Postgres16 on Win10

Hi, i have been stuck for a bit more than a week trying to access a Win10 machine (own) from another pc. Only thing I could find was a Postgres16 running with an open port and run some commands, but Im unable to do any privilege escalation, I only have SeChangeNotifyPrivilege from using COPY FROM PROGRAM, and Windows Defender basically blocks any attempt of doing anything involving downloading a payload, not sure what else could i try.

Yeah, I dont have much time so i have been trying from time to time during the week
