Nearly missed this - a beech toothpick in a copy of The Meiji Guillotine Murders I picked up today

Found in a Spanish slang dictionary. I tried to decipher it but it gave me a headache. I was told it may be possessed.

The owner of the thrift store told me the box of books this came from was donated from an estate sale after an older gentleman passed away. There’s no name or date on the photo, but I can’t help wondering if she might have been his wife.

I keep thinking about him carrying this photo around in his book, coming across it every time he opened it. Maybe he liked having her close, even in the smallest way. There’s just something so bittersweet and beautiful about finding an ordinary piece of someone’s life like this, but you know you’ll probably never know the full story behind it

The Reddit AI said I should post here :)

Found at a car boot sale/flea market. Someone either really loved Shakespeare or used the book as a press to save their souvenir, I imagine.

Genuinely unsure of what it says

I bought this book at a local used bookstore, and I found these vintage airplane tickets. I thought it was a pretty cool find.

Sent them an email and thought others may want to

I found this in a book, was wondering if this could be about THE Pat Robinson or what? Would love to know who John and Randy are haha but more importantly just wanted to share.

Seems to be a mail in paper to sign up for a subscription for Prisma Boeken. I'm curious about the publishing house. Any info is appreciated :)

Love the rules!

Thd list says:

The Expendables

Jonah Hex

Splice

Hunt to Kill

Pretty cute :) I added the page spread they were referring to as well as the book cover.

I found this clipping thought you might want to see it
