Survivor Annette Church gave her testimony over Zoom, straining through tears and traumatic memories to explain what she says was her experience as a child and a teen at Zorro Ranch, Epstein’s former 10,000-acre ranch in Santa Fe County.

She said she suffered kidnapping, and torture, being forced to drown in a tank before being pulled out and revived over and over again. She said she wasn’t sure if it was an experiment, or just for Epstein.

“Sometimes I was again blindfolded, sometimes I was not blindfolded. Either way, it was horrifying. Sometimes I felt the water level rising higher and higher,” Church said. “Other times it terrorized me while I watched it rise until it engulfed me. A gag would both muffle my screams and help water enter my lungs faster.”

She said she was forced to go through the tank many times, including while pregnant as a teenager.

“I don't remember being taken out of the tank, so I have no idea whatsoever what may have happened to my babies, but I remember cramps and bleeding,” she said. “Were my babies buried at Zorro Ranch?”

She says she had no freedom for herself, and was kept under control by constant surveillance, including cameras in the bathroom.

“It was a very effective tool of torture and invasion of privacy, especially against kids, embarrassment keeps people silent,” Church said, “but I will not remain silent nor be silenced anymore.”

She says she was even forced to undergo dental procedures that made her easier to track.

“A tracker was placed in my tooth,” she said. “A surveillance device was placed in or on another tooth, and some kind of poison capsule or poison tooth was placed in another tooth or replaced my normal tooth. Most of these things were later removed by Epstein himself.”

This is likely why Epstein paid for Karyna Shuliak to attend dental school.

Epstein's girlfriend Karyna Shuliak was expecting a package of human teeth. Dentists have said that it's not a normal practice to implant teeth into other people's mouths. It's likely that the teeth were going to be used to implant a tracker in them, and then going to be implanted into victim's mouths, using cell phone signals as trackers.

There were dental chairs and dental rooms in every one of Epstein's properties. This is why.

Epstein had private cell phone towers and networks at his Zorro Ranch, and on the Island. He likely was using these towers to track his victims both on his properties, and in the surrounding areas.

Carole Radziwill is named by Ghislaine Maxwell as her best friend in the Epstein Files, was showing laughing this week about Ghislaine setting her up on dates with Prince Andrew. She married a Kennedy cousin in 1994 who died in 1999, and has been single since, but inexplicably is a Real “Housewife.”

I wrote this, so full disclosure up front.

I think Wolff is probably right about Trump and Epstein. That’s not the issue. The issue is what he sold 17,800 donors.

His sworn complaint said the lawsuit gave him “subpoena power which he intends to exercise fully and expeditiously,” including subpoenas to Trump. None went out. Nobody was deposed. In May a federal judge dismissed the case, calling it “textbook bad-faith forum-shopping” and noting he never even served Melania.

His GoFundMe has posted one update, last November, about “assembling a witness list.” Nothing since. Today he posted the same appeal to YouTube, still saying he’s launching the GoFundMe and just got his first lawyer’s bill.

Why / how is it possible that he did not interact with Joe Robert? I don’t think it was possible.

• In the mid 1970s Joe was selling condo units and Cecchi was building condos that someone needed to sell the units. ...

EFTA01681961 is an interesting file. A letter by a former DOJ official in the Watergate era giving his expert opinion on who spearheaded the Non Prosecution Agreement. He says DOJ. Alice Fisher. Prez. (Atty Jay Leftowitz was connected to Bush) I wrote it all out on my substack.

Denise did mention going (or not going, really) to an annual event that Kathy Hilton puts on. So, she still moves in those circles. For that reason, I can’t imagine she would be as forthcoming as we would like, especially as she tries to rebuild her life.

Apologies for the more political post, but it's good in-depth look at how Epstein has affected politics this last year in the US, and has been the line drawn by some die-hard Trump supports.

Since 2018, Trisha Hope has crisscrossed the country to attend 42 of President Trump’s rallies as a “Front Row Joe,” a group of some of Trump’s most committed fans. But she recently told Politico that if Republicans lose the midterms and Democrats impeach Trump next year, “I will be walking the halls of Congress in support of that impeachment.”

Her interview landed like a bombshell less than a month before the midterm elections, where the Republican Party is expected to lose control of one, if not both, houses of Congress. If some of the Front Row Joes have abandoned Trump, who was left? Yet Hope’s defection wasn’t new. She has been publicly regretting her support for Trump for more than a year. In April, she even called for the 25th Amendment to be invoked to remove him from office. “He’s insane,” she wrote on X.

There are plenty of obvious reasons for her to be unhappy with the president in his second term: the Iran war, gas prices, inflation, the wildly rampant corruption that has enriched Trump and his family by billions of dollars in less than two years. But Hope dumped Trump for another reason entirely: Jeffrey Epstein.

No one has publicly explained what Epstein's email referred to. The dates point to a tape that was international news that week.

On April 24, 2009, Jeffrey Epstein sent a one-line email: "where are you? are you ok , I loved the torture video" (EFTA01827430)

I remember when this email surfaced in February 2026. As far as I can find, no one has publicly said what "the torture video" was. I believe I have found the most likely answer: two days before Epstein wrote it, ABC News aired a tape of a UAE royal torturing a man.

The recipient's address is blacked out in the release. On Feb. 9, 2026, after viewing the unredacted files, Rep. Thomas Massie posted the email on X: "A Sultan seems to have sent this. DOJ should make this public." (Massie on X) Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche replied that evening that the redaction covered an email address and that the name was in the files. "See EFTA00666117," he wrote. "Be honest, and stop grandstanding." The file he cited is an unrelated email that shows the name "Sultan Bin Sulayem"; it says nothing about the video. (EFTA00666117) Four days later, Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem resigned as chairman and chief executive of DP World. The company gave no reason. (The New York Times, via GV Wire)

The dates point to an answer.

