I see in my marketing stats that people are searching for my game and are clicking my links through the UTM, so clearly my posts and shorts are bringing some amount of people to the page but when they get there, they don't wishlist. My CTR from impressions is decent so I know my capsule isn't the problem. I don't think I have the eye to pinpoint what to change about my page. Hopefully someone can help.

Hi! I have been working recently on my psychological horror game and I have finally created a steam page for it. I haven't added a lot of screenshots of gameplay because I learned that it is better to make a store page as early as possible to collect them wishlist :))

Again, Liliya is a mystery psychological horror game where you play as the main character, Liev and experience living life as programmer with his wife, Liliya who likes to make strawberry jams.. everyday!

The game is played in reverse chronological order, where you play days backward. Everyday, you question what happened between you and Liliya the day before. You can interact with the house, speak with Liliya, and drink vodka every single day!

Hey everyone! I recently launched the free demo of Pongzi Scheme, an incremental game where a stock market candle is your Pong paddle and every coin you hit is an investor's money. I'm still working on the full game for Q1 2027, but I'd love some honest feedback on the store page, especially the capsule and the screenshots.

Recently I posted a Steam page for my first serious game, an Asteroids-like shmup Blueshift Breakdown with the hook being that everything in the game is fully destructible.

It's been two weeks now, and in the second week I have not gotten a single wishlist. I was aware that my hand-made capsule assets look very amateurish, but there's got to be something seriously wrong with my game and/or page. Please tell me what that is!

Based on this week’s data (which was much better than my previous ones) my page performed as follows:

(30 wishlists / 542 visits) x 100 = 5.5% Visit-to-wishlist rate

According to https://www.steampageanalyzer.com/blog/steam-store-page-conversion-benchmarks:

Healthy/Median Benchmark: 8% to 12% is typical for coming soon pages. 

5-8%: Below average. Something specific is broken, most often a capsule-to-page mismatch or a weak above-the-fold experience.

I’d like you to destroy my Steam page and tell me what you would change.

One thing up front, because it’s relevant to why I’m asking: the art was made by an artist I paid. I keep running into store pages where the capsule and the key art are clearly AI generated, and I went the other way on purpose. I’m genuinely happy with what they made and I wouldn’t trade it for a generated image, ever.

Which is exactly the problem. I like the art too much to tell whether it’s doing its job.

So there are really only two questions I have:

• Does the game look good to you from this page?
• Or does the page ruin it?

Tell me what you’d change and in what order you’d change it. Capsule, screenshots, the order things appear in, the short description, the tags, any of it. I’d rather hear it now.

I recently published the Steam page for Ghostwriter, a psychological music visual novel where you secretly write songs for a rising pop star.

I’m still developing the game and working on the demo, but I’d love some honest feedback on the store page, especially the capsule art.

A few things I’m wondering about:

Does the capsule catch your attention and communicate the right genre?

Does the visual style look appealing, or is there anything that feels off?

The visuals use an AI-assisted art workflow, which I’ve disclosed on the Steam page. But it is not generated by a click and finish. I use AI as a support in my workflow! Feedback on the artwork is welcome too.

Feel free to be critical. I’d rather improve things now than discover the problems after release.
