone notice how she was playing Bay area rap and hip Hop against the valkyrie last night?

It was either extremely arrogant or stupid to be playing music so that irritates the other team or in this case, make them feel at home?

Smh

Bring her back 😭😭😭😭 Lynne can’t hurt her anymore

Had the pleasure of attending Nneka’s last game. Can’t believe they blew it. Glad Lynne Roberts is gone
