I recently moved to Kuwait, and my Civil ID lists my job title as Service Engineer. My salary is less than KD 600, and I have a BS in Computer Science, attested by both MOFA and the Kuwaiti Embassy. However, I do not have a Kuwait Society of Engineers (KSE) membership or license.

Would I be eligible for an exemption from the KD 600 salary requirement and the two year residency requirement based on my engineering job title?

I can't really find too many primary sources of information regarding this.
