Hi, Does anyone know what this island in the Caribbean is called?

It's east of Puerto Cabezas in Nicaragua and southwest of Jamaica, as the screenshot shows.
It's the only island of this size in the Caribbean that google maps doesn't have a name for.

Any info on what it is? Can't find anything in the historical records. Maybe I'm bad at searching. Will go visit soon.

Seems super obvious, but there's nothing even in archeological writing about it that I can find.

Was surfing through Google maps while passing time and noticed this. Is it my bad internet or is it same for others as well

Been trying to work this out for a while, I'm a racing fan so I see it as a track, but zooming in a bit further it looks like cracks in the ice, can anyone help?
