The way he imitates biggies flow and makes it sound like he wrote parts of the verse. He has his cadence, vocal delivery, etc. Then he goes and does the same thing with PACs verse. While still keeping his own stamp of his flow. This is genius and honestly I’m pretty amazed! I kind of slept on the last 5 songs after life sentence, except for “quik stop”. So glad I found these gems, so far after release. The song with burna boy is amazing! The love song to hip hop. Love her again or something like that, and “man up above”! Got side tracked in sleeping on this section of the album. I want to hear everyone’s opinion on the first time they heard the song. Did you know what he was doing with the song on the first listen? Did you pick up on him rapping like big and pac? I guess since I brought it up. What is your favorite song of everything past “life sentence”? Love her again, man up above, only you, and what if. What is your fave out of those songs? Quik stop is amazing and has been one of my favorites since the album dropped. So I’m curious about the other songs I mentioned

I wanted to get one of my friend's a tour shirt from Cole's website for Christmas. They are a bit tall and built. I was trying to decide between an XL or XXL. Are the shirts oversized from the online orders? I know the sizing can vary sometimes between the actual venues and the websites for tour tees. Also what were y'all's favorite tees from the tour that I should consider getting? Thank You!

I AM STRUGGLING to resume to normality after night 1 at the o2. It’s my second time seeing Cole, but the pure europhia of the show was just off the charts. Normality is so bleek now that I’ve experienced that😭

Hoping that some Paris-based peeps could shed some light on what to expect on November 5 in Paris, when the concert is supposed to take place. Of all European cities, I bought tickets to see the Paris concert and now I am worrying about whether the concert will take place and whether I'll even get there. I have just read on the news that a soccer match was cancelled somewhere because they can't afford police and security which were redirected to protests. Also, of all dates, a general strike was announced for November 5, which means that public transport probably won't run, I am not sure whether airports will be affected, I am supposed to fly in on Nov 5. If anyone has more information or experience from previous strikes, I would appreciate some insight about what to expect.

3 Arena Dublin. Is anyone hanging around after the show to try and get to meet Cole? Is there much chance? Has anyone gotten to meet the main act in 3 Arena? It would be a dream come true to meet Jermaine.

I don't mean that as he makes or has the most hit songs. But I feel like Cole is one of the few artists where some of his unarguably best sings are hits. You've got Wet Dreamz, the legendary Love Yourz. Yes, most rappers hits are good, just look at Without Me, HUMBLE, Heartless. I could keep going. But none of those are really seen as some of those respective artist's best works. While some of Cole's hits are perceived that way. But what do you think?

S/O to Cole Kuchna for this episode. I really like this show and I feel like he does great work with his analysis.
But what do y'all think Jake Cole's best feature is??

Not only was that the best concert I’ve ever been to but it was genuinely the best night of my life. I’m a huge J Cole fan and I’ve seen him live once before for the Off-Season - but this was something else. I’m thinking about buying another ticket for monday 2nd and j going alone. So expensive but I worth it. Gunna sleep on it though 😭

This is one of the best albums I have heard in the last decade. For what it is. For what i resonate with. Never heard a Lute Song except a feature probably
If yall ain’t heard yet and rock with some chill, grown folk sounding music, check this shit out.

For some reason i didn't search up this tour beforehand except for the setlist so imagine my confusion when i arrive to my seat (with nothing there) and see nearly the whole stadium with these white small towels, thinking damn everyone lined up at the merch store huh?
I go home, finally search thefallofftour on tiktok and the first video is about the FREE towels every single person got at the concert. EXCUSE MEEEEEE? i stared at the floor for 5 minutes deeping that i went to a JCOLE concert and managed to leave without one. my heart burns
im even thinking bout spending money for the november london concert just to get MY DAMN TOWEL.
orrrrr
if someone who took home a few extras, could kindly message me to offer me one who lives in london :(

Does anyone know where I can find the songs that played in the arena before the show?
I went to the 1st London show last night (it was amazing) but before cole or dreamville radio came out, there were just random songs playing on the aux in the arena, And there was this one song that was hard af but ive never heard it before and i cant remember what it goes like.
Hoping the girl finds this video, she crushed it!
