What is an Experiencer? It is more than ET contact alone. This classic lecture covers the commonalities of NDEs, OBEs, NHI Contact and Consciousness.

It is now almost 5 years ago from when I first I posted this lecture to this subreddit, not long after I launched this place in November 2021. It is time to post it again.

Some background:
For those who don't know him, Rey Hernandez is an Experiencer and co-founder of the Dr Edgar Mitchell FREE Foundation and the Consciousness and Contact Research Institute (CCRI). He is behind the famous FREE experiencer survey and the Paranormal-Quantum Hologram Theory that proposes that NHI contact is not just 'nuts-and-bolts' only, but is also a consciousness-based, multidimensional phenomenon. This is pretty standard stuff for us here in this community.

If you look at the side bar of this subreddit you will see the following:

r/Experiencers

A safe space for Experiencer related discussions. NHI Contact, HICE/CE5, Abductions, Metaphysical Experiences, Telepathic, Psionic, OBEs NDEs STEs, Mediumship, Astral Projection, Precognition, etc. A place for genuine supportive discussion free from cynicism & aggressive scepticism. Such experiences illustrate important revelations about humanity and the reality we are in and it is important to have spaces that allow people to talk about them openly. This means something. This is important.

The posted lecture is about experiencers, contact modalities and how the above is all one interconnected phenomenon. It is important viewing for those new or interested in what this community is about to understand.

The video itself is nearly 9 years old and Rey has continued to do excellent work and has a lot more content out there since, but I thought it was would be valuable to repost this lecture again to highlight what many of us experiencers came to understand due to our own journeys.

This is all bigger than just contact with extra-terrestrials. (Not to take away from that).
The various phenomenon, experiences and contact modalities are interconnected and linked. What I often call the Experiencer Phenomenon is actually about humanity, our potential and the reality we occupy itself. Along with the fact that we are not alone and that various NHI have been interacting with us from the start and the consciousness question is centre stage to all this.

I also think it is important to highlight that NHI is not a completely brand new term, but it works and is important as it covers much more of what is going on. Humanity is not just dealing with ETs.

Rey's lecture also covers so many significant aspects of what I often call the Experiencer Journey and what happens to many of us post contact awakening. Not all experiences involve NHI and not all NHI contact involves abduction experiences. While the abduction phenomenon is a highly significant aspect to all of this, the word experiencer has long grown to cover more than just being an alternative word for abductee.

This is a good thing in my opinion and was long the case for years before I started this community. I only note this because there has been some confusion on this over the years, even frustration and anger towards me and this community assuming it was us here that changed the meaning of the word but it was long understood to have this meaning before I made this space. This was my understanding of the word long before I even heard of Rey and his work.

But every now and then I hear the idea that everything only changed after 2020. Not so. This was my understanding of the term and how the internet appeared to view the term going back to the mid to late 2000s.

As I said, I think this is good thing because of what the experiencer phenomenon represents for humanity. In my own experience I would argue that the benevolent NHI out there attempting to assist us in our understanding of reality and ourselves think so too. This is said with the utmost respect and care for the extremely difficult wars fought by heroes throughout the 90s regarding the abduction phenomenon and having abduction experiencers be taken seriously.

Experiencers are the people engaging with the broader reality of the human experience and on the cutting edge of a paradigm shift in our understanding of who we are and what reality is. There appears to be overlapping layers of reality of various other type of non human beings engaging with us and us with them via consciousness based interactions and physical interactions.

"People know their experiences and what they have undergone does not fit with the prevailing mechanistic worldview. Large percentages of people seem to know there is an unseen world, or hidden dimensions of reality."

John Mack, 1999.

The Behavioural Outcomes Resulting from a Reported Contact Experience with Non-Human Intelligent Beings

I will paste a little extract here :

A key finding of the FREE study was that the contact experience for most people, contrary to popular movie accounts of unpleasant “abductions” and medical experiments, was predominantly positive (Figure 3). This finding is consistent across almost all country samples, with roughly two-thirds of respondents of the four largest country samples reporting “Highly Positive” or “Slightly Positive” life changes resulting from contact. The number and percentage of subjects by race/ethnicity responding to this same question indicated that for all racial/ethnic categories and combinations, all were in the range of 61–86% positive in their rating of the positivity of impact of CE upon their life. Approximately one-half to three-quarters (50–84%) of the subjects for each age category shown, reported their CE as “Mainly Positive” as a function of age. There was a slight increase in reported positivity as age increased from 18 to 24 (50%; N = 66), 25 to 54 (61%; N = 942), to 55 and older (78%; N = 669). The reported CE also had a similar effect on changing one’s life by gender. For instance, 66% (N = 1,016) of females and 62% (N = 729) males claimed to have been changed in a “positive” way, whereas only 13% females and 12% males considered their CE as changing their life in a “negative way.”

Global Policy Journal: “Don’t look up?“ – Why it is past time for serious holistic research into Unidentified Anomalous Phenomena

The following is an excellent article in the Global Policy Journal about experiencer advocy.

I want to highlight a section of the article because it's about us, this community, and touches on why places like this community and subreddit are important and have impact.

Experiencers frequently describe significant psychological and social consequences following their encounters. Many struggle with profound self-doubt, confusion, and difficulty integrating the experience into dominant worldviews. They often report social isolation, as disclosure of their experience tends to result in disbelief, ridicule, or pathologization. Attempts to seek mental health support are commonly met with immediate diagnosis rather than curiosity or care. For many, these experiences disrupt personal relationships, sometimes leading to estrangement from family members, partners, or communities unable to understand or accept their experience.

Yet these encounters also frequently produce transformative effects. Some experiencers describe lasting shifts in values, including increased concern for ecological systems and non-human life. Many report reassessments of metaphysical assumptions, becoming open to possibilities about mind, matter, and identity not encompassed by standard naturalistic frameworks. Experiences of “high strangeness”—such as non-local communication, altered states of consciousness, or perceived separation of mind and body—lead experiencers to question inherited boundaries between the physical and the mental. Interpretations of the entities themselves vary. Some experiencers understand them as threatening or invasive; others regard them as benevolent or helpful. In practice, many adopt non-dual frameworks that acknowledge the answer likely lies somewhere in between.

Despite the depth and significance of these impacts, experiencers are rarely treated as credible knowers. Their testimony is frequently dismissed before consideration, resulting in epistemic injustice in which individuals are not treated as reliable interpreters of their own experience. Given the growing acknowledgment that experiencer testimony is central to understanding UAP phenomena, it is necessary to involve experiencers directly in research, discussion, and policy development. They should not be considered case material for analysis, but as central to the conversation, providing essential insight into the experience and nature of contact. Psychological research has repeatedly shown that individuals reporting contact events, including abduction experiences, are not more likely than the general population to suffer from mental illness. Thus, immediate pathologization is neither empirically grounded nor ethically justifiable.

Finally, there is an emerging need to consider the ethics of contact. If individuals have been taken or subjected to procedures without consent, this raises ethical questions about autonomy and dignity. At the same time, purely human-centered ethical frameworks may be insufficient for interpreting interactions with an intelligence not assumed to share human norms. While not jumping to conclusions, the ethical conversation must be allowed to occur, guided by the experiences of those most directly affected.

Many of us here are in a constant state of justifying ourselves to our loved ones, our social circles or society at large. Articles like the above and the hero's behind them are going a long way in helping to break the stigma and push this topic onto the table of serious discussion where it belongs.

The reality is that nothing is more serious than this. The fact that this topic has been made out to be a joke for so long is a defining example of how much of a crisis our species is actually in in terms of our own self-awareness.

It is time for us to grow out of childhood.

