What about making a list of modded digimon games?

A simple thing that could be pinned so we couldn't miss any new release, like

Name / status / link for updates / u/ of the manager of the project.

Or can you suggest me some?

I'm particularly interested in dw 2003 and digital card battle, especially with online/multiplayer features.

Given all the drama surrounding potential future AI-generated mods, a question crossed my mind: Why should anti-AI users get to decide for the majority if we can or cannot speak about this when they are clearly a minority?

It’s obvious they are a vocal minority—despite their constant efforts to downvote posts, every single showcase of these new mods still receives a massive number of upvotes. Their obsession has reached such an extreme level that they even raided the private Discord server of a user developing an online Digimon World 3 mod (similar to PokeMMO) just to harass them in their private messages.

It's no longer just about choosing not to engage with AI technology themselves; what they are doing now crosses the line into outright harassment.

The npc claims a one handed weapon and a shield, or two one handed weapons, will be better than a two handed weapon. In digimon world 3. They're also more expensive. Two handers are cheaper.

But the stats on two handers absolutely blow the one gander + shield out of the water. It dominates so massively that the early game two hander the zweihander is about as good as two belial fangs or grey swords, endgame one handers.

There is a bonus also for using a complete set of signature items. Eg for guilmon that's the hazard set. But the actual stats seem paltry compared to normal two handers.

The Gulf Sword, late game 2h gives +540 strength. That's completely monstrous. The cost is tiny amount of speed, which is easy to boost with training.

Am I missing something? Is there a hidden advantage to one hander and shield?

The digimon in the meme are my current team, I'm training Megadramon (who isn't even nicknamed) to fuse him with someone else, and Soulmon hasn't gotten his ultimate yet.

I recently bought a Digimon color xros wars 15th edition virtual pet. I'm having fun with it, it offers world battles where you fight bosses and unlock things.

But according to the guide, if I want to unlock world F, the last world, I need to raise Gumdramon. But I don't have any available slots remaining. I already have zeke greymon and omega shoutmon. Am I meant to kill off one of them to raise Gumdramon?

I need to play it myself.

In a sea of death, life swims against it

This is where my project is sitting now. a cinematic fight between this newest custom model against the previous one. It's meant to show how battles could move from DW1's single static camera to a moving camera with cinematic angles. The render took about 6.5 ms per frame on the GPU at 720p, so the performance cost looks small. I worked on this with the help of Claude in Godot with Hunyuan3D-2 for texture painting, built from DW1's original models, with Blender for rigging and baking. The song is Shadow Code Ninjas. The license is owned by me and it was made using Suno. The song is just there for the showcase and likely won't find a home in the game. The move effects are DW1's originals. I plan to upscale them later and haven't gotten to that yet. Ninjamon isn't quite complete either, but this version has taken 12 rounds and about 23 hours of revisions so far.

Like general mechanics and things or like certain evolutions or items

I've been working on a personal project to recreate the original Digimon World in first person, with the possibility of VR support.

The idea is to bring the original game to life from a new perspective. I've implemented all the recruitable Digimon and am currently working through some of the more technical aspects of the game.

It's still a work in progress, but I wanted to share some screenshots and see what other Digimon fans think. Would you be interested in playing something like this?

model still needs tweaks fingernails being the biggest thing, but the hard part is done. The Giant hands are done on purpose.

This will be my last post on this head stuff; I am working on getting animations for this working in the game engine seamlessly. I will be redoing every Digimon to match this level of quality!

Not perfect but In a much better place now. Improved my process for modeling where I don't have to guess as much, because what looks good in one program doesn't look good in blender or unity. So definantly will be doing this to improve my models going forward.

Anyway I appreciate all the feedback from my previous post! This face has good topology so I can do some good facial expressions! I