On April 22, 2009, two days before Epstein's email, ABC News aired an exclusive: "Torture Tape Implicates UAE Royal Sheikh." The footage showed Sheikh Issa bin Zayed al Nahyan, a member of Abu Dhabi's ruling family, torturing an Afghan grain dealer in the desert in 2004. Sheikh Issa had accused the man of shortchanging him on a grain delivery to his ranch. Bassam Nabulsi of Houston, a former business partner of the sheikh, had smuggled the tape out of the country and filed it as evidence in a federal lawsuit in Texas. (ABC News)

Sheikh Issa is not the man Epstein wrote to. Epstein wrote to Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem, who is not a royal; "Sultan" just happens to be his given name. The word was once a ruler's title, and in the Gulf today it is a common first name, much like "King" or "Prince" can be in English. In the UAE, members of the ruling families carry the title "Sheikh." Sulayem's father was an adviser to Dubai's ruling family. (Wikipedia)

Within a week, the tape was an international story and a problem for the UAE government. By April 30, Abu Dhabi had issued a statement saying it deplored the video and would review it. U.S. officials told CNN that the State Department was holding back a civil nuclear agreement with the UAE from Congress because of the tape. (CNN)

In January 2010, a UAE court acquitted the sheikh. His lawyer argued that the sheikh was the victim: that the Nabulsi brothers had drugged him with medication, staged the scene and filmed it in order to blackmail him. The same court convicted Nabulsi and his brother and sentenced both to five years in prison; three of the sheikh's employees were also convicted. A senior State Department official called the verdict "not credible." (ABC News; ABC News Nightline)

News of the tape also reached Epstein another way. On May 15, 2009, an expatriate newsletter written from Dubai, and sent to one of Epstein's email accounts, carried a section headed "TAPE OF SHEIKH TORTURING COMMONER." It described a man who had taken the tape to the U.S. Embassy. (EFTA00774963)

What the files show, and what they do not

I believe the Issa tape is the most likely answer. ABC aired it two days before Epstein's email, and within a week it was an international story. It also fits how Sulayem and Epstein wrote to each other in those years: Sulayem forwarded Epstein articles and videos about the region, and Epstein often answered in a word or a line. In September 2009, Sulayem forwarded an essay about Dubai, and Epstein replied that he sells Dubai "to its detractors" (forward, EFTA00769803; reply, EFTA00880435). In November 2009, Sulayem forwarded an article on Dubai's recovery, and Epstein wrote back, "good first step" (EFTA01820635). In August 2010, Sulayem forwarded a video attachment titled "Rapist_Sentence.wmv" (EFTA00735900), and Epstein answered, "OY" (EFTA01816311).

The documents do not confirm it. Epstein's email does not name or describe the video, and no attachment appears with it in the release. Because the address is redacted, the identification of Sulayem comes from Rep. Massie, Rep. Ro Khanna and the Deputy Attorney General. In the documents I have reviewed, I have found no email in which anyone sends Epstein the Issa tape or a link to it. "I loved" is Epstein's own word. The email does not explain it, and I have not tried to.

Request for comment

I sent questions for Sultan Ahmed bin Sulayem through DP World on Sept. 30 and Oct. 13, 2026, including whether he sent Epstein the video referred to in the April 24, 2009 email and what it showed. He did not respond by the Oct. 16 deadline. Sulayem has not commented publicly on the emails.

I have a list of 56 potential perpetrators in the Epstein files. The government was told about these people. They are accused of sex crimes or sex trafficking. These people are not dead or in prison as far as I know and the government did little to nothing after being told about these potential crimes! I’m not including people who were only mentioned on the tip hotline. I’m including people that gave information in interviews with the FBI and/or the DOJ. I’m wondering if I’m missing any names.

Eleven days later, Weill Cornell Urology sent Epstein a four-page letter in St. Thomas telling him that Paduch had stopped seeing patients and offering continued care in sexual medicine, male reproductive medicine, Klinefelter syndrome and endocrinology."

Paduch was sued by several male patients who said he inappropriately touched, groomed, & assaulted them.

Theories and Questions

Something about Gibbs being nice implies to me that he wasn’t getting a reward. Was he letting himself be kompromatted? For what purpose? Was the kompromat related to his re-joining the Washington Commanders?

Because the team did terribly under Dan Snyder’s tenure, even after Gibbs came back, is it possible that The Powers That Be wanted to be sure that the team would lose?

“Jeffrey Epstein’s sex trafficking operation got some help from the big banks. Wall Street executives helped finance Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes for years, and they continued to closely associate with him long after he was convicted of sex crimes, and they were never held accountable.

I’ve been calling on Donald Trump’s regulators for a year to investigate the banking executives who may have facilitated Epstein’s crimes, but surprise, surprise, they have refused to commit to investigating. And that just basically makes no sense.

If the Trump administration won’t do anything, then Congress will. I’m introducing the bipartisan Epstein-Wall Street Records Act.

Our bill will do three things:

First, it would require Trump’s regulators to disclose Epstein-related records to the American people.

Second, it would force the regulators to actually open investigations into these institutions and their executives.

Third, it would mandate industry bans, financial penalties, and in some cases, criminal referrals to the DOJ for any big bankers who are found to have enabled Jeffrey Epstein’s crimes.