Discussion Sharing a lifelong memory of the blueprint walkthrough, the monitor at the threshold, and the descent.

Other than my twin brother, this is the first time I am ever mentioning this to anyone, anywhere. Nobody else in my family, not my friends, no one. For a long time as a child, I honestly thought it was just something made up in my head, pushing it aside for years as a mental mistake, an error of sorts. Even now, I worry that the words I use to describe my experience are flawed. Putting human language to something truly unexplainable is nearly impossible, so the vocabulary I use for the things I saw and the feelings I felt is bound by human terms simply for lack of a better option. Please keep that in mind as you read forward. I know how fantastical this may sound, but this goes far beyond a casual memory or a vivid dream. Here i go.

Before my life here even began, I remember living the descent.

The memory starts in a space I can only describe as total immersion, where many things were happening all at once. It felt as though I were moving through passages and layers, passing through successive levels that peeled back while I was simultaneously being compressed, tier by tier. With every threshold I crossed, my memory and the knowledge I held dissolved a fraction more in a persistent, steady fading.

Along the way, distinct pause points existed in the process, including a final walkthrough of the human earth design. It is hard to explain, but that meeting felt like a pre-game huddle, a final check of a meticulous structural blueprint, reviewed down to the very last specification.

Once that walkthrough was complete, I moved toward the exit of that level, which stood right at the entrance to another: a massive oval doorway built like a heavy hull threshold, immense and curved. I wasn't alone. Many other beings were passing through at the same time; some moved alongside me, while others traveled in the opposite direction, it seemed as though they were returning from where we were going. Leaning up against the exterior bulkhead to my right was a sentinel being, a large towering figure standing watch like an administrator directing transit. A monitor.

As I crossed the threshold, the sudden weight of my fading knowledge hit me. I spun back, catching the being in my peripheral vision, and demanded "I want to remember. I refuse to keep forgetting."

The being didn't flinch, delivering a response that was flat and absolute. "Remembering ALL knowledge would serve no purpose here for you; it would only encumber the pre-established design, and introduce vulnerabilities, and alter parameters."

A wave of intense annoyance hit me, quickly shadowed by a deeper, visceral revulsion. The prospect of what lay ahead sickened me, the sheer absurdity of entering a biological vessel that required physical fuel to function, that processed waste, and that would ultimately degrade and die. Yet the descent continued. With each layer I passed through, more of my awareness was stripped away, peeling back the infinite until only the raw self remained, dropping into an unexpectedly lower-level frequency.

Then came the final threshold. Stepping out of the absolute brilliance of the light, much like the luminous tunnel people describe entering when they die, except I was moving in the other direction. I emerged from that vast radiance straight into open space. In this dark, geomteric space I remember this realm as a vast waiting area, a cosmic staging ground. Others were there waiting too, including the soul who would become my twin brother. All around me churned a swirling vortex, a pool opening to the other side, and I watched people dropping straight into it. Through the churning distortion of the current, the blue curve of the planet spun into view.

Standing at the edge of that drop, images of past earth-walks played out before me like a comprehensive review, cutting through the static with brief memories of prior lives I had already lived on the planet. Right at the end of that sequence, a single face crystallized in my periphery the woman who would be my mother. I recognized her instantly.

Then I dropped in.

My time in the womb passed mostly as a blank stretch, punctuated only by a few raw, physical sensations, until the sudden grip of contractions and the blind push of labor took over.

A searing glare stabbed into my eyes, burning white and fierce. Color flooded my vision, everything drenched in green and white, slick with water.

I am a twin, and I was born second.

As I entered the delivery room, my first instinct was pure orientation. I wasn't panicked; in fact, I distinctly remember wondering what all the fuss was about. Tuning out the commotion, I began searching for my brother, tracking through the strange new sounds around me until I heard his cry. An immense wave of relief washed over me the moment I caught his voice. Right at birth, I had complications, my breathing was abnormal, which meant I required extra medical attention and had to stay behind in the hospital for a few extra days while he waited for me.

As I grew up, this pre-birth memory never left me. It remained an active, living presence my entire life, acting as a quiet framework that walked beside me and helped shape how I perceived every layer of this reality. Throughout my childhood and teenage years, I also experienced three very profound out-of-body experiences, though that is a story for another time. Those experiences are just as seared into my mind, deepening my understanding long before I had the concepts for any of it.

Over time, those early fragments refused to stay buried. Through a non-traditional meditation technique, a highly specific internal process that unlocked and unpacked what had been sealed away, the memories became sharper, clearer, and fully understood. Having this unlocked has fundamentally shaped my perspective on life here, religion, and the nature of the afterlife. It all points to the exact same underlying truth: reality is vast, layered, ancient, engineered, and governed by architectures far stranger than we can ever imagine.

What we are taught to accept as the entirety of existence is merely the surface floor of a much larger design. Traditional religious doctrines and standard definitions of mortality only capture distorted echoes of this machinery, mistaking the boundaries of our immediate environment for the limits of the cosmos. Once you perceive the blueprint beneath the physical world, the illusion of randomness falls away. You begin to see that consciousness is not a temporary byproduct of biology, nor is death an endpoint; rather, they are deliberate transitions within an immense, ancient system built with purpose, precision, and a scale that defies conventional human belief.

Looking back on a lifetime of carrying this, I will end by saying one thing: the monitor at the door was right.

Dream State Pool Mirror Experience:

This started as a dream and went into astral territory:

I dreamt that my sister and I were at a kind of pool resort, except it was empty besides us - and the architecture was like a brutalist style. The pool part of the resort was massive, with many different sections to it. Suddenly I became aware of K (my nhi contact), I could feel her Prescence in the dream, the familiar feeling that she is just around the corner and will pop up at any moment.

My sister suggested that I hide underwater. I got into the pool quickly and ducked under the water, it was at this point that K arrived to the pool. K walked over to where I was and first knelt down to to the water.

Then I was no longer in control of my body, I was frozen (not the water but me, like paralyzed or whatever) floating on my back just under the surface of the water. K was now right above me also, floating in a now liminal-like space so that her body was parallel to mine, her face right above mine (right at the membrane of the water but not passing through, like me too).

This is when it became like a rapid series of "scenes", the dream going into astral territory. It was switching between the pool liminal space and my bedroom. Back and forth in rapid succession. There was also stuff about above/below, yin/yang, her being polar opposite to me, etc.

When it was the bedroom, I was lying in bed and K was lying beside me holding me (kind of spooning me basically). When it switched back to pool it was her above facing me, and me below like I described above. The dream scene went in this rapid succession of bedroom -- pool - bedroom- pool, and so on. While in the bedroom it felt like my heart was being overwhelmed. Caused by her holding me. And this heart overwhelming feeling spread to my whole body from my heart. I woke up.

I will include an image generation to show how this happened, it only has a few panels for the back and forth from pool to bedroom but it was a lot more than just a few times, and in rapid succession; so keep that in mind. Also I could not illustrate the above/below stuff real well so it's just showing the rapid succession. Her body should be right above, floating like mine, looking down at me (her head Parrell to mine, etc) - it doesn't show this super well, also her image is not super accurate to her just for privacy reasons. Same with me and my sister. The heart sensation was very physical.

Experience Am I an Experiencer?

• Upvotes

To make a long story short, I grew up with a father who had something of a fascination with science fiction, space, extraterrestrials and UFO lore.

I think much of his interest stemmed from experiences he had in childhood. For example, he frequently told a story of riding in the car with his mother at a young age, along some country road in the deep south of the U.S., only to encounter a bright light that he said followed the car for a time, then came down and hovered directly over it.

