Hey everyone 👋🏼 I’m new here. I’ve been baking for as long as I can remember (28 years total) and worked professionally as a pastry chef for 6 years. My state holds an annual gingerbread house competition and I’ve been wanting to have a go at it for years now.

Do you make your own blueprints, or is it possible to buy one from somebody? I would like to know your process for making one from scratch.

The picture I attached is just for fun and to bring attention to my post 😅 I made it using a kit from Michael’s arts and crafts store in 2018.
