Mod Post Permanent bans for any sourcing related removals, strict stash pic enforcement.

There has been a surge of sourcing related removals here lately, which is not good for this community. It's way down from what it once was, which can be contributed entirely to eliminating stash pics in r/DMT. Even now, over 90% of the sourcing related removals here in r/DMT happen on stash pics before us mods are able to remove them.

Sourcing is the number one threat to communities like these, and for that reason we can't allow this to go. Starting now, at moderator discretion, it is very likely to receive a permanent ban for requesting/providing sources. For the first time stash pic removal, it will result in a 30 day ban. Any future removals after that is a permanent ban.

(None of the mods here enjoy banning people, but it's incredibly selfish to use this platform to do these things... You're putting the community itself at risk)

Discussion DMT information for newbies

3.3k Upvotes

N,N-Dimethyltryptamine (N,N-DMT) is a naturally occurring, and extremely powerful, psychedelic drug of the tryptamine class. It’s been used by indigenous South American cultures/tribes (primarily in the Amazon basin) for hundreds, if not thousands, of years in the form of ayahuasca and various snuffs. This post will go over some basic information that new users and curious psychonauts might find helpful. This post will NOT guide you on how to obtain anything related to this molecule, Reddit is not the place for that.

DISCLAIMER: If you’re genetically predisposed to schizophrenia/diagnosed with it, experience serious suicidal ideation, or you’ve been recently diagnosed with some form of psychosis, please refrain from using psychedelics. Do NOT use DMT if you’re on lithium, tramadol, or any tricyclic antidepressants. Also note that other antidepressants (like SSRIs/SNRIs) may undesirably alter the experience in some way.

• N,N-DMT is among the safest psychedelics, and psychoactive drugs in general (physiologically speaking), along with psilocybin and LSD. The molecular structure is very similar to tryptophan, melatonin, and serotonin— things our bodies are well acquainted with.

• Dose ranges (inhalation)

• The duration of light-medium doses is around 3-10 minutes, and the duration of high-strong doses is around 5-20 minutes. After-effects may persist up to/over an hour.

• Get a high quality milligram scale! Cheap scales and eyeballing are often very inaccurate, you might end up doing 50mg instead of 30 or 10mg instead of 25.

• If you purchased your DMT instead of extracting it, please consider buying a reagent kit (Ehrlich/Hofmann/Marquis) to verify that you actually have pure N,N-DMT. The same kits can be used to identify other substances as well. I personally recommend using TKP: https://testkitplus.com/ or DanceSafe https://dancesafe.org/ — DanceSafe genuinely saves lives with their testing booths at music festivals.

• Concentrate vaporizers like the APX Volt (at 2.8-3.2 Volts) work very well for inhalation, and other methods/devices like the sandwich method (with weed or dried lavender), bulb pipes, or dab rigs at low temp work as well.

• It’s very easy to burn and inadequately vape DMT, so don’t be discouraged if you get little to no effects, and just play around with your method.

• “Breakthrough” effects generally occur starting around 25mg properly vaped.

• Subjectively, a breakthrough is a departure from material reality. Bodily boundaries dissolve, and you enter a landscape/headspace that feels and looks just as real, if not more real, than every day life. Some people describe the experience as “extra-dimensional” because it seems to transcend our concepts of space and time.

• Various interactive or observational “entity” encounters and extremely profound and indescribable visions are commonly reported effects of 20mg+. Some generally accurate descriptions of some of the content of these experiences can be found here: https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/Hyperspace_lexicon

• Potential desirable/positive effects: Closed and open eye visuals, auditory and tactile hallucinations, spiritual/introspective experiences, euphoria, and sedation.

• Potential undesirable/negative effects: Increased heart rate/blood pressure, anxiety/fear, confusion/disorientation, nausea, and uncomfortable body-load.

• Subjective time distortions are common at medium-high doses and can either be desirable or undesirable depending on the user and their mindset.