He said the car engine stopped, and his mother reached for a gun. He said once she gripped the gun, whatever the craft was seemed to leave, and that's all he remembered. His mother would never speak of it again, apparently.

Later on, when he was dating my mother, they were out together and thought they saw something moving unusually in the sky. Believing to have identified it as a UFO, they began trying to follow and track it. They ended up driving through several counties and spending a few hours doing this before giving up.

He had other unusual things occur as well, but I will leave them out for now as they fall more into the category of paranormal than the more classic experience I will describe here.

As a kid, his interest rubbed off on me and we would often watch the History Channel / Nat Geo specials on UFOs and the like, and at some point we had a family trip in the Utah/New Mexico/Nevada area. It got us within close enough vicinity of Area 51 that we decided to make a trip.

We stopped by the "Little A'Le'Inn" and some other landmarks around Rachel, NV, as well as giftshop with a lot of alien/UFO themed stuff.

What happens next is what confuses me.

A short time after returning home, my mind had of course been occupied with this topic and I had a rather strange experience one night I am not sure how to categorize. I never really thought of it as an NHI/abduction experience or encounter, but the more I read modern reports of such things, the less I'm sure - and I'm hoping maybe those of you in this sub can help me out.

What I recall is going to sleep, then either dreaming or waking up to find myself paralyzed. I seemed to be laying on my side, and I can't remember what was around me. It felt sort of familiar, like I was in my room, but it also wasn't familiar at all.

I seem to remember the sensation of laying on an operating table. It seemed cold, metallic. The bizarre thing is I could hear a distinct and rather loud drilling noise, and when it was really "revved up" I would feel it in my lower back. It felt like a tingle or nerve-ending type of sensation.

The other really strange thing is I seem to recal a red filter over my vision. Like everything I was seeing was tinted red. I couldn't move my head or my body, but I kept hearing the drill and feeling the tingling pulses in my lower back.

I don't remember anything else, but weirdly, in the proceeding couple of years I would hit a massive growth spurt and grow nearly a foot and end up having severe lower back pain as a result. Of course there may be no connection at all, but it's a strange coincidence.

I haven't had any experiences like this as an adult, except I have had bouts of severe sleep paralysis, where I would go through periods of time where it would happen frequently with and with some intensity.

I don't know what to make of all this, but it bears enough similarity to other reports I've read that I would like to hear other opinions, particularly those of experiencers who have started to piece together what's happening to them - am I an experiencer?

What do I do with all this?

Six Strange Cases of Humanoids in New York

by Preston Dennett

Sightings of UFOs are undeniably interesting, but far more compelling are cases involving humanoids. Face-to-face encounters with extraterrestrial entities provide a profound insight into the UFO phenomenon and the alien presence on our planet. ETs are being seen all over the world, in every state, in every country. This video presents six extraordinary and unusual cases of humanoid entities from the state of New York. Each of these cases are strange and unique, and each offers an opportunity to further our understanding of extraterrestrials.

CASE ONE: IMPLANTED BY ALIENS. In 1955, eight-year-old Richard Price was playing near his home in Lansingburgh, NY when he encountered short humanoid ETs and a landed UFO. He was taken onboard the craft, physically examined and given an alien implant. Further procedures followed. Richard was then returned, but his life would never be the same. His case became on of the first involving the scientific study of an alien implant.

CASE TWO: A UFO LANDS ON MAIN STREET. On July 31, 1967, security guard Sidney Zipkin came upon a UFO landed in a parking lot along Main Street in Churchville, NY. To Sidney’s shock, two short humanoids raced into the craft which took off straight up. Sidney told his superiors who could see that Sidney was badly shaken. Unknown to any of them, numerous other people, including several police officers, saw UFOs in the same area at the same time.

CASE THREE: THE NEWFIELD UFO FLAP. On the evening of October 24, 1967, two young boys, Donald Chiszar and Pat Crozer were outside their home in Newfield, NY and looking up, saw a large structured craft with portholes hovering about 130 feet overhead. Looking through the portholes, the saw two strange-looking humanoids staring down at them. The craft took off, but the next night it returned. So began a massive UFO flap involving hundreds of witnesses.

CASE FOUR: “THEY WERE NOT HUMAN.” On the evening of June 10, 1972, an anonymous nurse, her mother and infant son, drove home along Coleman Station Road in Millerton, NY. Without warning, a massive craft dropped from the sky and hovered overhead only 150 feet away. Looking through the portholes, they saw five gray-skinned humanoids looking right back at them. They raced away and to their shock, the UFO began to follow them home.

CASE FIVE: “I AM NOT AFRAID OF THEM.” On February 26, 1983, Monique O’Driscoll drove with her daughter through upstate New York. Suddenly a massive boomerang-shaped craft appeared low overhead. Monique mentally called out, “Don’t Go!” To her amazement, the craft approached even closer. Two months later, Monique was visited again, only this time she had missing time. Going under hypnosis, she recalled being taken onboard the craft.

CASE SIX: THE GROUP ABDUCTIONS. In September 1989, a group of five friends (James, Curtis, Petra, Brian and Paul) decided to spend the Labor Day weekend at a trailer in a forested area of Saugerties, NY. That evening, the trailer filled with light and they experienced a period of missing time. Over the next four years, each time they spent time at the trailer, weird things happened. Under hypnosis, they learned that they were all being taken together onboard a UFO.

These six cases are just the tip of the iceberg, but together they show what it’s like to have a face-to-face encounter with extraterrestrials. Each have multiple witnesses and additional corroborating evidence. And each makes one fact very clear: we are not alone!

UAP Sighting Paranormal experiences still looking for answers...

My Report

Background: I am originally from portugal, moved to Schönried (Gstaad area, Bernese Oberland, Switzerland; population about 10,000) in 2010, from around 2016 to 2019 i experienced weird phenomena.

At 15, I was drawn to religion, particularly Christianity. I was serious about it praying everynight. Before we moved to Switzerland, back in our home country, we had already experienced strange phenomena that looked like poltergeist activity. This has been common in my family. For a long time, we had a priest/exorcist who knew the family and was aware of what was happening. There was also a case involving my mother, in which five family members (some close, some distant) and an unrelated driver experienced something strange during an accident. It remains unexplained to this day. I mention this to give context: strange and creepy experiences are common in my family.

Around 15, I was interested in WW2, primarily because it was the subject at school at the time, as well as some historical topics like the pyramids. However, I had no interest in UFOs and didn't believe in them. Even at this house we experienced weird phenomena my dad and I would often hear knocks at different doors. Loud and clear. My mother would also experience knocks but less. Lights would flicker, things would move...the typical shit.

The very first sighting, Gran Canaria: We were on holiday. It was around 8 am and the sky was cloudy. Our hotel was near an airport. While we were having breakfast, I noticed a strange black cube with smoke around it. I didn't know what to make of it. I saw a plane take off right next to it.

I looked at my parents and said, "Mom, Dad, what is that?" and pointed outside. They looked confused for a moment, until they saw it. My mother said, "That's so strange." Keep in mind that I had told them nothing about what I saw, so this was their own sighting. Afterward they laughed uncomfortably. My dad ended the conversation with "must be aliens" as he chewed his food, and they went on to talk about the weather.

My first sighting at home:One sunny afternoon (1-2 pm), I saw a steel-like sphere in our garden, about 4 meters from me and 3 meters high, next to our tree. The sky was clear and sunny. The sphere was stationary and seemed to reflect its surroundings, including the sun slightly to the right. I watched it for a while, then decided to get my digital camera. I expected it to be gone when I returned, but it was still there, and I looked at it a bit longer. When I turned on the camera and pointed it at the sphere, it slowly faded away on the screen.

What followed: After this, I began seeing these things more often.

