IMPORTANT Heads Up: Manual User Verification in Progress

It has come to my attention that something happened in the sub with approval being required for new and even some existing users without my knowledge in recent weeks. I am taking steps to resolve this now but I ask that you kindly bear with me as I’m disabled, have lost 3 of my 4 immediate family members in a short time, have multiple other life altering issues I’m dealing with, and I am the only mod in a sub that I have worked hard to help grow to over 20k. Just trying to let you all know I’m truly doing the best I can atm.

Here’s an excerpt of a message I sent to the first person I saw in the manual approval list just a short time ago:

“Sorry, I've been extremely sick lately and just saw this. Not sure what happened here but I approved you just now. It's a lot to manage a sub that's has grown this large and I do it alone and it was never supposed to be that way when it was handed off to me and another mod a few years ago who is no longer with us. If you yourself (or know of anyone else) who would be willing to help mod the sub please feel free to Imk. Have a great day.”

I apologize for any inconvenience this has caused anyone and I am working actively to fix it. I appreciate everyone's patience and understanding while we get this sorted out and thank you for bearing with me during this process while working to resolve this matter. I deal with so much behind the scenes work that it often takes a toll on me being me able to provide the community facing engagement level where I would like for it to be. We need one or two more mods so there can be shared and delegated duties. If anyone is interested in that please feel free to lmk as I stated above.

Thank you and my apologies for the long post.

Will there be anymore 2027 drops?

UPDATE: I found three different HP Mini Dashboard layout 2027 planners at Office Max/Office Depot. They have those cheaper covers, and are currently priced at $14.99.

There's no dated mini dashboard layout planner for 2027 unless I order a Custom (and pay HP's ridiculous shipping).

Is there a chance of more dated planners coming?

Planner bundle

Hi, would anyone be interested in buying a bundle of happy planner books and washi tape? It's all sticker books from 2021, loose pages, blank planner pages, dated planner pages but you can easily re-date.

I really wanna sell the whole bundle for $300-400. Let me know if you're interested. Thanks!

How hard is it for HP to put discs on their A5 planners

It’s about time HP gets into the A5/junior size/half letter size.

What does everyone do with the yearly calendar?

What does everyone do with the yearly calendar list-thing in their planners? I usually use it for birthdates, but I'm getting tired of writing out the same 50+ names every year, given my large extended family.

I haven’t been using my planner as much. I needed it but life got so busy at one point I was only using my phone calendar. Week 2 was decorated many for funsies.

I didn’t realize the sticker planner was a mini. If anyone has the classic size and would like to exchange, I’m down.

Big Teacher planner Not a Teacher

Hey everyone! I recently bought a Big Weekly/Monthly Planner in the Teacher Layout. I’m working on redating it as it’s a 25-26 one. And I’m wondering two things…. Has anyone turned the weekly spreads into additional monthly spreads to use it longer? I like using half page weekly’s in between my two monthly pages in my classic and I’m trying to decide how I want to use the bigger size.

Also what ideas do you all have to repurpose the classroom checklist pages?

Where do you buy products? Do you buy second-hand, resold?

TLDR: Do you buy second-hand/resold? If so, where/on what platform? TY

Hello all!
I have posted something similar in the PlannerAddicts subreddit in attempts to get some guidance there too, but as I mention in the text, the majority of the items are HP brand. Therefore I raise a different question to this community!

Alright, explanation: My mother and I have been getting into the biz of selling “very-good” or “NWT” condition items as we declutter our house and try to give items a second life. I have posted an 11 piece bundle of planner accessories that belonged to her (the majority being The Happy Planner brand items). I have posted the bundle on Vinted and Poshmark.

I do not intend to post this to try to promote this on here.

I genuinely wanted to ask, where (if at all) do you go (as someone who does this as a hobby!) for second hand/cheaper products? Is there an environment where this might sell quicker (Mercari, Facebook, Etsy maybe?). I just wanted to get some opinions or suggestions.

I can provide pictures if that may help. The bundle includes stickers, accessories, Washi tape, etc. (ideal for disc-bound systems). 10pc Washi tape, elastic band 3pk, snap-in pouch, 279pc budget stickers, 216pc flower stickers, etc. I calculated the estimated retail value to be over $100+ for all 11 products included. I have it listed for $65. My description is very long with an itemized list I wrote myself. I have retaken the pictures/cover photos over some time to try to get a sale, things I do to push items. The majority of items are NWT, some are used LIGHTLY therefore I labeled the bundle in “very good” or “like new” condition and noted this in the description.

If you have any advice, lmk.

Thank yinz!

Reinforcing a cover…

(Cross posting for more visibility/help)

so i recently got myself a new happy planner disc bound system! tons of cute stuff was on sale and the thing that caught my eye was the DIY cover they were selling! i love love love stickers so being able to put my cute little fandom stickers all over it without covering up the original design was really appealing to me. i got a bunch of paper, got rose gold discs and went to put together my planner/notebook….

…. only for the cover to keep popping off! it feels a little bit flimsy where it slips into the discs, and any time i grab it in and out of my bag, i feel like im popping the cover back on. repeatedly.

i tried just reinforcing with electrical tape along the spine and cutting out the holes with an xacto knife but it was not as easy as i thought it was going to be and now i’m looking for any and every way to make this sucker stay on!

help me reddit community! you’re my only hope

Shipping question

I ordered the Stitch Happy Box and the Haunted Mansion Happy Box on the 10th and its said paid, unfulfilled since. Shouldn't they have shipped out by now? Is this kind of delay normal?

Edit as of 8/25 my order is finally shipped. 15 days later. They must have been really overrun with sale orders. Thank you to everyone who answered my question.

Just got a new planner in the mail and things have changed....

I have been using Happy Planner since the RongRong collab started forever ago. I now use 3 planners through out the year. 2 Skinny classics and one mini horizontal. I pretty much only buy Skinny Classic planners from HP now after they added those checkboxes to the horizontal. I stopped buying and starting purchasing inserts for mini from May Paper and now complete horizontal inserts through 2029 from PT Paper. I just reuse my covers from over the years.

Well, I decided I wanted to try a dashboard mini for some goal planning and bought one of their 26/27 line (before the recent sale unfortunately). Wow....things have changed. The cover is super flimsy, like it was home made. It's annoying just to open and close it. They have had complaints about their thinning paper for years but that never really bothered me. This paper is thin but I can make it work, I suppose. But this cover is pretty sad. I am not going to even keep it.

Anyone else notice this? I wonder if other products have a similar fate. I hope they don't mess with the Skinny Classic innards at least. No one else really makes those and Skinnys are my most active planners day to day. Something told me to just get dashboard inserts from May or PT, but I decided to try HP's. Oh well.

Edit - Now that I think about it, maybe they cheapened out on the covers because people like me save and reuse them lol

Edit again - I just got my order from the warehouse sale and that undated mini horizontal with the vegan leather cover is rather nice. Really I only got it to snag those undated horizontal pages without check lists. But the cover and entire planner is rather nice. I wish I had grabbed a 2nd one.

Re-useable planner hack?

I ordered the stitch and angel happy box as well as the new haunted mansion happy box and while I wait for them I was thinking about how sad I'll be when they're used up and I had a thought, since they're undated planners wouldn't it be neat to be able to make them reusable by laminating the pages and using wet erase markers in them. Has anyone tried this before? Or would it be better to just scan the pages into my computer and reprint them on decent paper so I can just continue to re-fill them?