• The body-load of higher doses can be very heavy and hits very fast, often to the point of anesthesia.

• There is some recreational value in DMT (particularly at low doses), but be cautious, as some of the experiences that can be produced aren’t for the faint-hearted. Figurative “death by astonishment” is very real if you rush into things.

• Using DMT on psilocybin or LSD will lower the dose threshold for breakthrough effects, and will increase the duration. Don’t underestimate the intensity of the combination of DMT with any other psychedelic or psychoactive drug in general.

• 5-MeO-DMT is NOT a substitute for N,N-DMT, the experiences are completely different and 5-MeO is more potent at lower doses. 5-MeO also has a much different safety profile, especially with combinations.

• For information on pharmahuasca/changa please see the pinned post on r/harmalas

• Before getting into ayahuasca, pharmahuasca, or changa, thoroughly research MAOIs/RIMAs and their various drug interactions that are potentially dangerous.

• It’s best to wait until at least your early 20s before trying DMT, and 25+ is optimal because by then your prefrontal cortex is fully developed and unknown developmental risks can be ruled out.

• Tolerance to DMT dissipates almost immediately, but it’s in your best interest to use it responsibly and take time to reflect on and integrate any valuable or memorable parts of the experience.

• Don’t store your DMT in plastic containers for extended periods unless you want to inhale phthalates.

• N,N-DMT crystals should either be white, off-white yellow, or yellow-orange. Dark spots/impurities are a red flag. Recrystallization is worthwhile. https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/Recrystallization

• You can learn how to do various at-home extractions of N,N-DMT from certain plant materials here: https://wiki.dmt-nexus.me/Category:Extraction_Tek

I will occasionally update this for clarity/added info, so feel free to leave suggestions and advice for new users in the comments.

Much love !!! 💜

Experience That was the most beautiful experience of my life (taken to DMT school)

Hello,

I made a post the other day about fighting the trip and not letting go. After doing some work to make sure I would have an easier time letting go I tried again today and holy fuck.

I don't remember much (should've wrote it down) but I put on some calming forest sounds, instrumental music, and did some breathing exercises before diving in. Then I took one hit of the vape, then another, and off I was. I set the intention to let it take me and it did.

It felt as if the fabric of reality was unzipped directly in front of my eyes and I was taken some place I'd been before. I remember seeing spirals of fractals and then I was taken some place deeper. (I don't know if I broke through off of 2 10 second pulls but maybe my cart is goated)

Unfortunately it's the deeper part I don't remember. I vaguely remember being in what that world would call a 'school' and I was taught things I can't possibly put into words in this reality. But I know I need to do better for everyone around me. (eat less meat too?)

Just wanted to share. Check my profile for previous experience and have any of you been taken to DMT 'school'? Thank you!

Opinion Trying to make sense of it all/A thank you letter to DMT 🙏

• Upvotes

I’ve been using psychedelics to help with my mental health for around 7 years now. I didn’t touch DMT until I felt like it was “calling me” to do so. It’s something I take very seriously and have been using for about 4 years. There were times when I was taking it every day but other times where I would go months without touching it. I find myself doing it less and less these days because I have learned so much from it and I want to do my best to integrate what I have learned. Prior to taking it, I struggled with writing for a while (in the past I loved to write) after taking DMT, I found myself reaching for a pen and paper or going to my notes to try to explain what I had just experienced. At times it didn’t feel like it was actually me who was doing the writing since it flowed so naturally - it felt like there was someone inside me who wanted to make sure that these things get written down. Anyways, I have an entire folder of my DMT experiences. I don’t have many people to share them with in my circle, so I thought maybe I could finally start to share some here 🤗 apologies if it is a bit repetitive/unedited. I think I was just trying to get it all out and sometimes repetition helps to make things easier to process.