Red glowing spheres: I often saw red spheres outside our windows, moving up and down without reaching the ground, fading out and coming back. On my 9-minute walk to the station around 6 am, red lights seemed to follow me and stopped when I stopped. When I walked in the opposite direction, they followed me that way. One time, they also followed me on my bus from Château-d'Œx at around 11 pm.

Light formations: Later, I saw groups of three lights keeping a fixed distance from each other, as if they were one craft about the size of three school buses side by side. Some rotated, changed direction, stopped, or moved in circles.

Field watching:In winter, I started sneaking out between 3 and 6 am to the field in front of our house, sometimes with friends. Once, objects flew over us at high speed, making a "vrum" sound. I hadn't told my friends that I was seeing these things, so they were unprepared. Some didn't want to go back after that. I insisted we stay, and some felt sick to their stomachs because they were scared, so we left. On the way home, they didn't want to talk about it. All they said to me was that it wasn't human.

Triangles: I saw different triangles. Some moved in circles or changed direction. When they hovered motionless, it felt like being stared at. Many of the rotating ones were transparent in between, so you only saw the three lights. One hovered above my building. At first, I thought it was three separate lights far away, so I stood outside staring until I saw it rotate and come closer to my building. I ran inside as fast as I could, because I could see it was a single solid object that was somehow almost invisible apart from its lights.

\*\*Closest encounter (2-3 am):\*\* My parents were away. I felt a strong urge to go upstairs, and from their window, I saw a huge black triangle in the backyard. At the back, the left side had a white light and a red light, and the right side had a smaller red light. A red light flickered from right to left, like a car's sequential indicator. Through the slightly open window, I heard a low "vvvrrruum." I was very scared, so I locked the windows and went to bed. What scared me most was that I had felt called to go upstairs and look at it, even though I hadn't been thinking about it. That bothered me.

September 2018: Around 11 pm, I was leaving a country festival in town and took a shortcut. I saw a triangle stop when I noticed it. I stared back and watched it slowly glide to a full stop. I stared at it for about 5 minutes without it moving. Then I felt a strong sense that I should leave, and I ran. It didn't follow me. This is the only time I got a photo, and it was useless because my phone's night camera was poor at the time.

The oval craft: One night around 2-3 am, I saw an oval, steel-colored object with multicolored lights near a small holiday house (Saaliweg 10, Schönried). I saw it from my house. It seemed to struggle with gravity, repeatedly dropping toward the house. Its movement was very shaky, with big zigzags from side to side, which is why I was confused about what it was. It then drifted toward the bushes. I found no trace of it the next day. A few months later, the house was demolished and rebuilt, which may be a coincidence.

Orange-yellow, fire-like orb moving in an infinity shape: I was at an open-air swimming pool in winter. There was snow, and it was cloudy. I was with my mother. At around 8 pm, I looked up at the night sky and saw a fire-like orb, glowing yellow and orange. It moved in an infinity shape, very shakily. I didn't understand what it wanted from me. It was close, filling my whole field of vision, probably 6 to 8 meters above me. My mother saw it too, but she said she saw it fade away. All I said to her was "look up." It reappeared when she left to go to the massage jets, and it disappeared when she came back.

Other details:

\- Around the time of all this, our router acted strangely. All our devices (my phone, my parents' phones, computers, tablets) lost Wi-Fi except my laptop, which I was using to research different topics. My dad saw several odd IP entries in the router. Most users had names like "-" or ".-.". This could be a coincidence, but I noted everything down because I wanted to keep track of it all.

\- Somewhere in the midst of all this, I started taking notes from files in the CIA's FOIA reading room on different subjects. I don't know how or when I started doing this. All I know is that I was looking for answers about what I was seeing. I read about experiments on ESP research, such as the one with a mother rabbit and her three baby rabbits, in which an EEG showed a change in the mother's brain waves whenever one of the babies was killed on a submarine. It was originally a Soviet experiment, later replicated by the US.

\- Activity was strongest in winter, from mid-January to early April.

\- Nearby are the Horneggli bunker (military, NATO link unconfirmed), a former military airfield that is now a private airport, and the Mount10 data bunker.

\- The sightings stopped in late 2019, around the time a tourist attraction was installed in the field.

My view: I believe many of them were military, though not all. I'm sharing this now because I no longer feel like I sound crazy. I moved out 5 years ago, I went to therapy had exams done to rule out things and im perfectly healthy. Their explanation is that it was probably just planes or weather phenomena. Or more likely someone pranking our family. As for the poltergeist it was most likely just normal things and the religious aspect of those ppl saw it that way.

I haven't seen any since I left. As for my parents idk I dont speak to them much anymore.

Ive experienced alot of stuff around that time unrelated but it was just like constant adrenaline including an old couple in a Mercedes just a few meters from my house asking for directions and then insisting 5 times as I was walking and they were in their car on the street, for me to get in their car that they'd take me home. Just before other cars arrived and they sped out.

I have no answers to any of this.

However I do think someone had their eyes on me, and idk why. Or atleast on my family and Idk why. I would really like to know.

Its something I barely give attention today but its something odd that I cant make sense of until today.

If any of you have ideas of what could be? Military? Spyware? Uaps? Idk i would tho like to make sense of it.... or see them again. If I did. I would react differently now older, probably approach them.

Visions I Had a Vision of Heaven

Last month I had an open-eye vision of Heaven. It happened on a pretty normal day. I grew up in a Christian household. My parents didn’t force their religion on me. I believed in Christ since I was a child . And I had always wanted to go to Heaven after I died.

On the day of the vision, I had just gotten up from a decent nap. I didn’t dream about anything like I usually do. Right when I was getting out of bed, that’s when it happened. All of a sudden, brief images of what looked like a heavenly forest flashed across my field of vision.

The forest looked absolutely beautiful. There were trees, flowers and grass. The sky was amazing too. It had the most perfect sunset I had ever seen. Although I wouldn’t necessarily call the light in the sky “a sun”. Everything was so hyper-real. As in, it looked more real than life here on Earth.

The colors were very vibrant. Everything seemed to have its own vibration and frequency. If that makes any sense. Everything was just so bright and amazing that I had to literally calm myself down from excitement. My heart was racing because the visuals were almost overwhelming.

After the vision ended, the first word that came out of my mouth was “Woah.” It took a month for me to process all this because I just couldn’t believe what I had seen. But I feel totally grateful for having seen it.

Discussion "Oh, like the Backrooms?" - Gens Z Is More Ready For Disclosure Than Any Previous Generation

Post image
122 Upvotes

I am a Millennial. I grew up in a pop culture with some pretty great entertainment options… Compared to my predecessors in Gen X, some of the stuff at my entertainment disposal was pretty wild.

They obviously had their stand-outs: Star Trek, Star Wars, Doctor Who, etc… But we grew up with Star Trek The Next Generation, The Neverending Story, The Matrix!

Where they had stuff like the Brady Bunch and Scooby-Doo, we enjoyed significantly more wacked-out entertainment products like Family Matters and Ren & Stimpy (Yes, Family Matters is a pretty straightforward sitcom, except for all the robots, time travel, shrinking, and alternate personalities).

I’m saying that we Millennials enjoyed a certain escalation from Gen X’s initiatory sci-fi concepts, to our deeper, more “out there” concepts. Things that would be considered “crazy” in Gen X’s pop culture were much more “normal” and accepted in Millennial pop culture.

Obviously there are outliers… Boomers even had cool stuff like the Twilight Zone, and Gen X could have read stuff like Dune to introduce themselves to the more “out there” concepts of prescience and genetic memory… But here I am talking about the Zeitgeist. The things that were ubiquitous for that generation. Inescapable stuff. Every Millennial knew about The Matrix.

