I’m playing knock out and I made a purchase and hit level 700 but never got my turbo earnings. It says I’ve completed it but I never received the money on my account

Is this a scam!?! I’ve played some of their games then I go to cash out and I’m locked out of my account. What’s going on here?!? Scam??

Started kashkick almost a month ago. My friend told me it was a good way to make some money while playing games.

I racked up almost 1.7k to withdraw, but some of the bonuses were still pending so I was waiting for everything to clear to withdraw. This morning, I opened the app to see I was logged out. Put in my username and password and was met with a popup saying "this account has been closed. contact support for help."

I want to preface by saying I have no other accounts. I verified the account for deposits but was just waiting on the other larger bonuses to clear for me to withdraw everything at once. I have screen shots showing all purchases, playthroughs, and any information they need.

Really bad look for kashkick if their first response to players making a decent amount of money is to close their account with no notice. I didn't recieve any emails and the only way I found out was from logging back into my app.

I really hope kashkick makes this right. I have all the information needed to show that my account didn't violate ANY tos. Will update as the situation progresses.

Did well. Closed my account. They were helpful in getting me some money out. Then all of a sudden even though nothing changed, they won’t give me the rest and “cannot comment further”

I'm beyond frustrated. KashKick blocked me from cashing out almost $1,000 that I earned, then sent me an email saying they "detected another account" with my details and canceled everything.

There is no other account in my name. I replied right away, explained that, and asked for help. That was a week ago and I've heard nothing. No answer, no review, no timeline.

I earned this money. I did the offers, I followed the rules, and now support just ghosts me while holding my balance. If you're going to cancel an account, at least have the decency to respond and show the evidence.

Has anyone else had this happen, and did anything get you paid? And if anyone from KashKick sees this, you owe me my money. Reply to my email or message me here.

Has anyone had success getting KashKick to manually credit missing rewards or escalate a tracking issue?

I’ve been playing Royal Match through KashKick and have approximately $170 in missing milestone rewards.

Here’s what happened:
Before a flight, I completed a milestone that tracked and credited successfully.
During the flight, I played offline and completed several additional levels.
After reconnecting to the internet, I continued playing and completed MORE milestones while online. None of those tracked either.
I also made a $2 in-app purchase after reconnecting, which tracked successfully.

KashKick support initially dismissed the issue because I played offline. I understand that offline gameplay can cause tracking problems, but that doesn’t explain why subsequent milestones completed while connected to the internet also failed to track, especially when my purchase tracked just fine.

I’ve followed up requesting a manual review or escalation, but haven’t received a response.

Has anyone experienced something similar or found a way to get missing milestones credited?

I have put in a kash out request 12 days ago and the time line for receiving it was 1-3 days. I have created 2 tickets for my issue that have been closed. I am pretty disappointed with the slow kash out process with the tickets being closed and no resolution.

I requested my first cash out yesterday and did the kyc verification.

This morning I tried to login to my account and was told it was on hold and to contact support, which I did by email. I'm trying to be optimistic and assume my account will be restored since I haven't violated TOS.

In the meantime.... I've got a few game milestones that are close to expiring - if I continue working towards the milestones will they track, if my account is restored? Will it mess up tracking going forward if I keep playing?

I’m locked out of my account. they are saying in ticket im not a US citizen. I live him Texas and I’m a us citizen. Google referred me to this site.

I've done very well on this app and made solid money, but recently had a 137$ withdrawal canceled inexplicably plus 400$ in available money wiped out without explanation. Not sure if one of the offers I did was reversed, or maybe one of my referalls was banned, but it's very frustrating when this is done without explanation and without recourse.

I caught KashKick accelerating deadlines to prevent me from being able to complete this offer (Home Design Makeover).

I was playing Phase 10 but in the end the deadline was too tight. Phase 10 is very stingy with stamina, even with events. Then I tried one of those merge games and encountered the same problem - leveling up gets progressively harder, and I couldn't make the deadline.

Can anyone recommend a new game for me to try?

Do they actually contribute to national discussions like the war in Ukraine or data centers? Do the political parties and candidates get some kind of feedback

Could someone suggest games where I have more control, like Match Factory, unlike Mystery Town? I can level up as much as I can in Match Factory as long as I can maintain the power-ups. In Mystery Town, finishing the top levels feels too exhausting, and you also have to spend money. I barely earn any money despite finishing 2 Turbo Tasks. I felt helpless and almost didn't get the money I spent. Please suggest games that are easier and have more realistic goals. Thanks in advance!

I downloaded eastern wealth spins and I can go through the main menu stuff, but when I try to play any of the games, my screen goes black and I can't do anything. Has anyone experienced this?

kashkick is a loser of a site. first they banned me because of some proxy thing on my computer , whick i got fixed and unbanned. well i cashed out my first 10 bucks then thought, let me ask about the games.

So messaged them asking ..since i joined on a computer, is it ok if i install the app on my phone to play games? as i was confused on "only one platform"

their reply was, your banned. I give up!!!

I just started with this app, tried one offer. Before I had even tried to withdraw, I got a message that my account was closed for fraud. It said it can reverse earnings if I sign up for a product then cancel the trial or service, but I hadn't even redeemed from the site OR kashkick. It also says that their advertising partner has reported that I played the game before, but I never used kashkick or the site I signed up for until now. Any suggestions how to proceed?

So I recently referred a friend to Kashkick who started earning rewards. I was getting 25% of his earnings thru the reward program. But then his account was hit with a ban bc of fraud, causing me to lose my referral earnings from him. I understand why Kashkick does this. But then my friend proved that he wasn’t doing anything fraudulent, so they reinstated his account and have him back his earnings. But they never gave me back the refferal earnings that I earned from him! Id like to request that the referral earnings be put back into my account.

The Turbo earnings record on my computer (webpage) is different from my phone (app). As you can see, the application record shows that I completed the 1st Turbo task, but it was rejected on the webpage version. Why did this happen? Can they reject Turbo earnings after they recorded it as completed? I'm scared that they might cancel all my other earnings.

I am fairly new to KashKick but made close to $2000 in rewards in a couple of months with Cash Avalanche and Grand Fortune. These were based on spin count not levels. Now I can’t find anything like these. I even checked on Freecash. Are casino games like this uncommon? When I first started playing there were 3 or 4 popping up and now nothing

My account was terminated because support said I played the game before which is untrue. The game literally kept glitching and I had to delete and reinstall it. Then I came here and support said I messed up by not correctly playing the game (idk what I did wrong?) but they’d help me, now they are ignoring me. My money and account are being held and im unimpressed with the way kashkick has handled this situation. You’d think they’d punish the bad app/game makers, not me. I’m starting to wonder if this site is even legit