————————————————————////

DMT doesn’t take you to another dimension or realm, the entities and worlds you find within it are just magnified versions of yourself and your subconscious. It brings to light all of your forgotten worlds and entities. We often forgot about them or hide them away to try to make our existence in this realm easier. We go about our days “thinking” we need all of these things to get by, to do all these things because it’s what we have been taught. I’m learning it’s all just one big meditation ~ the only way you can ever feel peaceful in this life is once you can fully sit with yourself and be still in your knowing.

When I first started taking it, I was so excited and blown away by what I saw and learned from it. It felt like I was in a different place, yet a familiar one. It brought about such feelings of warmth and knowingness that this place was familiar and a place where I have once been. I am realising that what is has been showing me is my soul, my true being and Higher Self. All of the forgotten parts of me. The books on the shelf that I had once forgotten. Sometimes during trips the “entities” literally feel like they are poking at my third eye and throwing books full of wisdom at me. It laughs at me sometimes like “how could you have forgotten about this?” I am learning that I have everything I need within me (some of it is much easier to access than other parts) and that the most important thing is to sit with the knowledge and appreciate it for what it is. The reason I’m wanting to do it less and less is because I am getting stronger at being in this world and am getting better and going with the flow. It can only show me so much and that I need to go out into the world to see and experience it and to connect with it and everything around me. The want to go back into the realm is because you often need to be reminded of it all, how beautiful life is but also to better understand how fleeting it can be, you never really know what will happen next. You need to be open to catch all the curveballs life throws at you. By coming back and sitting with this, you can start to learn and grow. DMT increases all of the energies within you and around you. It can be really overwhelming, but if you know how to channel these energies and note how you react to them, to certain thoughts or how you feel when you are around or even think about another human or living creature ~ you start to be able to see them for what they are and look more clearly at them. You start to find ways to keep the energy lifted and ways to collect that energy for the right time. You see how being in certain energies bring yours down and you start to be more mindful of what and who your are allowing into your space.

Often people feel blocked by the DMT realm and wonder why they can’t get in. Sometimes they are given a taste of the goodness, so they can get in touch with that part of themselves and keep coming back for more. It ignites the knower and the want to get in touch with yourself and to sit with your thoughts. That’s why these entities are so excited to see us, they are so happy that we finally want to learn and start to embrace things. If we think we can run from them when things go wrong or go running into the unknown with what we think we know. We start doing things that we don’t actually want because it feels comfortable. Sometimes we are shown more than we are ready for and it’s understandable why we are scared and overwhelmed by it. Its important to sit with these feelings and question why we have them, without judgement. It’s important to question why these things make us feel a certain way and how we can choose to do something about them or let them quietly slip away, knowing that we have done the best we could with them and that they had a point/lesson behind them to help guide us towards a certain path. All of these choices will help us get closer to the one path.

When we open our eyes we can see all the distortion and how we get througn off track and distracted by it all. It’s important to keep them open and embrace it all. If you keep your eyes open you see how cool it is but how overwhelming it can be. You start to make sense of it all. Bit when you sit with it you can still see it all and feel it all and when you look within you can see it and how it’s still there. You start to remember to look within and get scared by it all. The mind just wants to make sense of it all but you need to sit with it all and remember your intentions. The mind will run off and start to be scared and overwhelmed by it all it will create these entities to distract you and poke fun at you. Approach them gently and cautiously and use what you need and keep some for later. Return to the source and knowing that you know and keep the lights on a bit to help yourself find your way. Breathe and you will see the veil start to lift, the beauty in this world is still there, you just had to go into the darkness and learn how to deal with it and now you can finally be ready for all this craziness that the world has to show you. With this knowing you can be gentler in your approach, knowing and trusting that each person is on their own path and that they have to find out for themselves how to approach “life”. All you can do is gently guide and teach and help them to understand a bit clearer and hope that they might take some of your information and stories to heart. You can trust in your heart that you will keep going to this place, your center and not be frustrated. You see things for what they are now and not what you thought they were.

Life is all just one big show and we are participants in it, but it’s up to us to figure out how much we want to participate and it’s up to us to remember that we all have a choice in this lifetime.

