16 days until Halloween 🎃

Winter has to be near me all the time, yet she won't cuddle with me because I pet too much. She gets annoyed and whacks me so she figured out she could just hang out on my Rollator.

I saw this bracelet at my local Dollar General store for a buck and immediately thought of Pinto Bean! It's Halloween themed and lights up! Makes it easy to know where he's at when it's dark and we are still moving around. He has room to still grow into this for a collar. Gotta start early! 💪🏼🫘😻

He is such an affectionate, playful kitty! He used a to run the neighborhood, leaving litters of kittens wherever he went!

He plays a little rough, doesn't meow, but he has one heck of a purr motor! He's also a big baby and has trained me to carry him to his feeding table for meals and snacks😻

Obie is positive for FIV and FeLV (feline HIV and feline leukemia), he also has stomatitis.

Ashley Elizabeth Cromwell or simply "Ash" for short. A former feral kitten and foster from my sanctuary. She has two other kitties she lives with, a ginger and a tuxedo. Both of which also came from my sanctuary. I love seeing kitties I once knew, thriving in their forever homes. Meow

To start, the vet said his eye is "normal" for the infection he had. It kinda looks like he has an outer ring and a center dot that looks like a cataract. She told me the medical term but it's a long name. It has to do with the fact that he had a form of herpes. His eye will look like this. She looked and said that what we are seeing is the scaring on his eye and it has healed up really well. He gets to keep his eye.

I did ask what would make it that I have to come back in. She said if he starts to keep it closed all the time and that it's painful to him. Then it would mean surgery and an eye removal. I'm gonna have the positive vibes that, that will never happen!

He also gets to start taking his Revolution for fleas, worms, and everything else it protects.

His weight? Drum 🥁 roll please! He is.... 2 pounds and..... 2 oz! The vet said he's finally a cat! Lol 😆😆 he had gained almost a pound in 2 weeks.

He has a clean bill of health and can now be all the kitten wants to be! Aside from having not perfect vision in that eye, he's doing awesome 😻.

The photo is of us waiting for the vet to come in. He was sweet, he'd be purring away and then see shadows under the door and he'd stop purring, sit up and do that little head bob and weave. Then he'd lay back down and start to purr again. He did this several times. 💪🏼🫘💜
