The De-ICE Action Network, the folks who successfully pressured Citizens Bank into ending their financing of detention camp operators like the GEO Group and CoreCivic, are getting engaged in a new campaign, highlighting how our local law enforcement agencies are sharing their records with the private data broker LexisNexis… who are then selling access to ICE and other federal agencies. They’re working to cut off this pipeline and keep sensitive private data away from the deportation machine.