I’ve been writing the book all along, I’ve been creating my own story with the knowingness that it would get me to the places outside and within that make me feel okay, safe in myself and safer to participate in the world in ways that feel okay or don’t overwhelm me enough to quickly run back inside. My mind can be wild and crazy and I can sometimes get stuck inside of it for a bit too long. I’ve been learning how to use it in ways that are beneficial for me and for others. I’ve been following my heart. Thank you mind & thank you heart. I trust you will still keep doing what’s best for you.

DMT, thank you for helping me to see the path more clearly, to understand and illuminate what I’ve always known. You will forever be the best teacher and I will forever be a student. One day I will graduate from this class and go on to use all the knowledge you have taught me.

Discussion Pulling DMT and Psychedelic States into Greater Coherence for Hours using Ancient Techniques and Low Doses

"Some of the most common aspects of DMT, and psychedelic experiences in general, are confusion, fear, instability, and decoherence. When we do reach profound states they are often brief, lucky glimpses that can be difficult to re-access, even with diligent inner work. What we currently lack is a method that provides both reliable access to these states, and pulls them into far greater levels of coherence, stability, and integrated functionality for prolonged periods.

It's possible this may not have always been the case, and that modern methods of utilizing psychedelics have become highly de-contextualized. We might have forgotten why our ancestors worked with these medicines in the first place, while we neglect a synergy of techniques once considered crucial for reliable access to a coherent and transformative state of consciousness. These traditions were often associated with themes of "rebirth" or "resurrection" of a supposedly "divine" sense of self that was fundamentally connected with the cosmos and eachother.

If consciousness is correlated with the fields the neural system emanates - as field theories of mind suggest - then the striking possibility is that our ancestors were deliberately cultivating conditions for greater coherence within that field. They frequently combined multiple techniques that have now been shown to synchronize neural activity across brain regions (in other words, further unify the overall neural field) - such as psychoactive substances, meditation, eye gazing, collective chanting, breath work, and sound.

These techniques were used at very specific, "powerful" locations, often including acoustically engineered chambers and the presence of quartz rich rock - material which modern science now recognizes as a high frequency sympathetic resonator. In addition, geological surveys have discovered that many of these sites are located on faults and fissures in the Earth's crust, and that these are hotspots of seismic and electromagnetic activity.

It is well established in several fields of science that external resonance can pull oscillating systems into greater coherence, so perhaps these basic principles of resonance apply to neural resonance field as well. It's possible that our ancestors intentionally utilized sympathetic resonance to pull the neural field, or sense of self, into a more coherent state.

Tony Wright has recently presented a modern translation of these traditions, including a version of this ancient protocol which is extremely effective, in the preprints, pages, and videos of his website. This is one part of a heavily updated theory that began with his original book "Left in the Dark" in the early 2000's, which many of you are already familiar with."

That post above continues with the detailed protocol, experience reports, references, and further discussion here

https://forum.dmt-nexus.me/threads/resurrection-protocols-ancient-methods-for-transforming-psychedelic-states-with-sympathetic-resonance.372220/

The modern protocol combines a few simple techniques for profound results. A number of people have confirmed this works, regardless of whether the underlying theoretical mechanisms and framework are accurate.

Please read the disclaimers and safety precautions there, and on the website.

https://raisingthedead.info/

Be warned, this is not for beginners and is a call for researchers to look into this. I'm not exaggerating, these states make even a sublime DMT or even 5meo breakthrough look like a decoherent mess in comparison.

Modern "Resurrection" Protocol

- Low dose DMT and a relaxed meditative gaze with a 1kg+ amethyst cluster or other form of quartz.

- Acoustics such as a singing bowl, or high frequency choir music (a lot of different acoustics help, but are not required)

- Once that is producing a stable resonance connection including a magnetic feeling, glowing standing waves of resonance, and a vastly more coherent and amplified low dose DMT state, the protocol is to repeat this with a low dose of a longer lasting psychedelic, such as LSD. This state can be further amplified with low dose DMT.

