UK exchanges to buy IOTA?
Is there a reliable CEX / DEX to buy IOTA for UK based users? The lists from CoinMarketCap aren’t always reliable for UK based trading so it would be good to get real user experience.

Hi everyone! Long-time IOTA follower here.
Block explorers are great if you know what an object ID or a Move call is. Most people don't. So I built Simplorer: https://simplorer.app/iota
What it does:
- Every transaction told as a plain sentence, e.g. "Turing Certs notarized a document using IOTA Notarization"
- IOTA's apps (REAL Markets, Virtue, Pools Finance, TokenLabs and more): what they do, the money in them and what people did there lately
- Tokens and validators, explained without jargon
- English and German; besides IOTA it also covers Bitcoin, Ethereum, Solana and a few more
It's free, without ads or tracking cookies.
I'd love your feedback: what's unclear, what's missing, which transaction reads oddly? Paste any IOTA address or transaction into the search and tell me what you think.

Hi everyone,
I wanted to share an open web tool I’ve been working on: an interactive quantitative analysis of Bitcoin’s 4-year halving cycle. It tracks the macro rhythm of halving anchor points, post-halving peak windows (~530 days), and cycle bottom baselines.
Instead of relying on invasive ad trackers or third-party gateways, I decided to use IOTA (L1 / Rebased) as the native engine for micro-access (€1 day pass) and server hosting tips.
Features:
- Multi-layer interactive chart (Plotly)
- Historical vs. future halving cycle metrics table
- Native IOTA checkout & transaction verification
- Completely ad-free, bilingual (DE / EN toggle in nav)
You can check it out here: https://bitcoin.alegro.ag/
Feedback from the IOTA community on UI, math models, and payment flow is very welcome!

Hello, I'm handling a family member's estate and they have some IOTA receiving addresses. I'm tried looking them on on the IOTA explorer but there are now results. They are 90 characters so I believe they are a legacy format.
Any suggestions on how to lookup these addresses to see if there are any holdings?
Thanks in advance.

The IOTA wallet extension was previously working on my browser. Now, when I select the "IOTA Wallet" option in the extension, it just sends me to the Chrome Web store with the IOTA wallet link.
What's going on? Does anyone use any of this anymore?
EDIT: Stop DM'ing me, scammers!

Unfortunately the source is in German, feel free to translate the site if needed.
Made in Germany: Jumbo Block nutzt IOTA
Looks promising to me that real life use cases are beeing more and more recognised :)
Let's see what this means for the future

Found and fixed in Aptos. Is IOTA vulnerable as well?

It might just be me but I'm yet to see a good explanation of what TWIN and ADAPT actually mean for token usage. What are the tokenomics of these projects? Has anyone run through scenarios? I feel like it's all a bit nebulous currently, which is unhelpful. In my opinion, there ought to be more transparency with regards to what purpose holding the token has in terms of future 'adoption'. I'd welcome any explanations to help educate on these points.