Well, Gen Z obviously have their own pop culture environment, and I am here to argue that this environment of theirs makes them better suited than any of their elders to digest the concepts that I believe are deeply intertwined with the phenomenon, and popular disclosure of it.

Before going further, I would like to note that I am, of course, generalizing. I don’t think it’s possible to discuss generations without generalizing age groups. Maybe TNG is also a Gen X thing, and maybe plenty of Millennials watched The Twilight Zone. Don’t get hung up on the dates and age ranges; I am talking about the forest, not the trees.

Also, it’s really important to remember that the previous generations created these richer entertainment environments for the newer ones. All of the great things we Millennials enjoyed were made by brilliant and creative Boomers and Gen Xers. Some awesome Millennials have brought Gen Z’s entertainment to life. While I am running a comparison, it is out of love and appreciation. We are helping each other, not competing!

“Multiverse” Is Now a Household Word

I remember being in my college dorm, hanging out with my friends, stoner-philosophizing about the concept of a multiverse. What there being an “alternate universe” really meant, what it would be like, how they could split… Is it different from different timelines? What if only this is different, or only that is different… If you die in one universe, do you die in all of them? Etc, etc.

Now, we were nerds (though I would argue cool “daywalker” nerds), and were aware of the stuff comics had done around the time – Crisis on Infinite Earths, that sort of thing. Also, Sliders existed (hell yeah!), along with some other shows like TNG that dealt with the concept... But as a concept, that shit wasn’t popular.

My point is that this kind of multiverse talk was fringe stoner nonsense. If you tried to talk about alternate realities and such as general small talk, most people would either react like you were “blowing their mind” or else you were going to get some dirty looks. It was an “out there” concept.

That is not the case anymore. Like, at all. Everyone knows what a multiverse is. My Mom knows what a multiverse is!

Gen Z has grown up with something as complex as multiverse theory being completely old hat. Rick and Morty, a show explicitly about multiverse travel, has been around for thirteen years and has reached #1 adult comedy. Heck, the most popular movie franchise to ever exist is now doing it’s big “multiverse saga crossover.”

The once-unfathomable idea of different dimensions where things are similar-but-different is now so ubiquitous that it doesn’t even require further explanation anymore!

Have you guys stopped to think about what an advancement in collective understanding this actually represents??

“It’s Like Backrooms”

If you’re at all familiar with the Seth Material, you know that Seth spends a significant number of chapters explaining how your personal reality reacts and reflects your inner psychological state, even as it intertwines with the personal reality of other sharing this plane.

There are other books and teachers that also try to explain this, with varying degrees of clarity. It’s one thing to just write the words, but its another for the reader to really get it, as inferred by all of the follow-up questions usually incurred. “How can I be creating my reality if it’s not what I want?” “Why don’t I get what I want if I create my own reality?” “How can I be creating my own reality when I am with someone else?” There are pages and pages of teachers trying to explain this concept in a way that makes sense.

I was attempting to talk about it to this younger person I know, and as I was expecting to have delve pretty deep into the whole thing, when he just goes “oh yeah, like the Backrooms.” I instinctively opened my mouth to clarify further, but paused… I thought about it for a couple seconds (I had seen the movie, but not the YouTube shorts), I realized that yes, it was just going to be that easy to talk about this topic with this smart kid.

“Yeah man, kind of like the Backrooms!”

“He Implanted A Thought In Your Chakra Network”

So I grew up Toonami… I watched stuff like Gundam Wing and DBZ. I remember my dad walking in while DBZ was on one afternoon and asking “what is he shooting?” meaning what’s the deal with the Kamehameha Wave. “It’s his energy, Dad!” I said. I kind of understood the concept of ki – it was like, Goku’s fighting spirit or something. Ki/Chi is obviously something that would be extremely esoteric to people from my Dad’s generation.

The anime stuff that has permeated the culture of kids today is comparatively ridiculous. There’s lots I could mention… (*cough* Jojo’s *cough*), but let’s just look at one extremely popular property: Naruto.

This is a show that goes into specific detail about “chakra nodes” throughout the body, and how humans can manipulate their chakra to perform superhuman physical feats, or send their chakra into the nodes of another persons body to read their minds or cause them to hallucinate. The esoteric concepts of the human chakra network, energy manipulation, and mind-to-mind energy swaps/telepathy are described in detail in this kids show that is ostensibly about ninjas beating each other up.

Just imagine some student in the 1940’s trying to learn about this sort of stuff: They might have had to learn another language, leave the country, and study with a guru for a decade before fully grasping these concepts that this children’s action show presents casually.

The little neighbor kid down the street that likes ninjas knows what a chakra network is. This is a crazy cultural development, when you pause and consider about it.

In all of my contacts with NHI, I believe energy transfer was in some way involved… and in my strongest contacts, my chakras were definitely involved. I fully believe that I could explain how my contacts work more easily to that neighbor kid that has watched Naruto than I could to any of my college professors. The vocabulary is already in place.

Disclosure Will Require A Public With A Flexible Mind

Guys, I haven’t even finished the tip of the iceberg here! These kids that grew up with shows like Adventure Time, Gravity Falls, Steven Universe, Regular Show… They are going to have such an easier time wrapping their heads around higher frequency realities, hyperdimensional entities, 6th density social memory complexes…

I am sure the younger people can provide a zillion more examples in the comments. Have any of you guys found that you casually understood a concept that seemed to blow an older person’s mind?

I think maybe the “mass panic” argument for keeping the reality of the phenomenon a huge secret may have held water back in the day. The Greatest Generation and the Boomer kids would certainly have certainly freaked out if disclosure happened back in the 50s. The adult Boomers and the Gen X kids would have certainly freaked out if disclosure happened back in the 70s. The adult Gen Xers and the Millennial Kids might have freaked out back in the 90’s… But adult Millennials and the Gen Z kids?

I believe the best way to protect a populace against ontological shock is to help them develop a healthy, stretchy imagination. I believe Gen Z represents the cultural epitome of what that healthy, stretchy imagination could entail.

I think the kids are alright!

Theory Some theory based in reality as to what we're dealing with, do what you will.

I won't bother trying to relay what I've experienced personally. I'll just tell you I saw an undeniable craft in my teens and the experience changed my life. It's posted on here already. You want a link? Comment. It's a long story, but you'll get it. I have nothing to hide.

That said:

If you believe in life out there, I want to share my theory on the state of our relationship with it/them, (knowing life out there is a thing) and I'd *especially* love for other people professionally inclined to weigh in on this (you'll see why in a sec) because I feel it's important.

My theory is that all of these craft/NHI contacts boil down to, admittedly, the most scientific set of facts they possibly can:

To my understanding, NHI/UAP sightings, etc. really took off after we figured out how to split the atom for war. As someone with a vested interest in both biology and (astro/quantum)physics I feel as though I approached the alien question a bit differently after having a personal experience of my own that I couldn't debunk. Read about it if you want to. I didn't doubt life out there as much as I wondered what, possibly, could be the cause of it/how their craft and they especially work. Ironically, I feel like taking such a multifaceted approach helped me a little in ways I didn't initially realize, and it's taken me a long time to reach these conclusions.

That said, the theory:

NHI and their craft are just regular people from elsewhere more technologically advanced than we are. We're all physical to begin with, perhaps the byproducts of the high energy activity that the universe is made up of as quantum theory states, and under the right conditions, life can naturally develop anywhere. We all go through the same evolutionary process of tool use/technology if we make it this far. They, having access to that knowledge (assuming they travel and this isn't their first rodeo if they're visiting us) and ability to manipulate their (our?) environment is the basis for how damn supernatural encounters with them seem in human recitations of experiences with/around them.