- Once two people have accomplished a connection with the crystal resonator, eye gazing can bring it up several levels. This includes a revolving door of faces and eventually an overwhelming transformation of self and reality that cannot be encompassed in words, including stabilized non-dual states of oneness, archetypal radiance, glowing cymatic auras, and reliably accessible psychic phenomena. More on that at the website or in the trip reports

- This protocol works far better at the ancient sacred sites with large quartz-rich megaliths, or with larger amethyst crystals at home. Practice transforms it dramatically.

There is other potentiating factors not mentioned here, but that is the gist of it.

Does anyone have any experience with these techniques?

That one special smell - is everywhere in Bangkok

Hey!

I'm actually in Bangkok. And then there was this Moment in Chinatown on the night market, which flooded with plastic and fabric new stuff everywhere, where I noticed that "new shoe, old ppl breath type DMT smell". And now I'm smelling it everywhere. Even in my Hotel Room I smell it.

It feels absurd and I'm really wondering what exactly it could be!?!

If anyone noticed this and has an idea - lighten me up. I reall want to solve the riddle.

(I read here about indole (?) molecules that are responsible for that smell if I get it right, but why are they here like everywhere?)

👃👀

(If it's too off topic - plus remove - thx!)

Near 10 years later i still think about this trip

This happened around 2016/2017.I had some changa and was staying at my dads place. It was morning and decided to smoke some, wasnt a breakthrough dose but enough to get you right.

I walked to the backyard and sat at eye level wiith the sun,it was perfectly aligned to me at the time.It was dawn so the sun was still soft and wasnt bothering my eyes.I'm mentioning this because its important. While sitting down i get my pipe ready and toke up,I have the sun iin my focal point and it begings to vibrate FAST once i exhaled the smoke.

I close my eyes and can still see the outline of the sun,now this is where im going to have difficulty expressing. What i saw next was something from the top of the sun and bottom move in incredibly fast towards the sun from those points, what it looked like was kinda like this...

https://www.jimphicdesigns.com/downloads/imgs-mockup/yin-yang-symbol-forming-animation.gif

it wasnt a yin yang symbol im just showing you guys what these shapes did around the sun, once they got close it shot some kinda freakiin beam onto the crown of my head! the crazy thing is i PHYSICALLY FELT a sensation oonce the beam hit me,I was fuckin startled.I opened my eyes and ran back inside which i totally regret now! it felt very mystical id say,i never had a trip like that before or ever again.I wonder what else would of happened if i sat there and just witnessed it.

Has anyone ever had a similiar experience?

Experience Perfect score?! Anyone else? Still beaming

Has anyone ever experienced this?

My pen kind of broke on me and idk what is going on with it but it's obviously an insanely high dose.

I was hitting it and I have a bit of amnesia of the experience but, I slipped between the cracks of existence and saw and flipped the squares/building blocks of basically everything and then I won the universe? Like I'd unlocked a perfect one in a quadrillion score.

Everything went white and gold color and I was in my own body kind of squealing in delight at the feeling. Like I got a perfect score of everything in the world.

Can't explain.. But I won the universe? I saw the building blocks of life? My soul feels very light and happy! Wtf lol? Words don't work 😆 Please tell me I'm not the only one!

Question/Advice questions to improve my extraction

I did my first DMT A/B extraction a few months ago. It went well, but I was a bit disappointed with the yield, which was below 1%.

I've been wondering whether there are aspects of the process that I might have misunderstood, and I'd appreciate some clarification on a few points.

  1. quantities most receipe I read where for 100g root bark and I had 250g so I just scaled up. is dealing with bigger quantities a potential reason for my small yield?
  2. pH measurement

Rather than simply scaling the amounts of acid / vinegar specified and NaOH in recipes proportionally to the amount of root bark powder I'm using, would it make sense to measure the pH of the solution with a pH meter?

