Hey folks, Moved to HSR earlier this year and liking the food scene here!

I’m on a strict diet for some fitness goals that are honestly unreasonable for a big foodie like me 🤣🤣🤣, I only get to eat out 2 times a week. Gotta save those meals for the best places 😄

Building my HSR foodie list. If enough good suggestions come in, I’ll get my claude to put everything together on a simple public browsable page, and share it back here.

Drop your favourite in this format: Dish, Restaurant, Sector

I’ll start:

1. Litti Chokha, Litti Chokha Corner (Jai Mata Di), Sector 7
2. Misal Pav, Gavran Misal, Sector 2
3. Mutton Seekh Kabab, Aligarh House, Sector 7

I’m looking for accommodation in HSR Layout, preferably Sector 7, or nearby areas, with a move-in date flexible across October–November.
My preferences are:
Option 1: A fully furnished 1 BHK for single occupancy, preferably under ₹25,000/month.
Option 2: A room in a fully furnished 2 BHK with a flatmate, with my rent share up to ₹25,000/month.
Budget: ₹25,000/month, including maintenance.
Deposit: Preferably low, ideally no more than 2 months’ rent.
Move-in: October or November.
Flatmate preference: I’m a male and comfortable sharing with either a male or female flatmate.
If you have any leads, know of a vacancy, or are looking for someone to share a flat with, please DM me with the rent, deposit, location, and pictures if available.

Hey everyone!

I'm looking for a few like-minded people who are interested in studying together, staying consistent, and helping each other grow in our careers.

My main goals are to:

• AI Engineering: Learn AI fundamentals, LLMs, RAG, AI agents, and build practical projects.
• DSA: Practice problems consistently and improve problem-solving skills for coding interviews.
• System Design: Learn HLD and LLD concepts with real-world examples.
• Job Switch: Prepare for interviews, share resources, discuss opportunities, and hold each other accountable.

The idea is to form a small, focused study group where we can set weekly goals, share what we're learning, discuss doubts, work on projects, and keep each other motivated.

For those around HSR Layout, we can catch up at common workspaces, coworking spaces, or coffee shops and have productive study sessions together. We can also connect online whenever meeting in person isn't convenient.

I'm hoping to connect with people who are genuinely interested in learning, improving their skills, and
making a career move.

About me - I have 5.5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer, and I'm targeting SDE 2/ Senior Software Engineer roles while also up skilling in AI Engineering

If you're also planning a job switch or looking to transition into AI engineering while strengthening your fundamentals, drop a comment or DM me!

For those who have been there recently or are members, what’s the yearly membership like(only gym preferably) without personal training or group classes etc. Secondly see a bunch of negative Google reviews . Any problems with the gym? Finally, how is the crowd? Especially in the mornings like 6:30-9 and maybe 5-6 pm?

So to the people who are not local, are you planning to go home for the festivals?

I wanted to go home for a month, I know it's too much but I got only 2 weeks of work from home. I even saved a lot of pto and was planning to use that but the plan failed.😭

So, are you going home? For how long and is it WFH or PTO?

There used to be a red chaat bandi opposite Jaypore on 27th Main road called mini chaats adda. After the footpath clearing that BBMP, I haven't seen him at all. Anyone know where he went?

Randomly frequent power cuts happening sector 6, hsr where I stay. Anywhere I can go and work? I dont usually like cafes like third wave. How much does it cost as well?

Anyone else facing power outage in HSR layout sector 6 today?

Same as title

Hi everyone,

I’m a resident of HSR Layout Sector 4, and the battery from my Royal Enfield Classic 350 has been stolen.

What makes this concerning is that my bike was parked in a covered parking lot with a gate that stays locked. The parking area is secured and has CCTV surveillance, yet this still happened.

I’ve informed the owner, who will check the CCTV footage and update me.

Sharing this here to make fellow residents and bike owners in HSR Layout aware. Even if you park your vehicle in a gated and secured parking area, please stay cautious and keep an eye on your vehicle.

If anyone has experienced something similar in HSR Layout or noticed any suspicious activity around residential parking areas, please share your experience.

Hopefully, the CCTV footage will help clarify what happened. Please stay alert, everyone!
