What do you think? Do you think anything else should be built?

So I've been getting back into beta minecraft. I've already built a castle and a town in this world, but I thought it needed something else. Something more ancient. So I decided to build a underground dwarven city. I hope you like it :)

PS: I've now got four large chests full of cobble, so I can build a huge castle next ;)

I wanted to make a world update video, but realized that I had nothing really to update on since my last one, so I started work on this old project that had previously been left abandoned lol.

I rewritten Minecraft beta 1.7.3 from scratch in c++ then complete game (Kinda) Well Single player is fully done along with fancy and fat mode that still yet to be done is Achievements, Statistics, Multiplayer, and texture pack + mod support the game run fine still need to do a lot of optimizations and add a few things remaining to the F3 menu some extra stuff that are going to be added Multiplayer fixes, camera zoom with c key, slim skins support, port to other devices and os's, and the ability to port older and newer version of Minecraft using the custom engine bc it's easy to do that after i'm finish with this one i'm going to see if i can port MC 1.0 or 1.7.10 incase your wandering the project is 365 MB that's the main game folder not the src file sizes the src sizes is 227 MB less then the compiled game (sorry for saying too much)

I've seen many people complain about how old MC fans can never shut the fuck up about how better it is, but I've actually seen the opposite. Anyone who does that here is criticitzed in the comments, so I don't know, is this a tiktok/twitter thing?

Hello, I’ve been playing Minecraft console for the past 12ish years. Whenever it came out on PS3. I had Java but never been motivated to play since my friends were on PS3. Well I wanna give Beta a play through and I’m stuck on the version where it’s the last update with no beds or the version that the last update before hunger/sprinting. I like the idea of no sleeping as a fun challenge but I don’t know enough about the versions to know if there’s a big difference or not really. I tried looking at a bunch of videos on YouTube and I don’t really understand the difference other than beds really. I just wanna know if there’s anything else that’s different worth knowing about.

So, I’ve played Minecraft since the day I was born basically and I’m just now getting back into old Minecraft and I wanted to try beta 1.7.3. I really love it cuz it reminds me of how I felt as a kid. I haven’t used beds because I don’t like the idea of skipping the night, what I really want to know is how does the difficulty of the mobs compare to alpha versions. Are the mobs as aggressive and strong as the alpha counterparts or are they weaker?