I suspect that the quantum field theory we've had a very recent academic reinterest in, based on our current knowledge of physics, might be the key. An understanding of the fabric of the universe/the implied nature of consciousness and everything else therein vs. a lack thereof (where we're at now) probably has wild implications for any people that finally understand it in both technology and lifestyle, and it's probably a notoriously messy transition they're aware of. I don't see any earthly reason why it *wouldn't* be a messy transition.

In that sense, a lot of the phenomenon makes sense: we are all just life looking in on itself and developing tools to manipulate our environment. If we could finally crack what makes matter matter at all, somewhere at Planck's scale, it would change everything.

...It would also probably concern the shit out of our neighbors that we immediately turned the science of subatomics (a tell that we're on the right track to discovering more in the quantum field) into a fucking superweapon as soon as we discovered it.

If my explanation is correct in one way or another and they're capable of such things on a scientific basis (seem to be no matter how you slice it science-wise and it still falls within Occam's razor) it does feel kind of bad to understand the human experience is currently a relatively primitive and isolated one compared to our visitors'.

On one hand it explains why they treat us the way they do -- I can fully understand why they maintain secrecy etc. if they have justifiable concerns about our transition from our idea of the universe to what's fundamentally true and what they base their lives around -- it's a rocky period and one has to assume they're also far more interconnected and aware of what life out there looks like/acts like in this process than we are.

We don't even know what the damage of misusing tech like theirs could do to our environment yet and I suspect they worry about it, what we'll do with it, and us in general as a rapidly developing sect of people with the ability to *discover* the fabric of the universe, but not the collectivism necessary to handle it responsibly.

Studying us/other life on our planet and keeping an eye on us is almost certainly in my mind the reason they're here at all. Alien activity, again, *really* kicked up after we figured out how to split atoms and I think about it all the time -- maybe that's a sign to them that we're getting close to understanding everything, and a basis for preliminary exposure to life elsewhere/monitoring. After all, it has to happen sometime with every previously isolated/"left alone" (potentially) species out there that "makes it" this far.

Discussion Do any of you have experiences with Aliens and Projekt Montauk or time travel?

I know this questions sounds insane for some redditors but I recently went down a rabbit hole regarding Projekt Montauk and time travel.

I believe the survivors of this project (for example Alandra Markman, Arkheim Ra (on YT)) but I am wondering If there are more people who can explain If there is any time travel or timeline shifts going on?

I'm not an Experiencer myself but I believe Experiencers, thousands of people around the Globe experience beings and one day we will find out the truth.

UAP Sighting I tink I saw aliens

So I was outside looking at the stars, and in my peripheral, I see one of the stars move (well what I thought was a star) and as I drew my attention to it, it moved every time I focused my eyes on it, and it kept darting around the sky every time I will focus my eye on it. It was like it knew I was looking at it (and it was not a drone because it was literally next to the stars) and finally after 20 seconds of me following it around the sky it just darted off. Am I crazy or does anyone have an explanation

Experience Alien Abductions cross post - “purple” tall grey experience

Hello everyone,

A loved one has recently confided in me about an experience they had in their youth that involved frequent (weekly or more) visits from (upon description) feel / sound like tall grey aliens. They didn’t use that term, I did. This is in the early to mid 90s, from ages around 5-8 years old.

Tall (6-9 foot - they were a child but said they were taller than their parents and looming / hunched in their room). They described them as very similar to a skinny skeletal grey alien (but more white than grey in appearance).

One important detail was a purple chin / jaw. The person in question has red-green colour blindness and struggles with pale / pastel colours and sees them as white or grey so I wonder if the whole being was a lighter purple with a more vibrant chin. They did say the chin was very vibrant though.

I did some reading and I can see that purple tall greys are common from Orion.

Does anyone know of any stories of tall greys with people chins / jaws? Anyone have any visits from tall greys? If so, please let us know!

Experience meditation feels like an orgasm??

i wish there was a better way to say that. 24F.

so, i've been having odd experiences all my life. my mother has told me stories of me seeing a "purple man" in corners of our first house. i've seen blobs of color all my life, and no doctor can explain it. i can see colors around people, and from them i can denote their most prominent emotion at that moment. and from a very young age, i've been doing a practice where i breathe in energy, usually a multicolored surge of light, and breathe out the used, colorless energy. and i never understood why it made my soul purr.

all of this to say, i listened to the first of the gateway tapes. i was curious about them, so i investigated it. imagine my surprise when one of the first exercises was to breathe in useful energy, and breathe out used up energy.

i know it's probably a widely used method, but it struck me as profound. i've been doing little things like this all my life. and every time i hit a frequency, or sink deep into a meditation enough to "see" something about the universe, i begin to tremble in pleasure. i truly cannot describe it better than having an orgasm. it comes in waves, and feels like utter euphoria. i'm asexual, and have been all my life, and that's because i genuinely cannot imagine a greater pleasure than meditation. but these pleasures are draining. i can't sustain them for long without feeling tired and like i need a break.

i guess what i'm looking for in this community is maybe an explanation? some advice on how to hone in on whatever abilities i may or may not have? i'm really new to the online space of metaphysical stuff like this, so any pointers would be appreciated.

Spiritual Pre Birth Experiences

So for a long time I was very materialist. My parents raised me basically as an atheist, my dad laughing at the idea of anything spiritual, making fun of it. Just for context, because at this time being very young, I did not believe in anything like the soul, reincarnation, any of that.

I remember talking to some girl in my friend group when I was in between middle school and high school, and she told me she remembered "before she was born", and how she was "picking her mommy and daddy". She was adamant that she remembered before being born, and this whole time I'm giving her a very concerned look.

First of all, the entire idea clashed with my world view as I was raised, but something else just seemed wrong about it. I remember exactly what I said. I said, "you're not supposed to remember that". She kind of laughed and said "well, I do anyway" or similar.

But it's kind of getting to me now, like I feel like I was truly concerned that something had gone wrong with the process if she remembered it, and it wasn't that I was just having trouble understanding what she meant. Like I said "you're not supposed to remember that", as in "yes of course that happened but you shouldn't remember it".

I don't know why, but it's getting to me that I would have responded that way, almost like even back then I believed there was truth to it, almost like i actually knew you weren't supposed to remember it though?

It makes me wonder if there's a lot more knowledge deep down that I'm forgetting on purpose.

Dream State Buffered Experience:

For context, throughout this experience I could feel K in the background, especially during certain moments; as if she was overseeing the experience while also not intervening (minus acting as a 'buffer').

I dreamt that I was with my family and other people within a familiar-forest setting, familiar to K's forest world. We were visiting here, within an area that seemed to be especially wild and untamed. Although her world in general tends to be this way when I visit in astral/dream about it. However, it seemed especially so due to the kind of being we encountered.

We seemed to cross into the territory of a kind of being. From my experience, I did not witness the being having a physical body; although whether it did is to be discovered (hopefully not by me lol). The being's territory was within a section of her forest, and specifically going underground into these dark ruins.

We made camp near these ruins, and I during a time traveled into the ruins which was a bit of a mistake. While in the forest, I seemed to have a type of wooden talisman, this seemed to act as a source of contact to whatever this being was; and it's influence. Although not as strong as the statue idol down in the ruin which was a much more direct method of contact.

During the daytime we would mostly be okay as long as we weren't underground and we stuck together as a group. It seemed unwise to get split up. At night we camped together and had lights throughout our camp; we also "warded" our camp which seemed to help. Although I could still feel the influence of the being regardless, although this was another method of buffering it.

