I've always been quite neutral on Edelgard/Rhea discourse because I started with Golden Deer and thus ended up liking both characters and their own tragedies and I find their struggles very interesting. So I've never took a side, and I couldn't understand why some Edelgard fans were very defensive and so quick to rush to fight for their fav

Anyways, now with Fortune's Weave, I've become a Leda fan and it have shown me how frustrating it truly is when half a fandom totally misunderstand or vilify a character on purpose.

I'm sorry for what y'all went through all those years, I get it now

My favorite part of Crimson Flower is Jerizta himself. I love his interactions with Mercedes and Constance, and his dual personas/DID is an interesting aspect of his character and backstory. He's also a monster in combat, even in the lower tier class those his crest is kinda funny given his kit.

And Yes I'm romancing him in this route. Also him tagging along in Anna's paralouge is funny as hell.

P.S. Fuck Count Bartels. All my homies hate Count Bartels.

I've always been quite neutral on dad discourse because I started with Blue Lions and thus ended up liking all dads (including Edelgard and Claude's dads) and their own tragedies and I find their struggles very interesting. So I never took a side, and I couldn't understand why the Gilbert fan was very defensive and so quick to rush to fight for their fav.

Anyways, now with Fortune's Weave, I've become a Centurio fan and it has shown me how frustrating it truly is when the fandom totally misunderstand or vilify a character on purpose.

I'm sorry for what you went through all those years, I get I now.

What was Edelgard's plan for Faerghus? I'm asking this in-universe and what she herself (or Hubert, or any of her allies) has addressed or said. No headcanons please, but I'd love any analyses. I'm asking this as a genuine question, and not as an attack on Edelgard.

A lot of what made life miserable in Faerghus was its inherent geography that made it difficult to grow any crops. There's also TWSITD, who initiated the Tragedy of Duscur. Also the cruelty of the Western Lords. There's also Faerghus' instability with Duscur (which to be fair, isn't much of a problem anymore due to genocide) and Sreng.

Don't get me wrong, I think the Crest system should be torn down, and plenty of Blue Lions like Sylvain and Mercedes show that. But there's a reason why it exists. That system was born out of the scarcity and hypermilitaristic culture of Faerghus, and she has to address the latter to truly phase out the Crest system. I can't see how starting a war is supposed to help an already impoverished and unstable region. You can argue that the Tragedy of Duscur is a good casus beli to remove Dimitri from power, considering that a nation has to be pretty morally corrupt to start a genocide. But Lambert literally died trying to negotiate with Duscur, and Dimitri (the soon to be monarch) clearly maintained the innocence of the people of Duscur in that massacre. Not to mention that in most routes, Edelgard allies with the Western Nobles of Faerghus, who are probably some of the worst options for ruling that Fodlan has to offer. It's pretty hard to educate the commoners too when Faerghus can't even provide for basic survival needs that come from its geographical position. Invading a country doesn't exactly change that.

I agree that the Crest system needs to go down, but her method arguably makes things more unstable for Faerghus. If everything went well according to her plan, she'd have a fairly large power vacuum with only the Western Lords of Faerghus ready to take a leadership position. However Edelgard's ending makes it pretty clear that she lead all of Fodlan into a Golden Age. How did she manage to do it with Faerghus?

I’ve been trying to increase supports with both Edelgard and Hurbert, I am aware that the B rank wont unlock in till later in the story, but are the A ranks unlocked also if I build up the support and if they are will they show up blue??? sorry just a bit confused about this

Epimenedes literally built a Mediator in a cave like he's a Stark contrast to the other Agarthans

The GOATed Agarthan

I don’t think Solel is as dumb or as bad as some people make him out to be but I’m genuinely curious what he thinks of her super old age. Since she’s an “old lady” maybe he just assumes she’s a demigod? Or, he thinks the order has some life extending alchemy that he doesn’t question?

I might make a fic on this, but these are the names I chose for them...IF they were all in the same universe. Yes, that's Edelgard below Sothis' name.

Holy Raphael is so good. I can't get over it. He absolutely tanks everything in my Hard Verdant Wind run right now. I'm about to do the final chapter once im done grinding my professor level and getting some supports done.
