Please anyone who has worked at natural cafe in the San Fernando valley please tell me how the to make the Caesar salad dressing. It’s like crack and it’s not like traditional Cesar salad dressings and they closed the Natural Cafe in Thousand Oaks California near my house and I’m always craving it.

It doesn't seem to be regular Italian seasoning. When I try to make it at home, I'm not getting the ratios right. It seems to be a mix of Italian seasoning and Herbs de Provence maybe? Can anyone help me with the right ratios? Or a supplier?

Jewel makes an insanely delicious, chewy chocolate chip cookie. They make a few different types, but one option is specifically called the Gourmet Chocolate Chunk cookie. It tastes vastly different than the other two varieties, and it is one of my favorite cookies ever!!

I need figuring out how to make them!!

The listed ingredients are wheat flour, chocolate chunks, palm soy blend margarine, baking soda; brown sugar, butter, eggs, guar gum, invert sugar, modified food starch, natural and artificial flavors, salt, soy lecithin, sugar, water, whey protein.

I would describe them as usually a bit undercooked, and VERY chewy. I freeze them, and when I thaw them, they are chewy again within about 10 minutes. When I freeze cookies that I make, they are more brittle when thawed, so maybe that is the invert sugar, guar gum, and margarine blend?

We used to have a Buckhorn Grill in town, but now the closest one is 45 minutes away. I know you can buy bottles of their dressing but it’s just too far a drive when you have a last minute craving for their salads. Does anyone know the recipe for the honey lime dressing? All the ones we have tried on the web don’t come out quite right.
