When I was re-watching the episode of WTRB I noticed in season two at the end of episode 6 that there is a sticky note of not just The Guest or Forest Protecter it looks like but a familiar new version of Theodore in HN3 it’s looks like it was hinted from the beginning I didn’t say anything because I thought someone would find this out by now, but I guess not so…… … here you go

I got bored and decided to make a Halloween killer for Hello Neighbor, his name is "The Visitor" the name comes from the original code name for the guest, his thing is that he takes pictures of his victims, and the he stalks them like Michael Myers, the picture thing i came up with was because the original "Fake Neighbor" From Hello Neighbor 2 Alpha 1 has a camera, and the mask is from it too, the lore is Aaron was taken by the police from him after the basement was unlocked, he goes insane since he lost his entire family

Hey everyone!
I’m currently working on a Hello Neighbor fan game, but with a twist I haven’t really seen explored much.
Instead of breaking into the Neighbor’s house, YOU are the Neighbor.
And instead of being chased by an AI, you’re the one dealing with an AI trying to sneak into your house.
The idea is to completely reverse the original gameplay. You’ll have to pay attention to what’s happening around your house, catch the intruder, and prevent them from discovering your secrets.
What makes this interesting to me is the AI itself. I don’t want it to just follow scripted paths or repeatedly do the same thing. I want the intruder to actually feel like someone trying to outsmart you, learning from what happens and finding different ways to get inside.
Basically, imagine how stressful Hello Neighbor would be if you were on the other side of the situation.
The game is still in development, and there’s a lot I want to experiment with.
I’m curious what the Hello Neighbor community thinks about this concept. Would you play a game where you’re the Neighbor instead of the intruder?
Also, what features would you want to see in something like this? This is still very very early in development, with a gameplay video and pics to come <3.

(footage from Baldi Balds The Universe v1.3 (real name is Re-BALDED but I haven't updated the page yet) in case anyone is wondering)

This is the biggest update to HNAT since the first release of the unscripted build. This update adds "Toast mode" with over 300 voicelines voiced by james from the youtube channel HeyToasted! (I gave them full creative freedom, and also vulgar language warning)
you can also see what else was updated here: https://gamejolt.com/p/check-out-the-trailer-for-the-newest-and-biggest-update-for-hnat-so-g5yqqgha

And in concept art the Pre-Alpha Man looks like Nikita

And before anyone says it; Mr. Peterson looks NOTHING like this dude in the game

So i just came up with a theory that might actually make a LOT of sense, I believe Hello Guest takes place between HN1 and HN2, and that the Thing from HN1 and the guest are the same entity, here's how.
The Guest is the thing
Canonically, the Raven Brooks urban legends state that the guest can enter minds and morph into whatever its victim fears most. In HN1 the thing targeted Nicky Roth and Mr. Peterson. Because their trauma was about being trapped, isolated, and locked away, But in Hello Guest when the thing encounters Quentin, it scans his mind and finds about his phobia of crows, and instantly shifts its physical form into the parks crow mascot, The Guest
Treating them as separate monsters makes the town's lore feel way too cluttered and random. It makes infinitely more narrative sense that there is one demon of sorts haunting the valley, In some of the books it says that the guest/Raven man haunted the town for generations. It simply wears a different mask depending on who is looking at it.
In Hello Guest Alpha 1, Quentin is a security guard at the abandoned Golden Apple Amusement Park. The town’s shapeshifting fear-demon (the same entity as The Thing/Shadowman from HN1) reads Quentin’s mind. Knowing he has a specific phobia of crows, it takes the form of The Guest to terrorize him.
At the end of HG Alpha 1, the Man In The Hat (Quentin's boss) catches him. This isn't just a gameplay reset, it's a massive cover-up. The Man in the Hat realizes Quentin is snooping too far into the corporation's dark history, so he immediately fires him and bans him from the amusement park to keep him quiet.
Getting abruptly fired is the exact spark Quentin needs. He doesn't give up; he gets obsessed. He buys his news van, builds his investigation board, and becomes an independent investigative reporter for the Raven Brooks banner to look more into the Peterson family. He shifts his focus from the park to the wider town of Raven Brooks itself.
With Quentin Left, the Thing loses its primary source of fear. It completely abandons the amusement park and Scavenges across the county tracking Quentin down through the wilderness. It eventually settles in the Raven Brooks forest area which is exactly where we encounter it stalking around in Hello Neighbor 2
The Guest in HN2 is 90% the exact same model used in Hello Guest, but its texture is noticeably dirtier, dustier, and more weathered. This isn't just a random texture change, its the literal visual proof of the guest getting filthy from traveling across the county and scavenging in the forest just to stay on Quentin's trail.
Obviously this theory might be insane but let me know what you all think

I was bored of all the neighbour runaway mods, and decided to make a mod like Sdalt would and decided to make an UCN mod for Hello Neighbour.
This is not a fangame, it's a mod!!!
Anyways, i'm almost finished with the main menu, like in Ultimate Custom Nights, just gotta finish some code which will be easy.
The real pain was making the save system, once the main menu is done, i'll have to get the number values from the main menu widget into an blueprint that will handle the saving values. I'm undecided if I will implement the saving value system into a new blueprint or just the main menu handler. That code will have to go into an blueprint handling the main level.
These steps won't be hard, the hard part is something else, entirely different. Let's take an example, in the main menu, I didn't just create new characters, I made the option to be able to set the amount of extra locks. The problem will be toggling the visibility for the extra locks, and checking if it will be enabled or not, this goes for every other thing you can set to 0-20.
Wish me luck, the demo will be done before the end of the year, it will include the main content and the full release will fix all the bugs and polish everything. (Modders Starter Pack is btw almost done)

My fan design of Pre Alpha Man (prototype - alpha 1) according to my theory. You can use this concept to create 3D models. ;3
