The first of this spring's Galloway calves
All 3 calves are heifers. The 3 day old, premature calf in pictures 4 & 5 is only 60cm/2' high but is doing well. Her mother is a small cow as she had health issues when young.

Identify the breed
Hey everyone, I was out walking and saw this cow which was unbelievably big for cow breeds I’ve seen. Is it potentially a Holstein bull? UK based.

Sick calf, how to help? Spoiler
We've got a 2 week old hereford heifer that's been in the dumps lately. She's been lethargic, not eating most of the bottles offered to her, having diarrhea, had a fever of 105°F, had significant snotty nasal discharge, and has just not been right.
We've given 2 shots of b complex, have been giving all the electrolytes she'll take, moved her to the shade to help with her fever, and have tried every trick in the book to get her to eat/boost energy. We also suspected that she had a mild case of bloat so we did an oil drench.
We've tried everything we know how to do but we're not sure she'll make it through the day now. We're new to cows so our knowledge is limited. Our vet can't see her and honestly I'm not sure she'd make the car ride anyways. Is there any other last-ditch things we could try to get her going?
Does this sound like anything ya'll are familiar with so we know how to treat the rest of the herd?

Boo-Mooooooo!
Someone shared their cow pumpkin earlier, and I thought, “I’ve got one of those!” So here’s my little guy, nestled among the orange marigolds and monarch butterflies.
He might be small, but he’s big in my heart. 🧡
