Decided to make some mods to my childhood game right now a whole new ui re design since I did not like how the new game looked next will be adding new ai game mechanics and dungeons

Finished all the other trophies on PS5 except for fishing up the cheese hat.

Please send help. It's over 4k fish. Found 4 or 5 Traveler Backpacks.

Should I dive for fishing spots? Lower than 20 or 50? Or just stick to Grove and pray? It's been over 24 hours of fishing. On Hardcore difficulty, which doesn't seem to help.

I know RNG is RNG, but if going into the dungeon helps and reach a certain floor for improved chance, i'll take it.

Hey everyone, I just came back to fate with the reawakened drop on the switch and I got +50 heroic damage as a bonus seen above on a quest hammer but, I’ve never seen that damage type before honestly and can’t seem to find anything concrete on the wikis about it. Any information about what that type does or if this is a rare bonus or just one I don’t recall would be greatly appreciated.

Had a project going for a few months for me and some friends to play with each other. I thought this community was dead but was happy to see such an active community. Are there people interested in a multiplayer mod ported through steam so you can join friends and dungeon crawl with them? Wasn’t sure if something like this was done before.

OG fate 2005 steam version, currently up to 4 players can join the same playthrough but it’s arbitrary I could raise it. Also steam lobbies are working. The saves feature is a lil buggy but that’s about it.

If people want I’ll send some screen shots but I don’t usually record.

1. I want to know how you go about choosing quests in any or all of the games.

I typically refresh the town until I get 3 quests for the given floor, so I have 3 quests per floor. Is that ideal? I never really look at the rewards, and you have to accept the quest to see the rewards, at least on Reawakened.

2.What quests give you the best rewards, like gold, exp, and fame? Or does it truly matter?

I've been doing a bit of research and I saw that I can play the original Fate through Fate Reawakened? I played the original Fate a lot as a kid, now I'm in college and want to play it again but I have a Mac and heard it's not compatible with Mac.

Is it still possible to play it through the Reawakened version or is it different? And do people recommend it?

So idk if I’m tripping or not but can’t for the life of me get to this area, walked around the whole map and everything, the green star on the right is the last thing I need for the quest

My game suddenly broke. It still plays but the screen is shifted and torn. Changing the settings or reinstalling doesn't fix it. Other games do not do this. Changing the resolution makes it worse. Taking a screen cap and looking at it in paint does not show the effect, so I had to take a picture with my phone. Any ideas?

Back when I used to play i had removed the Ghost of Tkala (he shows up if you idle too long). Im trying to do that again but I cant find it anywhere? I'm pretty sure I just deleted him or changed something in one of the .dat files but I'm not finding it now. Anyone know how to disable him?

Would anyone be interested in a low in editor for android? This game doesn't require one. I played it growing up on PC, and now again on android.

Just curious it wouldn't be anything fancy at all. Just stats and level, and gold.

So I use to play Fate a lot when I was a kid. Playing it as an adult, I'm confused on how I can raise the magic on my pet. I equipped them a charm that gave them 10% magic, but the stat is at zero. Do I need to be at a certain level? Is there something I haven't heard of when it comes to the game?

Playing the cursed king (og not reawakened) and I'm wondering what each of the AI settings mean in a practical sense. Also is there any way to force them to cast a spell. Feeling a bit frustrated that even with the whole squad down to 20% health my magic specialist refuses to hit us with a group heal.

Do the items you get from fishing cap out at a certain dungeon level in the original Fate?

I’m trying to get better armor and weapons and I’m at level 55 but pulling the same items that I did from 35-40.

What do yall think? This is the mobile version.

hey guys i was playing fate: The Traitor soul and i came across this item that i thought was a sword but it was back armor. i tried looking it up but couldn't find anything. has anyone else seen this?

Does anyone have images of the Elphame weapons? The armor set is in the first FATE in reawakened, but I read on GameFAQ that the Elphame set has weapons to go with it. I have not seen them and can't find anything online, and I need to know which weapon I should spec into. Does anyone know if the weapons are exclusive to the other games or are there images of them anywhere?

I keep reading posts about the downsides of reawakened but they’re all about a year old. I wanted to ask if the game is better today and if fishing/economy/Bugs are better now.

Played through Fate in hardcore mode, then imported that character to Undiscovered Realms. I'm super OP at this point so monsters don't damage me at all usually, but I was falling asleep while playing and didn't realize one of the monsters was reflecting my own damage back at me and I died after nearly 30 hours of gameplay 😭 However, this time the game let me keep the character and just turn off hardcore mode?? Why did it give me options this time instead of automatically perma-deathing me like it usually does? I'm grateful but confused lol

I played the heck out of FATE back in 2007, and I’m loving Reawakened on mobile now. Despite how large the playerbase seems to be, though, I can’t find any solid info on how difficulty affects item rarity and drop rate.

My first new character I started on Heroic difficulty. Nothing too crazy; the loot was about how I remembered it, from 20 years ago. My successor character I bumped up to Legendary and my God, the loot is SO much better; I’m getting Elphame swords and plate as early as the tenth level, with great enchantments to boot. I’m curious if this scales further with Hardcore difficulty, especially since my inherited Flawless Tattered Cloak with ten bazillion enchantments makes early floors a breeze. And this is all for just the original game; how does this scale for UR, TS, or CK?
