Spent a weekend in Vermont and we made the trip to Hill Farmstead. Beautiful spot and of course a great section. The retail shop must do 20k a day on the weekends. It's gets crowded on cold days like yesterday. Worth the trip!

Revolution Brewing Supermassive Cafe Deth Bourbon Barrel aged double coffee stout 14% ABV

Inspired in part by the disconcertingly large gravitational singularity at the center of our galaxy, we devised Supermassive Café Deth to be the midpoint of a theoretical bourbon barrel-aged stout-coffee continuum. After a painstaking eighteen months of aging, this slightly sweet blend of Deth's Tar meets its cosmic binary in the form of freshly roasted Dark Matter coffee to the tune of ten pounds per oak barrel. Enjoy immediately or store cold.

I feared the peat would kill me but it’s more like a smoked beer. Quite nice - but not as nice as the Tequila Barrel. Still a pretty decent and unique beer. And so easy to drink considering its 11 ABV.

Gravehop. Browar Monsters. IPA - New Zealand. 7% alc.

On the nose, it unleashes a tropical fruit bomb—passion fruit and mango—along with citrus, pine resin, and hints of diesel. The palate mirrors these flavors, featuring a light malt base and a firm, pronounced, and lingering bitterness. A very interesting Polish beer, blending West Coast and New Zealand IPA styles.

The magic of Amarillo hops. Wishing I bought more than one.

Imperial IPA. 8.3% ABV. Citrusy and just a little dank at the back end. Balanced and delicious. Man Other Half makes a good beer.

Cracked open a bottle with friends and was absolutely impressed with flavors and head retention. Molasses forward with hints of raisin/plum, and mild vanilla from the barrel again

The place always hits the spot. Quite a bit of a drive. Worth it
