Hello, I wonder if someone can help me. Would it be possible to remove the battery from the nova 2 and have it always plugged wired? And if so, would it always turn on when I turn on my pc and also use the Xbox mode by default? Or would I need to press the power on button every time even if battery is removed and connected to cable? Thanks

So I wanna get my boyfriend this one.. but uh I don't know anything... So.. those have Hall effect or smthn..? All I know is he's playing rocket league and he hates drift problems so much.

I recently got a G7 Pro 8k Aim Labs edition and I was wondering if there are any longer thumbsticks available?

I use to play on the elite series 2 with my right stick as the extended stick. I saw the G7 came with thumbsticks but they’re all standard size from what I saw.

I also need some advice optimizing the controller. I watched YouTube videos and I found them helpful but would like other users inputs as well since YouTube is click baity these days.

My main games are Battlefield 6 and now MW4 DMZ.

How do I correctly calibrate the G7 Pro 8K controller? Is the calibration process fast or slow?

I use wireless mode, and usualy when i take it off the dock, it'll take like a minute to connect to steam and allow me to use the controller. any advice?

Got my g7 pro zzz a few weeks ago for my bday gift to myself and unfortunately got one of the older ones with the faulty trigger stop, which broke.

Gamesir customer service emailed me back, in less then 24hrs, saying they are going to send a replacement.

It’s only been a couple weeks but I really love this thing and playing with it has been an absolute joy. Wasn’t expecting a whole replacement but really stoked that they stand behind their product like that.

Definitely will be recommending it to my friends and coworkers and will definitely be purchasing from this brand from now on when it comes to controllers.

Would love to see an ultra premium version of the g7 pro with a less plastic feel to it and a really beefed up build quality but I’m nitpicking. It still feels really great.

Would also love to see more faceplates, and faceplates with the option to have circle dpad accesories but other than those couple of nitpick things the controller is perfect.

Im usingf Gamesir G7 PRO 8K, How can I calibrate the sticks correctly? Should I do it quickly or slowly? I need all the details, please thank you very much.

im looking for a new controller and I just want the best one to fit my needs. I regularly play on a dualsense and switch 2 pro, so im used to both layouts.

the tarantula is 10 bucks cheaper but I hear the build quality is worse, the extra buttons are weird, and just overall a less pleasant experience, but also heard they are almost the same. I play a very precision based game and my hands are on the smaller side. if there any reason to go g7 pro over tarantula?

edit: I also play wired only so wireles isn’t useful for me

Website lists G7Pro series as being Xbox controller, but web search says it's only wireless on PC, and while compatible, console use requires wired connection.

My Xbox is in my living room, and I need a wireless controller to play there to avoid disaster from kids and pets. When I play on my laptop, I'm a foot away, and can use a wired connection without issue.

Is there an option that matches my use case?

left stick seems to catch or click on someone when i fully rotate it. really want to fix this without returning the controller or replacing it, as this is the 3rd one ive bought in 2 months, and it is perfect bar this one small issue.

i’ve tried taking face plate off, pushing stick in more, pulling the thumb stick off and putting it back on.

For some reason out of absolutely nowhere my Galaxy game sir G7 pro makes this incredibly loud rattle noise whenever I use the grip vibrations. Specifically the left hand side when it really shakes the controller it seems to be making my right thumbstick rattle seriously loud.

This doesn't happen with my other controllers that I bought from them which are also G7 pros. Does anybody have this issue as well? And is there any way to fix it

I was simply curious if the G7 Pro ever received Steam Input support, specifically for using it (in a non Xbox Mode i assume) with Gyro support for gyro to mouse through Steam Input. I know the gamesir software has its own gyro support, but I prefer to use steam if possible because I use some weird bindings and have a method for calibrating and figuring it all out. I searched around about it and found older posts where people said it did work on beta branches; did that ever fully release? if it works ok on Beta that's frankly good enough for me too really. Thank you!

i have had this controller for about 5 months now. i’ve done the required updates. but i am still having this bug where if i press the xbox logo to try to get to my dashboard. it will act like i’m holding it down to turn off controller or xbox entirely. i don’t have other models of Gamesir so i’m not sure if this would be considered under an issue with the controller and allow an exchange?
i have not found any others that have had this issue. i’m sorry if this is not a question for the subreddit
