Door opens without active command

I bought a house with Gira KNX installation (HomeServer 3), Gira fingerprint sensors for the doors.

One of the doors keep opening on an inconsistent interval without being actively triggered via the app.

Access of the previous owner can be excluded, so anyone else from my household.

How can I figure out where the command to open the door comes from?

Maybe it's just old and the installation needs some attention. Gira Homeserver reached end of life in 2012.

Which version, because you can buy V4 new.
