Music This is more an attempt with using more instruments.

I didn't remember that years ago I have bought two VST instruments from Vienna instrument pro.

The Appassionata strings and the flute.

I tried to use them with the harpsichord vst, I enjoyed it very much but I have no idea on composing with more instruments so I am trying.

Does it sound quite good?

Music VERY WIP, writing a longer orchestral work and would like some feedback on form, thematics and structure/coherence

The Irish word “Loinnir” (pronounced Lin-ir) translates roughly to “glittering, gleaming, or glowing”. Inspired by that definition, I decided to start writing with those types of colors/timbres in mind. I Mostly like my ideas, just wondering if it’s coherent???

Music Celestial Forest (original composition)

A forest at nighttime; slivers of moonlight stream through the canopy above and reflections of stars glimmer in the brook that runs alongside a worn path. Crumbling statues, covered by moss and succumbing to the passage of time, can be found throughout this forest; vestiges of a world long past.

Found some FX I liked on the guitar VST and wrote this simple, sort of experimental piece to work through some creative block, hoping it will help to untangle some of that blocked energy. Experimental for me in the sense that I don't use guitar very often, admittedly because writing for it feels a bit foreign to me, even after studying guitar scores... Music really is such a life-long learning process. :)

Music “Waltz of Petals” by Suffocatus (Neoclassical Waltz). What do you think about it?

• Upvotes

I worked on this composition for almost a year and a half. I wrote the first part initially, but then I ran out of ideas. I kept coming back to it, trying to add something, change things, and rewrite parts of it. Finally, I finished it about a year ago.
The motivation behind it was the most ordinary thing in the world: being in love. 😆
I’d love to hear your thoughts! And if you’d like to listen to the full piece, I’m leaving the link below:

Music I need some feedback for a Piano/Clarinet Composition

I made a short piece that's not meant to be taken that seriously (that's why it's called Humoreske) and I'd like to know what I did well and what needs improvement.

Also any advice on how to make the score look better is appreciated.

If you don't have the time, a short "I like it because..." or "It sucks because..." would already be appreciated.

Thanks : )

Music I arranged The Tell-Tale Heart for a "cyber-gothic quartet"—four distinct voices drifting in and out of phase to mirror the narrator's fracturing mind. (Headphones recommended)

Helloooo!

I made a composition using four readings of The Tell-Tale Heart, sourced from LibriVox. I tried to make it move like a translation of the narrator's mind. I have split it into sections and have been making videos to go along with it. I have been working on a couple of different styles for the videos. Please let me know what you think! I can't post the video here, but you can find the different parts on my tiktok page.