I ended up traveling down into the ruin, making it to a big room with one main idol-like statue in it. It's Prescence was especially heavy down here. The danger of this being was it could affect your senses and mind. It could do this to a more subtle degree when you were within it's territory but the closer to the idol you got - the more extreme it's influence was. Although I understood that my experience of this was buffered by K, who while not intervening, did buffer the effects on me from this.

For me, I experienced the area "warping". I seemed to get a tunnel-like vision effect on the idol with the area around it becoming darker and more grey-scale. I also got some double-vision but this was directly on the idol itself, as if there were 2 of them overlapping instead of the one main statue that was actually present. The other effect was I started to see the idol in other things like the columns in the room that surrounded the idol. Again, this was all buffered. It was understood that it could warp your reality so much that you would 'disappear' or teleport somewhere else. This was how people went missing.

The thing was also understood not to be evil or malicious. It felt like a natural force, chaotic and unpredictable but somehow, it was possible to work with it - although I do not know how. I woke up after making it to this statue and experiencing the effects., when I left and got to an area with boats by a sea or ocean.

Woke up with an ominous vibe in my bedroom, this seems to be common when I encounter some kind of nhi; not a sign of evil. No I don't drink or do anything, all this was a very vivid dream. I will include images I generated to show the jest of what I experienced.

UAP Sighting Has anyone ever seen a flying orange orb or something resembling a giant bird with glowing wings?

Hey everyone, I wanted to share something I've experienced recently and see if anyone here has witnessed anything similar because I've spent quite a bit of time searching online and haven't found anything that really matches what I saw

For some context, I watch the sky almost every night and I'm also pretty interested in the hemi-sync tapes and the idea of consciousness playing some role in contact experiences

One night around midnight, the sky was completely clear. I was looking out over the sea near my home when I suddenly noticed a bright orange light moving incredibly fast from west to east. I've lived here long enough to recognize the usual flight paths, and I see planes passing through that same area every day. Whatever this was it looked nothing like them

It was moving at an extraordinary speed, almost leaving a glowing trail behind it. From my perspective, it seemed to cover roughly 10 kilometers in just a few seconds. I immediately thought of the orbs I'd been reading about, especially since I'd been interested in initiating some kind of contact myself. Unfortunately, by the time I reached for my phone it was already gone

I kept watching the sky, hoping it might come back

About 20 minutes later it actually did

The same orange light appeared along almost exactly the same route, except this time it was moving noticeably slower. Toward the end, it started making these strange up-and-down movements, almost zigzagging through the sky. This time I managed to record it

And then unbelievably, it happened a third time that same night. Again, traveling west to east and I managed to record that one too

But the strangest experience happened a few days later

I was outside watching the sky again when another orangie appeared, thinking same one came back. It was similar in color, but much brighter, larger-looking and initially moving much more slowly

Here's where it gets difficult to explain for me

It almost looked like an enormous glowing bird, with these huge orange wings extending outward and seemingly flapping as it moved. I'm not exaggerating when I say the movement reminded me of a bird flying, except the entire thing appeared to be made of this intense white-orange mixed light

It seemed to disappear into the clouds a few times before suddenly accelerating westward at a fast speed, luckily i managed to record it as well

I've watched the recordings over and over, trying to make sense of it. The closest description I can give is a Gigantic orange bird with glowing, flapping wings. There was something almost angelic about its appearance, although I'm not claiming that's what it was

Has anyone here experienced something similar, particularly an orange light that appeared to have wings or moved almost like a giant bird? Does this description match anything you've encountered or heard about?

I'd genuinely appreciate any thoughts, possible explanations, or similar experiences

Dream State Grey using telepathy in dream and alien game show?

I had a very unusual dream ( at least I think it was one?) last night that maybe someone can relate too. I was in my living room and see a grey face appear on the TV screen I go into another room and it there again. It doesn't look like a typical grey though it eyes were closer to our own size. I am freaking out in then and start in my head chanting a positive mantra that I say to myself often when I have fear / uneasy. I have never told anyone what it is btw. Well I turn my head and there is the grey and it looks me in the eye and says the Mantra out loud while I am doing so in my head. Almost mocking but not. I didn't feel ill intentions but it wanted me to know that it knew what I was thinking. It said it wanted to show it self to me in person and its face shifted almost to a person's.

Then I am somewhere else I can't see it is black but I can hear the grey talking to me and feel my body being tugged at and the left side of my body almost being sliced in a line from the top of my shoulder to my feet.( I could feel it happen but there was no pain) I start asking about God he gave me an answer but I don't remember what he said then he tells me I will be put into a room with many aliens some of which will want to eat me. I asked reptilians? He says yes I ask if they actually have a net around the world that catches souls he tells me not everyone gets caught and that is the higher ups decisions .

I asked who that is he says mantids. Then whole still Blk and I feel pressure at my belly Button like almost pushing against a doorknob and he tells me the lights will show the line on my side. Then I'm on a stage or almost like a gameshow I did not see the other aliens but felt them watching. I was given two metal shapes and I just started making things out of them like pretend animals like I would with my toddlers and they were laughing? I then I jumped onto a couch like thing and they said they were kicking me off. Then I'm in another room there is a rectangle with glyphs on it in a waxy substance almost like butter spread thin. I fold it in half and I wake up.

It was probably a dream but the part where he read my mind freaked me out in the dream itself I was like oh shit it's real!

Has anyone had something similar happen?

Experience Insects in the astral plane?

Something curious happened to me a few hours ago. I was just about to fall asleep with my eyes completely closed when I saw the color of the ceiling change from lilac (the actual color of my room) to gray. I also noticed a black insect moving rapidly across the gray wall, only to then disappear into a section of the wall that doesn’t actually exist in my room. I didn’t see this with my eyes open; on the contrary, they were closed, yet I could still see what was above me with total clarity I’m not quite sure how to explain it. What could this mean?

I have the impression of having seen something that came from the other plane; the insect looked like a spider something like a black, slightly plump beetle.

Discussion The voice in my head that told me everything would be okay 4 years ago.

2022 was without a doubt, the most emotionally painful year of my life to date. I ended a 3 year relationship with my former boyfriend because I couldn't watch him destroy himself anymore with his multiple addictions. Less than 2 months later he was diagnosed with late stage lung cancer and I caught covid for the first time and needed to be hospitalized for a few days for low bp and thrombocytopenia.

By the time I was done with my quarantine he was moved onto hospice. I always knew he would probably die young if he didnt sober up but I thought "young" would've been early 60s, not 43 years old. The exhaustion from anxiety and pre grieving wrecked my sleep and a lot of times I would wake up between 2 and 4 am.

One morning I woke up around 3:30 or so with a massive pit in my stomach. Once it was light outside I decided to go for a walk before work. I couldn't stop thinking, I was so scared and suddenly I heard a deep voice inside my head tell me that It was okay, that everything was going to be okay. Then I felt a warm sensation ripple through my entire body and the only thing I can compare it to is that feeling when you hug someone you love and get that warm fuzzy feeling but was so much more intense and I guess what I can only describe as almost blissful? For a short amount of time, I felt pure peace and calm. Then it faded away. I knew my ex was gone after that and it was confimed when his mom called me early that afternoon he had died during the night.

After he was diagnosed I took a week off of work and tried to visit him every single day. I was only able to see him one time on hospice to say goodbye. I did ask him to come visit me if the afterlife was real. I did have a few more strange experiences after the day he died but this post is already so long. But I'm happy to share more if anybody is curious.

I don't know if the voice in my head that morning was his or not. I just remember that it was a deep masculine sounding voice, which he did have but, I was so taken aback when it happened. I feel like if it was him I would've recognized his voice without a doubt.

