I ordered a “medicine ball” tea and this is what they wrote on the cup. What da heck does it say?

Mainly I am trying to read the name of the undertaker at bottom in the close up photo. It looks like 'Richard Platt' to me but I can't find any record of someone with that name working as a undertaker in Brockville around that time.
