Been to a lot of shows at Magic Stick, but MPH last Friday might be the best one yet.

Crowd was the best I’ve seen there. Good mix of people in their 20s and 30s, lots of PLUR, everyone making room for each other. Had a bunch of good convos and ended up meeting some people from the Detroit music scene too.

Opener went crazy. I think it was Teith? Heavy UKG, tons of good remixes, and just as energetic and fast as MPH, which you rarely get from an opener. Never seen Magic Stick dance like that for an opener before lol

MPH cooked the whole set. Too many highlights to list, but his remix of Swoon by Chemical Brothers near the end was unreal hearing live, and closing with Music Sounds Better With You was perfect.

Sound engineers that night deserve a shoutout too. Loudest and cleanest I’ve ever heard that room, not even close. Lighting was great too.

Only critique is he played bangers basically all night (yes, I know, my steak is too juicy). A couple breather tracks would’ve been nice to let people reset. Doesn’t really matter though, top-tier set and I’d 100% see him again

1. Audien - Wayfarer
2. Ilan Bluestone - Spheres
3. Arty - Open Space
4. Mat Zo - Frequency Flyer
5. Wreckiski & Jason Ross - Atlas
6. Parker & Hanson - Afterthought
7. Matt Fax - One Day

I enjoy artists like old school S3RL (hardcore), DJ Splash (techno/trance), Distrance (trance), DJ H@rd Tune (hands up), Megastylez (hands up), Al storm (hardcore), Re-con (hardcore) and Hixxy (hardcore).

Hello EDM fans! Could any trance music experts recommend me some classic songs that sound like the music used in this trailer? Particularly the melodic part in the end: https://www.tiktok.com/@quatiica/video/7689154082497449249

Is it melodic trance? Uplifting trance? Something else?

i don’t listen to much dnb as i mainly listen to fast hard genres the most, but i heard Out of My Head - Subsonic & Lauren L’aimant on tiktok and lowkey want more dnb songs recs

Me and my friend saw Levity at Austin City Limits and can’t get over this song and I couldn’t find it on Spotify. Was wondering if anybody knew where to find it or if it’s just impossible😫

Room 1502 has been on repeat. The beat, the melody, the vocals are just so good! Does anyone know who’s the singer on this track?

This a mashup of the Opposites (Dutch) with a classic trance track. It's been stuck in my head for 3 days now but I just can't remember the title. Because of the mashup Shazam doesn't recognize it.

Translating that legendary keyboard riff straight onto the bass fretboard.
