I almost performed a fatality on myself trying handstands
So i have always wanted to do a handstand and until recently i couldn't hold my wieght on my hands for long but i tried today and i felt the best i have ever felt so i tried jumping away from the wall and i did little jumps to get feel of my wieght. So i tried to get stable handstand because i was greedy and what i didn't consider was maybe i should have removed the bed right ahead. Well i had that realization right when i was crashing down slowly. I was like wait what. No way this is happening. I don't want to be paralyzed due to a stupid handstand and break my spine in two. But it was too late and i hit the edge of the bed. Luckily bed was light and it moved so i didn't get injured much. But it still sucked for a while. Knocked the air out of me lol.
Kindly suggest me some tips to improve my handstand posture and how do i walk on my hands.
I felt i was cooked because i have a bad injury on the exact spot from ages ago but LUCKY!!!

Can barely hold a wall handstand for 10 seconds without my shoulders screaming
Started trying to get into this a couple weeks ago and my wrists feel like they are made of glass and wet paper towels. Mad respect to anyone who can just casually balance upside down in the middle of a room

Ear hook headphones for small ears when training handstands
Hey my fellow inverted friends ๐คธโโ๏ธ
I like my current pair of JLab Sport ear hooks but every time I practice handstands the buttons go crazy and make them basically unuseable. I have really soft cartilage so unfortunately regular ear buds dont work. So Iโm looking for a new pair of headphones that donโt have buttons on the side and have ear hooks and/or arenโt in the way when I press my arms against my head.
Has anyone in a similar situation found something useful?

Advice please
Help please, getting frustrated with progress or lack of it.
I sped up this video.
My handstands are not consistent. They are generally short duration, this is the longest.
I know my hamstrings, hips and shoulders are tight and that doesnโt help.
I do chest to wall, back to wall holds, do back to wall pushups, chest to wall push ups.
I just canโt stick balance. What helps balance? Really just want to move on to do other things, this has taken so much time every day.

Trouble with rolling out of handstand
I'm trying to learn how to roll out of a handstand, anyone got tips? My main problem is fear. I'm decent at rolling from standing or walking. But when I get in handstand position with chest against wall, I get scared to roll down and I feel like I'll slam by back on the floor.
Maybe I should try doing fast moving rolls, like kind of jumping into it, to get over the fear a bit. It's just that the handstand position has my elbows much higher than a standard roll.
I know I can bail out of a handstand by throwing my leg down on the side, but I'd like to learn how to bail with rolling. It sounds strange but I'm less scared of rolling than throwing my leg to the side. My physical trainer from a few years ago taught me how to roll. And he showed himself rolling out of a handstand. So I have less fear attached to rolling.
