My bare bones concept for ideas are something very minor, like

- Coach has a bit more temp health when getting revived (big guy)

- Rochelle reacts faster to SI presence and can point out which general direction they’re in (only left or right) bc the News or whatever idk

- Francis has very slightly faster cooldown on shoves (like inconsequentially slight) from (probably?) being in fights a lot (idk Francis lore)

- Nick gets an unnoticeably minor spread reduction on secondaries only (criminal past = more proficiency)

- Ellis can interact with things very slightly faster (generators, gas cans, reviving teammates, anything with a meter) cuz mechanic

- Louis could have the speed boost from adrenaline last like a bit longer (9-5 office worker = coffee junkie) or get like 3 more hp from pills (Pills Here)

- Bill can switch between item slots a bit faster (military) and his corpse now rots 15% slower

- Zoey can go slightly lower on hp without limping (idk it’s just unique) and now has crippling student loan debts to make up for the lack of limp

And then tweak the numbers/mechanics on all of these to where they basically have zero effect on the base gameplay/balance save for once in a blue moon

I am constantly bombarded with fucking map votes whenever I play online with randos, I was on Dead Center minding my buisness with some randoms, and we were actually having a blast. Was an actual talking lobby, we were comparing favorite weapons, least liked versus infected spawns, what other horde shooters we liked and then one guy logs off after we wrapped up Finale. We got to start No Mercy for funsies and about halfway through the first mission, some fucking clown joins us. This guy immediately votes to switch to Dark Carnival, so we tell him no and that we're happy to change over when we finish No Mercy. He starts whining at us in text saying how "L4D1 was mid as fuck" and "Dark Carnival is one of the only good maps in the game" completely ignoring the fact that we agreed to play Dark Carnival AFTER we finished. This fucking loser then opens his mic and soundboard spams, we're talking ear rape, slur spamming, screaming and he starts REPEATEDLY trying to switch us to Dark Carnival, and copy pasting F1 in chat. We kicked his ass naturally.

I know not everyone is gonna be this much of a baby about it, but if you don't like the campaign we're playing just go to a different server or wait your damn turn.

They removed the YouTube achievements from Team Fortress 2 so people can actually 100% the game now. I’m asking Valve to please look at Good Guy Nick and either remove it or change it so it can be attainable!

I found this really cool addon which lets you play Versus mode alone (without friends or servers). I had a lot of fun playing it. However, on levels where you, the player, have some objective to complete, the survivor bots just get stuck and just randomly roam around or just gather at one specific spot not knowing what to do. Aside from that this mode is amazing! So, I thought I'd share it.

You can read the "How to start it" section in the description of the addon. Also, I think they don't mention it in the description but press [M] to change between infected and survivors.

So I'm a new player with around 23 hours on l4d2 and I was trying to get achievments but Im unable to survive for 7 to 10 minutes by myself and when i join online i never get the achievement maybe because i join after game has started so i was thinking if anyone could maybe duo or help out?

I was thinking. If the poster says 4- 8 pm and the car is still there, then I would think that Dead Center takes place on October 14th between 4 and maybe 6 pm

I don't understand how the Smoker is able to capture people by just shooting their tongues at them. The tongue would just flop to the ground after hitting someone.

It would make way more sense for them if they tied their tongues like lassos then swung them around like cowboys.

Was joining 3 new players on the Map "Terminal" and thought this is nearly impossible to fail. its one of the easiest maps. So many molotovs and 5 gascans i will put to make sure we cant lose (because new players often ignore tank).

Well in first 2 Minutes they started shooting gascans without tanks in sight and threw many molotovs at burning tanks or commons and used all medkits.

1 guy ran away to the booth where he defended alone and we only made it to 7 min, cause i was busy helping pinned teammates while shooting tanks too. :D
