Spent a weekend in Vermont and we made the trip to Hill Farmstead. Beautiful spot and of course a great section. The retail shop must do 20k a day on the weekends. It's gets crowded on cold days like yesterday. Worth the trip!

Old guy flashback pic from 2009. Sitting at the bar in the Three Floyd’s taproom back when they actively used their building to serve awesome food and pour beers. I still miss it.

Imperial IPA. 8.3% ABV. Citrusy and just a little dank at the back end. Balanced and delicious. Man Other Half makes a good beer.

The place always hits the spot. Quite a bit of a drive. Worth it

The magic of Amarillo hops. Wishing I bought more than one.

Cracked open a bottle with friends and was absolutely impressed with flavors and head retention. Molasses forward with hints of raisin/plum, and mild vanilla from the barrel again

Wonderful beer, great drinkability.

First chilly day of the season.

Amazing beer

I was recently on a podcast with Kate Hyde, the Head Brewer of Hand Brew Co.

What she had to say about why cask ale is special, and it’s resonance with an anti-digital generation was so insightful I wanted to write it up for an article.

I would love to know what people think, particularly any Gen-Z drinkers..

Always a great day when you find your favorite beer back on shelves.

6.9% ABV. Happy Friday.
