I opened it this morning and there was a new event with the witches brew decoration as a reward. But it kept crashing, so I put it down and didn't open it again til after work, and now there's no event? Am I crazy or did something happen?

One of my rulers only ruled for 18 years, and she wasn't that old. I had to drop the game for several weeks for personal reasons, so I came back and found that she was dead but I never figured out how or why. Is there some sort of list of your rulers cause of deaths?

So you know that the Shrine of Mara is able to make 2 people marry each other? Well I decided to make 2 guys marry each other, (they aren't even related btw) and it worked. So congrats on your new marriage!

Everything was perfect in my castle. King Bob Marley was killed by a filthy, motherless argonian. His glorious reign lasted 43 years. Lil Sauron was 6 then: the perfect king with perfect traits. I knew for sure they cannot kill a baby king, so I thought I could be rude with my people for 8 or 9 years. I didn't know they can banish my baby king Sauron. I hate every last one of my citizens now. That frame of Lil Sauron crying outside the door will haunt my mind for my whole life. They killed him. A 7 years old innocent perfect boy. My boy. The mob was driven by his own auntie. Filthy betch. They killed him, how can a 7 years boy survive bloody Tamriel? And they killed my dreams too. Now, as long as I paid for the bloody year emperor pass, I'm gonna kill 'em all and enslave the good ones and treat 'em like cattles. Sauron lives. And he'll get his revenge

The lack of updates and the need for daily maintenance made me take the decision. Love the game will have fond memories of it.

I’ve been thinking about the Tonal Vision event, and I’m wondering if Arniel didn’t actually create the Tonal Dragon, but accidentally released something the Dwemer had already been experimenting on.
The first dialogue of the event says:
“Arniel here wants to confess. While researching the Dwarven mysteries of Tonal Architecture, he unleashed some ancestral power.”
The event itself also says his research “unleashed” a corrupting force. That wording makes it sound like whatever he found was already there.
The artwork shows Arniel inside a Dwemer structure with what looks like some kind of large machine or chamber, and later you fight the spectral-looking Tonal Dragon. So maybe the Dwemer experimented on a dragon with tonal architecture and somehow trapped, displaced, or altered it, then Arniel came along centuries later and accidentally reactivated the machinery.
It also reminds me of Vulthuryol in Blackreach. You use Unrelenting Force on that giant Dwemer orb and a dragon suddenly appears underground. Maybe the orb is just calling him, but it’s interesting that a Dwemer device activated by the Thu’um can cause a dragon to manifest.
In Skyrim, Arniel tries to recreate part of Kagrenac’s experiment, disappears, and afterward you can summon his spectral shade. So maybe something similar happened to the Tonal Dragon long before Arniel found it.
Not saying this is confirmed, but the fact that they specifically used Arniel for this event feels pretty deliberate. I know people don’t consider Castles canon usually but I see no reason to not consider it canon.

Hello everyone, I could not seem to find a comprehensive farming list for specific materials. I know that in game you can select a building material and see where to farm for it, but sometimes it’s inconvenient to have to constantly go back and forth.
I made an excel spreadsheet for the current levels 1-175. Listing all enemies encountered, including the name of each quest, number of waves, and rewards. I tried to color code it for ease of reading as well.
Please let me know if you find this useful or have any ideas to add to it.
Thanks!

My second pick for a ruler after Queen Ysabel was crowned at age 10 because of her amazing traits! Her parents were Common with the Perceptive trait and Rare with Mighty, Enduring, and Considerate traits. I don't think I've seen a character with almost every good trait. For context, I just started playing the game last June.
What character traits have you had that had good benefits as a ruler you ever crowned?

Are there any developers who work on this game here?

Can someone help me organize my castle? It's getting a lil messy and crowded.

I would happily continue to play this game if time only progressed when I'm playing. I know that means a year would take 24 hours of game time. That is acceptable.
Is there a way I can do it?

I'm conflicted on what design looks better, two identical towers or two different designs 🤔. they both take up the same amount of rooms it's purely aesthetic
