Editing to add what I wrote in a comment: for context to anyone who isn't aware from looking at the post, this card is based off of the Book of Stabbing elite enemy from slay the spire https://slay-the-spire.fandom.com/wiki/Book_of_Stabbing which has a memorable attack pattern where it hits you for 2x7 then 3x7 and so on & has 168 health (approximately). I just was watching some friends play sts in vc and the thought crossed my mind of 'Form of the Book of Stabbing' for whatever reason so I made the card and I think it turned out surprisingly well. Just like the fight from the game, it's mostly forcing a damage race onto the person fighting the book, though here there is a bit of a minigame of whether you point the first 7 damage at one of their guys vs going for the 2 turn clock if they have >14 life.

It didn't get much love there but maybe it's more the vibe over here.

Is posting it with art from another card that is properly credited also frowned upon?

I have put very little thought into play patterns here, I just think the effect is funny. If this were not Hellscube I would say "non-permanent spells." This is cool with Epic I think? There's probably a better operationalization than "complete sentence", I haven't thought of it.

Saw the pretend mechanic made in this post and thought it would be cool to make something like it

I considered having it give you miracle, but I really wanted it to have a draw trigger and I wanted it to scry at some point to imply the player is lying and did actually see the cards they bumped off their deck.
