I don't get to hoop much anymore.. but when I do, it looks like this π
Thank you u/pineapplehoops for sharing here daily and, in turn, motivating me to share π€
I don't have the ability to flow much anymore.
But when I do, it looks like this π
May feel rusty af to me but I'm grateful for the moments I get!
I've been hooping since 2011. Diagnosed with rheumatoid arthritis in 2023 after years of chronic pain, focused mostly in my hands (likely from the years of daily hours grinding practice, especially hoop juggling and fans).
Now, thanks to my treatment journey, I can partake in small moments of hoop joy here and there π₯°
All this to say - be good to yourself. Hooping/flow arts can be addictive,
but it can also be incredibly hard on your body.