The only other time I can remember having a strange experience before learning of a loved ones death was when I was 12. My friend's mom was driving us home from school and I suddenly had this vivid memory of my next door neighbor who was like my third grandma and this funny game she'd play with me and her grandkids when we were younger. Then i suddenly felt very sad which was confusing. When I got home I found out that she had a stroke and died and was devastated. I didnt even think anything about the random memory/sad feeling I felt back then until my experience as a 41 year old prompted me to figure out what the heck happened the day my ex died.

Has anybody else had similar experiences?

I was raised Catholic but havent practiced in over 20 years now. I've always thought there was more after death but never sure of what it actually is.

All I know is that we live in a strange and beautiful world. Knowing there's something else beyond our physical experiences on earth is comforting even thought it still hurts when those we love move on to the next stage of existence.

Experience might be delusional, but I found a mantis on my window today when I woke up. My window has a screen, no cracks in it or any way it could get it! Never had any other experience with mantis beings except for wondering what it would be like to meet one.

Art/Creative Intuitive drawing

I received a “message” in my mind that I needed to try draw something before going into my evening meditation. So I got out my pen and notebook and drew without knowing what I was going to draw, I just sort of flowed into drawing this without having any actual thought or input of what I should put on the page. This is what it turned out to be. I felt like I needed to have it on my lap while I did my meditation, and it felt like it helped to keep my mind more silent and focused on the meditation better this time. Wondering if anyone has any idea what any of these symbols could mean? Just curious. :)

Discussion Family involvement

I don't know if I've had contact. I also don't have family who have reported experiences. All I have is a bone deep fear of the Communion alien face since childhood, and seeing an orb once. (So I guess that is one experience)

I know it's very common to have a family history of contact.

Do you think it's possible for family to have contact and not remember it?

Or do you think it's possible to have contact without a family history of it?

One parent has had episodes of waking up in the middle of the night screaming in terror for as long as I can remember.

I never connected that before.

Maybe I'm reaching but I had the thought what if the trauma of a contact experience was breaking through. They had a very safe, normal life otherwise.

Face to Face Contact Families with multigenerational NHI encounters?

I would add multiple flairs to this post if i could, such as UAP sighting, Abduction, and dream state. This post covers multiple topics.

Today I realized that my family, on one side at least has experienced and witnessed NHI phenomena throughout at least 3 generations. These stories have been passed down on the maternal side, and I have listened to firsthand accounts of what they’ve seen.

From what I know, these encounters occurred around the 1950s-1960s, but it is possible they also happened before this time era. I always wondered what my family made of this phenomena, and I always received one or two responses: “we didn’t acknowledge it and kept going about our business, as these events happened so often that it became the norm” or, “we have no idea what it was, and dont wish to know”. My family, generally speaking has been very cautious of bringing this subject up to begin with, for reasons that are puzzling to me.

One account that has stuck with me the most is an encounter that my grandmother and great grandmother had, which was told to me by my grandmother. At the time, they lived in a very rural area with lots of crops, fields, and farms. So the sky had didn’t have any light pollution. It was daytime and they were lounging outside, towards the direction of a crop field. They witnessed a large, pronounced black triangle that flew across the direction of where they were looking. My grandmother, naturally so, questioned what they saw, and my great-grandmother just said that she doesn’t know, and acted as if nothing ever happened. From how my grandmother described it, this was something that was normal to them.

Later in life, they started seeing green orbs of light in the sky with the same attitude of apathy towards the encounter. This specifically only happened at nighttime.

When my mother was born, she recalled to me how she smelled noxious sulfur that had her waking up out of her sleep. My great-grandmother told her to stay inside, ignore it, and or go to bed. But it always, ALWAYS left my mother wondering where it came from, because it would only happen at nighttime. Keep in mind that they are in the same house and neighborhood as when the two previous events occurred throughout my great-grandmothers and grandmothers’ lifetimes.

Around the late 1960s-1970s, my mom recalls multiple mysterious sinkholes that started popping up in the general area of where they were located, and government officials had no answer as to what was happening and why. It was the same “don’t acknowledge it, continue with your business” it seemed for every strange encounter, or experience. This however, is deeply frustrating to me because I get the sense that my great grandmother knew the “why” but refused to say.

My mom throughout her childhood also had dreams of being encased in a white pod and then being transported to different locations across the world. She didn’t understand the purpose of what she was doing, but she felt as though she was being guided by a group of “someone’s”.

And then me. I have had multiple possible NHI encounters which I will link here. When I was super young, around 4-6 years old. I remember lying down in my bed watching TV, with my parents in the other room. Two “figures” or what I would describe to be silhouettes with green energy framing them, slowly started to appear at the end of my bed. This deeply terrified me because I never saw anything like it before, but the intention I sensed from it felt clinical, like they were observing me for something. I didn’t care, and hid myself under the covers until I felt like they were gone (they weren’t) and it felt like they stayed there for hours, until I fell asleep. This is the only time I ever saw them in my life. It felt like they were satisfied with whatever it was about me at that time, and didn’t need to “check in” ever again. This encounter occurred prior to me knowing about how our family has history with NHI, I only discovered this about 4 years ago, but that memory has stuck with me for my entire life. My heart still drops a little just thinking about it. With the information that was divested to me, I am the only one in these past 3 generations to experience something like this.

My family is also apart of an organization that has acess to governmental, political, and occultic power. For literal centuries my family has been able to form “businesses” that have been used to uplift the specific sect that they belong to, and to contribute to the larger syndicate. I don’t feel comfortable saying the name of this organization, because then that will lead to certain connotations about me as a person, and I am not interested in defending my character just because of those connotations. Even though Im not actively part of that organization, but only related to its bloodline. As soon as I say what organization it is, I know people are going to use that as a way to generalize me as an evil caballer or whatever.

What is deeply frustrating to me is how nobody wants to or refuses to have a serious conversation about any of this. I feel like they know why that happened to me and why each generation has some experience with NHI. I have been on this “enlightenment” journey for about 9 years, starting when I was just 13 years old. Sometimes I feel like an experiment of sorts, because despite my family knowing that NHI are real, some of them participating in that organization still act as if they are conditioned not to say anything. I feel like this has caused a huge setback for me and this journey. Anywho, I would love to hear everyone’s multigenerational NHI experiences 😅

Dream State Shapeshifted with Beings in a White Room

I had a very intense dream experience last night that I wanted to share. In the dream I could feel everything and it felt like I was tripping on some sort of psychedelic. I appeared in this large white room where I could see various objects floating around in the air together. Without thinking I dived into the air like it was water and started swimming towards the group. My ego had dissolved and I became aware of the energies of the group. These were conscious beings changing form and I started mirroring their energy back and changing into simulair forms while we all swirled together. Below me I could see a man watching us, he seemed like he was studying what was happening.

The energies became very intense and a portal opened up at the side of the room that revealed a long colorful tunnel of energy. I sensed that I had opened it and it was pulling me towards it. I began to become disconnected from the group and felt my ego and fear again. This seemed to push me further towards the portal, as soon as I relaxed and let go the portal closed and I was back in flow with the group.

Shortly after this we were back on the ground again and I really felt like I was tripping at this point. They changed into various types of aliens of all kinda of shapes. The one closest to me was a giant red pink oval shaped being covered in strange fur that seemed to resemble thick carpet. The being had large eyes and a massive mouth with huge yellow teeth that stuck out. The being let me run my hands through its fur. After a second I became aware how big its mouth was and got scared it would try to bite me. This sent me into a really bad trip and the beings could sense my fear. They started dancing goofily and changing into funny forms to cheer me up and it worked. It was a really interesting experience.
