I've been maining rufus since he was ever first released before gcc moved to steam.

Now, a lot of players are telling me that he isn't meta and there are other characters that are worth powering up due to them being meta, one of them being uno which is I'm trying to raise the TA of the character.

Who else are the characters that are considered meta in the patch? Pls let me know!
