When will you learn?

Your employees are not being treated with the respect they deserve, and your managers are treated even worse. Now you’ve announced the stores will be open for the holidays. I remember when every holiday brought a gesture of appreciation. Today, it’s a hassle just to get new employees their shirts. Store staff have little support, yet the micromanagement and unprofessionalism are at an all-time high.

Consider how your senior leadership behaves when they visit our stores. They walk past staff without a word, as though we were invisible, and leave us to clean up after them. Is that how you see us, as “the help”?

The culture, or lack of one, has been declining since the early years of the program. When district and senior leaders visit, morale and energy drop. You hire your friends and push out the people you have a grudge against, then wonder why retention is so low. You don’t invest in your people. You wring them out until they burn out.

Nepotistic, petty, disrespectful, and inconsiderate are only a few of the words I would use to describe the environment you’ve created over the years. That is not sustainable.

I expect that business will continue and nothing will change. But I hope this gains enough traction that you reconsider how you operate and how you treat your staff.

Genetics: Chemdawg x Stardawg

I almost got this in the FP when I did my pickup, but since i wasnt sure if I would be able to tolerate working with the texture, I played it safe and got the badder instesd. It's a new strain and it has Stardawg in the genetics. So that made the choice pretty clear for me. Snagged with the 3 for 66. 🤙🏾

Review

Nose: 4/5. Gassy, funky and has heavy notes of the Chemdawg smell over anything else. Smells very robust and interesting, but also like straight weird funktastic heat. 💨

Taste: 3.25/5. After the nose, I expected ALOT more out of this aspect. Tastes almost like whispers of funky solventless on the inhale, with a slightly gassy and "lightly" robut after taste. Kinda let down by this aspect especially after coming off the heels of other badders and the GF fresh press that had some pretty solid and noticeable flavors. Also does suffer from "terpy ouchy" syndrome as it is a bit harsh when you're exhaling. 🤤

Effects: 4.5/5. Starts off very heady & euphoric due to the Limonene and Caryophyllene 2 in 1 combo. This is kind of what I expected after seeing the flavors on this strain. That changes into some actually VERY solid body sensations. Felt kind of like a warm hug after dabbing, and all the tension I had in my muscles and joints just completely dissapated. This made me move in "Solventless Slow-Motion" and absolutely had some manual breathing moments. Just a nice solid indica leaner, that didn't put me too indacouch, but definitely made me consider sitting down and not getting up for a bit. This section is a definite win for moi. 🫠

Legs: 3.75/5. 40 min. 🔥

Overall: 3.875/5. I got this strain solely based on the fact that it was a Stardawg cross. Stardawg brings me back to the early days of me having my card and those effects back then were solid. This jar has morr GMO-esque vibes to me when it comes to the smell and the slight after taste. Effects wise this shit is actually pretty gas, and won't bring a tear to my eye, although the terpy ouchies might 🤣. For those who are flavor chasers, maybe steer clear of the badder and go try the Fresh Press. And for those who are more about the effects, this shit is potent solventless gas. I may go try the FP of this strain because I wanna see what this truly is supposed to taste like. 👏🏾

Saw this on the Trulieve menu for $15 a pop and the date looked good (9/16) so I grabbed a few. I wanted to get 5 of them and use the Reddit coupon, but they only let me get 4 and then I got another 8th of minis for $17. Came out to $52 out the door for 5 8ths using the $25 coupon on top.

I’m very satisfied with this pickup especially for the price, the flower is super fresh and sharp to my nose. Rips apart nice and smoking clean in the ball vape. Energizing and uplifting in my experience.

Nose is impeccable. Straight up smells like fresh banana bread right out the oven… I could sit here smelling this for days.
Nugs came looking solid, frosty as hell and slightlysticky. Flavor matches the smell pretty damn well, sweet banana dough with that little earthy kick underneath. Effects are nice and relaxing, calm body feel without knocking me out. Pretty tired already so I will probably doze off soon 😂

I saw the options on sunburns website the other day and wasn't excited about the thumbprint selection they had, so I ordered 2g of double burger badder and 1g of banana shack jam. I chose double burger because I had about .5 of it remaining and I chose banana shack jam because of previous experiences with it. I have to say I think I created one of my favorite thumbprints I've had so far.

I would say smell is 8/10 very potent and gassy with the double burger taking over a bit but the banana shack comes in strong through the after smell. I gave this score because I believe the best thumbprint smell came from a fantasy shack tmumbprint I had from sunburn.

Effects I would say are a 9/10 if you're looking for something strong and that will leave you on your seat. I knocked out after hitting this and it was the best sleep I had.

grabbed this a few weeks ago finally got around to trying this batch ( I had got a half doing the 8 or more I was still finishing it) this batch has a little more smell kinda gassy and is super sticky. this stuff is great for my muscle aches/relaxing. a lot of this stuff is just weed to me this is some good medicine as well as some weed 😂..definitely going to keep this in my cabinet feeling a lot better after a 10 Hour day. The flower in this was good but this rosin cart is smacking!!! Super dank weedy taste and I will definitely be getting this one again … definitely one of their better ones. I feel like I taste some linalool in here with nice calming effects and only takes a few rips to get you where you need to be. If only their live resin was as good as some of the others but hopefully it’ll get there one day. Do yourself a favor and try this one … next up is cheddar Cheeze!!

Been absolutely digging this blueberry diesel lately.
The genetics throw me off but I'm telling you the smell on this stuff after the grind is so yummy. Got it in a king palm cone and the smell translates well to taste. I really hope they put this on the half deal this week.. Paired with an ultra blue hawaiian monster and my favorite pupper, I'd say the afternoons going quite alright! Appearance: Very well done dense whole bud that mixes dark greens, very nice dark purple shady leaves that are nicely covered with sticky trichomes. 👌🏽

Nose: Bakery doughy cookies right of the bag. You get all of the earthy nutty and desert profile all over this one. The mints portion of the strain is the best counterpart to the cookie profile.

Flavor: Translates perfectly from the nose. Very distinct creamy vanilla mix with the subtle minty notes and that sweet cookie pastry notes on the exhale just make want to never put it down.

Effects: Amazing Indica strain for nighttime. Very enjoyable session. Heavy body sedation without heavy couch lock. Still functioning. Nice and balanced potency. Legs ran about 3-4 hrs and some munchies and dry eyes on the backend. But amazing strain! Enjoy! ☺️
