Carbolite TS1 12/126/600

While I wait on Carbolite support over the weekend, does anyone know if Carbolite programs in a Comms Config Passcode by default? Of how I can find what this is?

The furnace used an EPC3016. I want to configure this controller via iTools. However, I cannot figure out the Comms Config Passcode.

I am hopeful Carbolite programs in a default, but there is nothing in the manuals specifying what this is. By default the EPC3016 shouldn’t have a passcode set. So either Carbolite created one or someone at my job set it up a long time ago, and they’ve since left the company.

I could clear the memory, but I am saving this as a last resort. I am cautious of this because Carbolite doesn’t show how to do this in their manuals. I have to reference the EPC3016 manual from Eurotherm.
