Hi, I just want to check that I'm not being singled out here. I have been unable to make a withdrawal for a month now, and every time I phone support they tell me that they've been having technical difficulties making transfers to Nationwide. They instead said they would execute the transfer manually, but they seem to be taking a while doing that too.

I've never had problems with Degiro before, this seems really suspicious. I understand technical difficulties happen but they usually don't take more than some weekend maintenance to fix.

Has anyone else been experiencing this?

In my country (Portugal) I dont have acess to some etfs i want to buy, so degiro adviced me to creat acount based on Ireland so i will have acess.

My questions:

I creat a new irish account? My adress is in Portugal, is it legit? Will it get aproved?

Is there anything I should watch out for—now or in the future—such as fees for moving funds, withdrawals, or government-related matters?

Thank you all, i contacted degiro and they said as my account is Portuguese, i do not have acess to products that dont have KID in my language. She said i can close my portuguese account (im starting it, zero balance) and open one with ireland and i will see those etfs.

I asked about the downsides of being Portuguese and living in Portugal while opening an Irish account, and was told there were no issues. Is there anything I should watch out for—now or in the future—such as fees for moving funds, withdrawals, or government-related matters?

Probably not the first one to ask this but do you have your whole portfolio on Degiro or split between brokers for security reasons?

I have like 80% of my portfolio on Degiro and the other 20% ( individual stock picks) on T212. But as my main portfolio grows I started to feel uneasy about having all eggs in the same basket. Should I split 50-50 with another broker or is it overkill? I'm happy with Degiro, does what I need and don't need more features ( fancy UIs, interest on cash, etc...)

I was looking back at 2024 Degiro fees and came across a large fee from "Financial instruments costs applicable for products with a KID/KIID", of 12,485 euro. I queried Degiro and was told it's a fee from the ETF itself, namely Bitwise Physical Bitcoin ETP. I traded about 20 round turn trades in the year.

What am I missing here, did I really pay 12,485 in fees to this ETF?

Hello! I'm currently trying to invest on NYMEX market, I already change my account from basic to active, I also did the tests to be aible to operate with futures and mark the Commodity Futures check. But when I go to Products -> Futures and I select NYMEX i can't see anything. Any help? Thank you

Has anyone who lived in the EU and had a DEGIRO account moved to the UK? Did you only need to update your residence or were you forced to close your account or sell your positions?

Should I go for Bond ETFS? Any good recommendations? I would like it to be on the Core list for low fees.

I am trying to put some cash in a STAR 50 index copying ETF but they don't show up in degiro. There are plenty of other chinese market ETFs so I don't understand why this particular one is not there.

I tried enabling every product type in settings but did nothing.

I recently discovered Degiro sold my positions without even informing me because of a reverse stock split from BYND on 14/08.

I understand why and that they are forced to do it because I didn't have enough shares for the reverse split (1:30).

But isn't a basic thing to at least notify your customer of this event? I got 0 messages from them, and in the BYND stock feed you can check this event announced a few days before. Maybe I was interested in buying the rest of shares to complete 1.

This kind of freaks me out if it happens with any other major instrument.

I am interested in investing in Vanguard All Cap Global ETF IE000VAHT5T0. However it is only currently listed on Degiro on Xetra (VALL). Do you know if there are any plans to make the Euronext Amsterdam or Borsa Italiana (VGLA) listings available for trading on DEGIRO as well?

Are the small caps worth it. Do you think small caps will perform good.

so vwrl is 60% in USA, that means I only have 40% in the rest of the world, but I want to spread it out. Is it smart to buy All world ex-USA and then buy S&P500?
