Mods please remove if not allowed.
I love this sub and get to learn more as well as contribute my own knowledge that I have been accumulating. But for the love of all that is shiny 1 blurry photo of the front of the item is not gonna help us. We need top, bottom, back, front, close ups of markings / stamps and any fobs / clasps / toggles.

Hi! I found this at a thrift store. It has no hallmarks but looks like silver to me. The stones seem to be purplish so I was guessing amethyst. It reminded me of some arts-and-crafts pieces, but there's no definitive match. The clasp also looks old to me, but again, nothing definitive.
Any thoughts on the history of this piece?

Looking for help with this necklace. One side of the snake pendant is marked with a K and the other side looks like 14k p but the marking is worn. There are no markings on the chain.
Any help is appreciated! It looks like gold to me and possibly handmade. Google isn't returning this exact necklace so it may be a unique item vs mass produced.
I got this from an auction website, not sure if origin.

Hello! I was told this was an antique. Any estimates on age? And do the stones look like paste or could they be some type of stone?

This was my grandmothers ring. I never got to ask her any questions about it. Is this stamp a maker? I would love to know what year she got this ring. Any help I would appreciate. We are from Michigan if that gives any clues.

This barrette is almost 5” long and was my great-grandmother’s. She was born in 1899.
The C clasp and elongated bar make me think 1900s-1930s. It is unmarked.
What era do you think it’s from? Thanks!

This ring was my grandmother's - it's a diamond, garnet, and pearl ring with a European cut diamond. I'm curious if anyone can tell when this might be from? I'm not sure if the band is original - what era had bands like this? Just wondering if this was always my grandmother's, so 40s-90s, or if it could be her mother's and older. Thanks!

I bought this second hand, I’m hoping to find its age or maker but the hallmarks are very small. I think it’s a ‘k’ and possibly panther head?

I have very little information. There are no markings. Over 14 carats. I was told it comes from Malta as my grandfather did work there. If anyone has any more information about what these are, I'm looking for a little bit of history.

I want to gift this to my best friend for prom and I’m worried this is the type of jewelry to turn green overwear? I can’t find anything like it online. No tags or stamps besides a number “S925”
Basic clasp
4 little gemstones on the necklace chain that are pretty enclosed in there, not like what I’d personally assume from cheap jewelry.

Cross posting from another sub: I got this ring on The Real Real, it’s 18k gold, the maker’s mark kind of looks like a fish. The ring style to me feels very similar to Todd Reed but that brand has a different marker.
I don’t have any other information about the age or origin, unfortunately. Appreciate any leads!

Metal is maybe a silver blend that isn’t sterling? No markings, some tarnish inside the bail, looks like polishing cream in the edges. Curious of any information, cost $5, looks handmade. Super stoked regardless of what it is!

I bought this ring in 2013 from a street vendor in Mexico and my wife has always loved it. Some stones are falling out and I’d like to replace it but I can’t find anything similar. It is solid metal with gold plating and what appear to be rhinestones. There is a mark EB inside the band. Can anyone help me identify the maker/company so I can try to find something similar?

This bracelet i had for a year i bought it for 5$ from a garage sale and today i randomly took it to a jeweler he did the acid test and told me its white gold and its 30G, BUT the thing is i have a small magnet that sticks to it, is it possible that the metal wire inside the body is causing the magnet to stick ?

I was going through my late grandmother's jewelry collection and found these earrings, but I’m struggling to read the hallmark. Does anyone recognize this mark or have any information about the piece? She lived in Romania but it could be bought in Canada. Any help would be appreciated!
