How screwed am I ? I hate push start. Hate the start stop engine bullshit. I want to buy new but I feel like I’m completely screwed when it comes to choice of not having an electric everything car. Am I totally wrong ? Let me know your recommendations.

Trooper got her for failure to yield. I don’t think she ever looked my way when rolling through the stop sign.

My ankle was screaming until I walked around.

Luckily for her, her air bag did NOT go off. Due to the seat belt she had some chest pain. I didn’t get a chance to talk with her.

After 30 + days at the dealership, Corporate has stated to me there is a known mechanical noise coming from the rear of these vehicles. After replacing 2 of my rear wheel bearings they will not continue to try and fix it. Sounds like a bad wheel bearing. They have no fix for it after 30+ days they're saying im stuck with a brand new car that sounds like im driving around with a bad wheel bearing. Was also told not enough people have complained about it. Save yourself the headache buy something els.

Looking for my first car is this one reliable, it has 165k miles on it

I like this car and they're replacing brakes and tires, but not control arms which are beat or struts which are rusted. It will pass inspection, though.

It is low mileage at 76,000, but they're asking $9500.

Does that sound fair or should I try to negotiate for a lower price?

Trying to get my 1st car, is 2006 Honda Accord · DX Sedan 4D (170K Miles) worth buying, is it long lasting and reliable

I have a Honda 2003 Integra dc5 and I'm looking to replace the coolant, (it's low and I don't know which specific coolant is currently in it)

I'm based in Australia, and I have easy access to car part stores like Supercheapauto, Repco, and other equivalent stores.

The problem is that the online shops are going to cost alot for the Honda type 2 coolant in both shipping and the coolant itself or other equivalents that are seemingly American.

So after looking around for a while, I figured out that the K20A3 uses a Phosphate based coolant and silicates will damage the engine (correct if I'm wrong), but the other problem is that "correct ones" according to coolant manufacturers don't have Phosphates or have silicates, I.e. Nulon and penrite Green, which is hybrid-OAT but don't state if it has Phosphates or silicates, the blues are OAT but no silicate or phosphate, the Penrite Pink is a P-OAT coolant, which the k20a3 uses much more, and my current coolant is a green, which could be a H-OAT, a H-OAT that's Phosphates, nitrite and amine free (silicates not mentioned), or a "type B Hybrid Additive technology (H.A.T)" coolant which says very little.

I feel like I'm losing my mind for being so specific, but I wanna make sure my car is going to last, so I wanna take care of it but AI, oem purists and conflicting anecdotal reports are getting me confused.

Can anyone gimme an idea of coolant I should be looking out for? Phosphates? Hybrid Oat or Oat is fine?

I have a 2009 accord with ~145k miles on it. I have recently (2-3 weeks ago) had both the starter and battery replaced on it. However, I have noticed it has had issues starting.

When trying to start the engine, I can hear the starter cranking, but it will sometimes fail to turn over immediately and sometimes when it does turn over it sounds weak for a couple seconds.

I understand this may not be enough information to go off of, but does anyone know what the cause may be? I am seeing online it may be the ignition switch going bad or fuel pump not generating enough pressure.

Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Looking for better ride experience on my 08 honda accord and to have tighter steering but also eventually do coil overs alongside new components. Is it worth going after market stuff for a long commute daily driver or for Driving alot or just the coil overs/bags.

This always pops up as the default whenever I turn on the car. How do I switch what the default information screen is? It never stays on the information screen that I leave it on. And I tried holding down that same stick button that I used to cycle it, but that just resets the trip.

I just bought a used 2012 Honda crv. I can't connect my phone. USB says its not supported and everything I hit the phone button to open that menu it says loading and then it says no data. Anybody have a fix for this?

It’s been a week and this paint touchup is still bothering me and has already started to fade out. This is a certified pre-owned Civic 2023 from a Honda dealership. Should I get in touch with the dealership to get it painted properly or is this an acceptable level of touch-up ?

Many 2016 - 2020 Honda HR-V’s are included in a voluntary extended warranty due to premature catastrophic failure of the CVT. There are some VIN’s not included in this extended warranty due, from my understanding, to where the vehicle was assembled, even if it was assembled with the faulty CVT.

This is a major safety issue. This failure can happen while the vehicle is traveling highway speeds causing immediate full loss of motive power creating an extreme safety hazard, and only the VIN’s they’re choosing to include in the extended warranty are alerted to this issue. The drivers of the VIN’s not covered only find out when their CVT fails, many times while driving.

As of now, Honda is not required to cover any of these repairs because there is no mandatory recall. That means some HR-V owners have paid for this extremely costly repair out of pocket when the failure was no fault of their own.

With enough complaints filed with NHTSA, Honda could be required to recall all of these defective CVT’s and those who have already paid for the repair could be eligible for reimbursement.

If you experienced this issue, even if your repair was covered, please file a complaint with NHTSA so that Honda can be held fully responsible for this defective product and stand behind their reputation of safety and reliability.

Honda does not tell you this anywhere until you do manage to miss a payment; they will punish you by banning you from using their online easy pay / automated payments for a year, no questions asked. Your only option from then on is to call in, wait to talk to a human customer service agent, ask them to charge the card/account on file to make a payment then do it again every month. Absolutely absurd.

Took me a hot minute, but I found 2 relatively sized Honda Passport and Ridgeline images and PAINSTAKINGLY zipped them together, but the colors didn't match up so I used AI to color match it. What do you guys think? If the Ridgeline looked like this would you buy it?