How important is pH control in this process?

I've also read that excessively high pH levels might degrade the molecule. Is there reliable evidence for this, or is it generally not a significant concern over the timescale of the process? I assume that a pH that's too low could also affect the chemistry involved.

  1. Filtering the root bark

During my previous attempt, after adding NaOH and mixing everything thoroughly, I performed two or three naphtha pulls using a pipette, without carrying out another acid-base extraction on the remaining root bark.

Would separating the liquid from the root bark make a meaningful difference? I've wondered whether filtering the mixture after adding NaOH could make it easier to work with, while also allowing the remaining solid material to be processed separately with a second and maybe third acid/base/filtration/ naphta extraction .

In particular, could the same root bark be used for additional acid-base cycles, or would that be a lot of extra work for little practical benefit?

  1. Freeze precipitation vs. evaporation

Most extraction guides recommend putting the DMT-containing naphtha in the freezer and waiting for crystals to precipitate.

Why is freeze precipitation generally preferred over simply allowing the naphtha to evaporate? Does one method allow for better recovery than the other, and what are the main differences in terms of purity and overall recovery?

  1. Water washing

Finally, is a water wash at the end of the process really necessary? What does it remove, and how significant is its contribution to the purity of the final product? my product seemed quite white (and pure?) compare to picture I see here or DMT I've bought in the past.
wouldn't a waterwash add only little purity while decreasing the yield even more

thx all for your advices

Experience DMT. Elightenment Made Simple

After quite a few deep DMT trips exploring consciousness, I've found that the answer to enlightenment is far more simple and achievable than I ever knew. It's been staring me in the face these last few months since my last trip where I faced the lonely god realization aka solipsism and somehow transcended it.

Well, I know how I did it now, and it is in retrospect glaringly obvious.

First, I'll delve a little into how I got here.

It all started a little under a year ago when I took 3ish grams of a very potent APE variety with the distinct intention to experience HELL. I had come to the conclusion that I needed hell after a lot of wrestling to change myself had failed. But to say that I got more than I bargained for is perhaps the greatest understatement of my life.

Truly it was some of the worst psychological suffering that is possible. To me, it was the death of everyone I love. The death of all comfort. The death of the illusion of control. And perhaps the most dire, the death of the illusion of death. I felt to my core that there was no death. No end to what I saw as endless suffering. After this realization I begged for death. I wished that someone could save me from this suffering. But at the same time I knew I could not die, and that I was absolutely alone. I felt the loss of everything you can lose and I saw no escape. And it didn't end after the trip. It only receded into the background tainting my daily life with existential dread. I couldn't enjoy anything anymore and found comfort in nothing.

Every once and a while I would gain the courage to face it convinced I must have been mistaken, only for it to come back full force as the obvious truth. I would like to reiterate just how convincing this realization is. It is perhaps the most difficult part of it. It is undeniable when experienced, the truth of it is self-evident to the un-enlightened mind. That's why the only way out of the realization, is to go within, to the fundamental unexamined nature of experience itself. THE self.

Back to the present day.

I was very afraid to do DMT again, even though I had had enlightenment experiences on it in the past. I still didn't understand why I was able to transcend the experience of absolute solipsism into absolute freedom. So the real possibility of insanity gave me very tangible fear.

But regardless I moved forward into the unknown.

Three puffs.

I once again arrived in that familiar place that feels like home. I searched for the solipsism realization first, but I got nudged to realize that it was in fact not necessary. I could go directly to the source. So I followed that feeling of enlightenment best described as love and freedom from my past experiences, and slowly it clarified. Then at once I found it. It was me! The realization was literally me. I am enlightenment. How had I been overlooking this?

When I saw this "I thought", it quickly dissipated to leave a sure calm wholeness.

To break it down, what I realized is this.

Throughout my wrestling and struggle, I had been overlooking one aspect of my experience. The most basic assumption that goes with suffering and struggle.

