I’m really curious about mods that add completely new faces to the Literature Club. Which ones do you think handled original characters or crossovers the best, making them actually feel like part of the story?

This marks the start of the development of my first-ever mod. I’ve been a fan of DDLC mods since 2023, and I’m excited to see where this can go.

Synopsis

"The date is October 14th, 2026. Since 2009, heavyweight boxing has become the biggest rising sport in Japan. MC has moved away from Tokyo to a small town on the outskirts of Nagoya to pursue his dreams of heavyweight boxing. Otherwise, he lives a quiet life in solitude with his only supporter being his coach, Mr. Mochizuki. MC must learn to navigate high school life as a 2nd year student, earn his place in the boxing industry... and meet 6 beautiful girls in a literature club?"

I wanted to share how far my team’s mod has come along. My team is wonderful for doing such a great job on everything. We are working on a demo, but aren’t sure when it will be release. However, we are hopeful by the beginning of next year. It will be side stories similar to DDLC+, with our new characters and Kaori.

The Mod will have around 22 side stories for each pair outside the original pairs from DDLC+. It is intended to be a continuation of the side storie.

The main game will be divided into two parts, The Portrait of Markov and The Pan-Conscious Codex, both will have their own art style done by two diff artist. My hope is to have a past and present story going on, with the past being seen through Elyssa, Yuri, Kaori, and Monika’s eyes.

The story will be simple, THE HEROINE IS MONIKA, and she needs the Players help. A teacher has arrived into the game, and she isn’t afraid to tell the Player upfront she is aware and she isn’t playing around. Her name is Lib, and she is the new Literature Club Facility Advisor, and Sayori‘s cousin. Her love for the characters is that of a Mothe-hen, and she is kind and gentle, even to her rival Monika. To Lib, the club is her family and she loves them like any mother would. But the Player is not a part of her flock or family. She despises the Player and anyone who would try to invade her sanctuary. Make a wrong choice and Lib will be very angry. Monika does everything to protect the Player she loved from the original game, but Lib has new allies, all of whom we know better than we think. What is her true motives in this story, and why dose a character who hates the Player so much invite us into her sanctuary in the first place? Will you trust Monika, and find a way out of Lib’s twisted overprotective and overbearing world where her Amber Eyes are always watching? A guy on discord recommended me the "interaction" mod, he made it seem like it was the greatest mod ever.

Im about 3 hours in, i know its a long mod (about 15 hours) and the pacing is kinda slow but nothing interesting has happend yet and i dont know where the mod is going, and if i should keep playing it.

If anyone played this mod, please tell me if i should keep playing. I dont mind getting spoiled if that gives me a reason to keep playing the mod.

Hi, I'm a bit new to DDLC mods and I'd like to find some happy mods for Natsuki. So far I wanted to try exit music but when I was told that the ending isn't what I look for I dug around and it maid me really sad :( . So please if you know any mods that are light hearted, or even if they are a bit depreasing but with a happy end I'd be thankfull if you recomend them.

I avoided playing "This Bond We Share", because i thought it was gonna be some angsty teen crap, it turned out to be one of the best mods i've ever played. That's all i have to say. Go play it now.

I am a Brazilian artist and I would like to help in the creation of some mods.

I find it hard to get invested in mods that are more like traditional dating sims, where everything is going mostly well and the focus is on banter or romantic tension. I like the pain. I also prefer mods that focus on one character since they tend to have more nuance with a set path, especially Natsuki but I'm open to others.

Like I have MPT software for the characters who have mpt files which is all good and chill, but I don’t know how to use the characters with composite files on the doki modding archive website and make them in the game, and I cannot join the discord because apparently doogle is down or something idek so please help me
