Wer in Dortmund pendelt, kennt das: Man steht am Hbf, in Dorstfeld oder an der Uni und weiß nicht, wo die S1, die S4 oder der RE durch den Pott gerade wirklich ist. Genau dafür habe ich als Einzelperson Snell gebaut: https://getsnell.de/?von=reddit-dortmund

So funktioniert es:

- Wer im Zug sitzt, teilt den Live-Standort, und alle anderen sehen auf der Karte, wo der Zug gerade ist (RE, RB und S-Bahn in NRW).

- Verspätungen und Störungen können Fahrgäste in Sekunden melden.

- Etwa 10 Minuten bevor dein Zug an deiner Haltestelle ist, kommt eine Push-Nachricht.

- Für jeden Bahnhof gibt es eine Fahrplan-Ansicht.

Snell ist kostenlos und Non-Profit, ohne Konto, ohne Werbung und ohne Affiliate-Links. Es läuft im Browser, ohne App-Store: iPhone in Safari öffnen, dann Teilen und „Zum Home-Bildschirm“, Android in Chrome öffnen und „App installieren“.

Hello all, Guten Tag! Recently received a job offer at the Max Planck in Dortmund! I am a Canadian and am coming over with my partner who has graduated from the national ballet.

She is hoping to finding a ballet teaching job in either Dortmund or Düsseldorf however we are still in very early stages of learning the German language.

I know it’s a long shot, but thought I’d make a post here to see if anyone has any suggestions. We want to make sure this move works the best for both of us but she is struggling to find dance studios looking for English speaking teachers.

She also has multiple years of experience working at a Canadian marketing firm, and is in the final stages of receiving a Yoga Instructor licence.

Any and all reccomendations or advice would be welcome on helping her find potential job ideas that aren’t limited by her lack of German language.

Hi! Fußball ist natürlich schön und gut, aber gibt es noch andere coole Sportarten/Vereine bei dessen Spielen man zuschauen kann und die Stimmung gut ist? 🎉

Ich habe gesehen es gibt zb die Eisadler (Eishockey) oder die BVB Handball Damen. Hat da jemand Erfahrung wie die Stimmung bei Heimspielen ist?
Oder sonst noch gute Tipps? 😊