Separation. A "me" apart from experience, apart from the world, apart from the thoughts of struggle and the story of suffering I had been carrying.

Quite simply, at the center of all the thoughts of struggle, was the unexamined belief or thought of a separate "I" who endures experience. But when examined, I found that it was nothing this whole time!

This is really tricky to properly explain but it is not actually complicated, it is just so damn simply that words fail.

But yes, it is true. And in practice, all you have to do is inquire on "what is at the center of thoughts" to see. You literally just have to look at "me". You have to look at that part of your experience that has been unexamined for your whole life. That which has always been assumed but never really seen directly.

Okay. That's my best go at explaining it. For anyone interested in actually practicing this self-inquiry, my advice is relax, the insight is simpler than you can imagine. And check out Simply Always Awake on youtube. It's not mine, but I love the way Angelo talks about this stuff. I credit him with a lot of my "ripening".

TL;DR

Did DMT and realized that suffering assumes a separate self or "I" that when examined directly, dissolves into nothing and leaves you liberated. And that it is incredibly simply to actually see this for yourself through direct self-inquiry.

I have just come up from a magnificent and beautiful life changing experience. I am full of gratitude. It never fails to amaze me how much we can be gently guided when we truly listen and let go. I eased into the trip gently and slowly. Going in a little, coming up, journalling, going back. This is my process. I also do rune pulls at the beginning to provide a framework or guidance (subconsciously even if it doesn't necessarily resonate) I admit I always have a little hesitation due to the body load sometimes becoming a little overwhelming, but I always listen to my "guide."

My third experience of this session I was shown all kinds of "scary" things. Black cosmic Chinese dragons with fire and skulls. I was completely detached from the scene. I wasn't afraid. I even consciousnessly thought "I am not afraid. This doesn't scare me." After come up from that one I was journalling (I sometimes channel journal shortly after come up and it feels like the molecule or my higher self is speaking to me through me) I wrote down the experience and then I heard "congratulations, you passed. You are capable of being the detached witness to frightening things and feelings without getting sucked into the fear." This was a beautiful lesson for me.

Anyway, my last experience I was guided, as I always am. Sometimes I hear "that's enough" or "you're almost there" or "wait it out" or "one more pull." I always listen. I kept going and going with each guidance until I had full body dissolution and my hand with the vape ceased to exist. I kept saying internally "I trust. I surrender. I let go fully. I am not afraid." And I really meant that. I finally felt like what true surrender is (something I struggle with in life) without feelings holding me back. I blasted off into a cosmic realm of such beautiful and amazing lights and patterns. It began with Mario coins and a little dude that popped out and waved (looked almost like Where's Waldo) it made me laugh even though my body was gone, and I was just an awareness. I then heard "Enjoy your reward" and BOOM - I was just the witnessing awareness of the most fantastical experience I've ever had with DMT. No fear. Just there. Experiencing.

I journalled upon come up after a massive cry. I kept hearing "let it go. Let it all go. You are capable of surrender and will reap the rewards once you do."

My biggest takeaway was being able to witness and be exposed to scary things and not have an emotional reaction to it. I can experience something challenging or frightening and not have it suck me in and consume me. And then of course also surrendering fully. When I surrender to things outside of my control I will be rewarded.

There is so much more but I need to integrate. I also was specifically told to integrate for one month. I wrote in my journal: continuous lessons without integration becomes information overload and you will forget all the important parts.

I honor and respect the guidance given and I am full of gratitude for today's lesson. 🩷 I hope this makes sense. I'm still settling Into the body but wanted to share.

Edited: there was a comment that has since been deleted by a mod asking me how it can be "life changing" when it just happened. To that I will answer that when you know, you know. There are internal shifts that happen on such a profound level that have happened for me during my life and I can feel it instantly. This was one of those moments.

Why is E Mesh not available in the US?

Are mesh strip pieces like that no longer allowed in the USA or is it just that nobody is producing them anymore because they got replaced by other things?
