Pairing crystals help
I’m just getting into crystals and am working on pairings I can do, I’m wondering if tree moss agate, prehnite, green aventurine and malachite is a safe a healthy pairing for me to use. I’ve researched them quite a bit so I know what they all mean fairly well but I want to ensure there isn’t any contradictions

Opal, the October Birthstone [OC]
Birthstones are kind of a fun, silly tradition, with some cultural references which tie the time of someone’s birth, to a corresponding crystal.
Birthstones as we know them today, really became a thing in 1912, when the American National Association of Jewelers decided to create a standardized list of crystals, and put them with corresponding months of the year. This list has changed a few times over the years to replace less expensive crystals with more expensive ones, and has added multiple birthstones to each month.
Opal is one of the October. Opals represented love and passion to ancient Romans, purity and truth to Medieval Europeans, and the modern metaphysical properties of Opal include inspiring hope and sparking creativity.

Share Your Opals!
With October’s historical birthstone being Opal, I thought it would be fun to share pictures of any Opals you might have in your collection 😁

I need advice
I want to get my boss a grounding protection bracelet for her because she is always doing so much with so much different energy. She is the boss of 2 buildings with about 20 different people, projects etc constantly, her birthday is April 11th what are some good recommendations? I know some clash with certain signs so I want to get her the best that matches her. #thanks

Nephrite Jade?
I'm pretty sure these olive green bits from my "mine rough" are nephrite jade but I am wondering about the inclusions (?) in the piece on the left. Is there a term for that bubbly texture? Thanks!

Please help with choosing crystals to gift to family members
Hello!
I want to surprise my family members with some crystals each as we’ve had a bit of a tough few years. I want everyone to get a star sign crystal and then crystals to suit their individual circumstances and then a home crystal. The personal ones will likely stay in a bedroom in a pouch. They will just be plain stones with no sort of jewellery or anything. Am I able to please get advice on if these all look great? Do any of these crystals mix with each other badly or do you see any issues? Can the individual ones stay in a bedroom? The house ones will likely be in a living room or entryway. I’m super new to crystals so appreciate all the help!

Blue Green Fragments ID
These are more fragments from my bag of "mine rough." They're blueish green with darker striations, a mica-like sheen, and feel smooth but not glassy. The square piece (second photo closeup) is the most crystalline on its rough faces. It weighs 4 grams. Any ID help much appreciated.
Edit: After checking my handbook, I agree that this is probably amazonite. I also discovered under better light and magnification that the crystals that appear dark in the second photo are in fact not dark and are probably quartz. I promise better photos in future :)

Rainbow Obsidian [OC]
Obsidian is a naturally occurring volcanic glass which is formed by quickly cooled lava, which, due to the high viscosity and rapid cooling, minimized crystal growth.
Rainbow Obsidian is formed by nanoparticle inclusions of the minerals Hedenbergite or Magnetite.
Rainbow Obsidian is said to help bring joy, hope, and optimism.

Can you help me identify this?
We were on vacation in Lake Havasu last week and I bought this from a shop in Oatman. The shop owner told me what it was but I completely forgot.

first amethyst broke..twice
been using crystals for almost 7 years. i've never had my own amethyst. two days ago i got to a shop and they have an amethyst ring. i feel really drawn to it. i've never felt this way abt amethyst (hence me never having one) so naturally i buy it. i cleanse it and place it by my bed, the next morning i am ready to wear it. i take it and it fumbles to get on. i do it again and it fumbles to get on but i get it on the third time. then i realize it is wayyy to small and i try to pry it off. it take a few minutes. finally i get it off. i was thinking the whole time the weirdness but i was like wtv its just small. finally i get in on the correct finger, somehow it fumbles on and falls to the ground and breaks into many pieces.
i think about that for a few days. i try to use my discernment abt it.
i keep my other ring i got which is actually the first time ive bought it. i felt a magnetic type pull to it and it felt like it was pulling a cyclinder pull to me as i was walking around the store it was almost visual. idk very strong. so i of course buy it. and its been perfect. its a black obsidian ring. it's been great...
today i decide to go back to the shop and i was like okay im going to do better and try this again. i get the amethyst ring, come home, cleanse it. finally i put in on. perfect fit, went on easily. a few minutes later, someone im with says something and in response i clap (abt twice) ...it breaks in HALF.
that's that for amethyst rings for now i guess.
but please, any ideas for what these occurrences are? what does this mean possibly?
