Base speed still the same and the attachments are way too negative providing a clunky experience. What even was the beta for? Awful release

I got back into cod and was really looking forward to bettering myself mechanically in mw4. I get a lot of satisfaction out of improving and being good. In mw4 it feels like The skill floor has dropped dramatically. AA in my opinion is so strong that I feel like I'm hardly using my mechanical skill.
I want to get better and become a top tier shitterš
with wanting to become better mechanically should I stick with bo7 or play mw4?

Just like the song āVideo Killed the Radio Star,ā weāre watching history repeat itself in Call of Duty.
skillful movement killed the omnimovement starsā¦
Itās genuinely heartbreaking watching MW4 bring back movement that actually requires practice and mechanical skill. Omnimovement was perfect because it allowed people like me to feel like absolute movement demons without having to put in any actual work. I could slide around, dive in every direction, break cameras, and convince myself I was mechanically gifted without ever having to master anything.
Now youāre telling me I have to PRACTICE to move like a good player? Why? I have absolutely no interest in developing mechanical skill. I just want to press a couple buttons, fly around the map like prime Shotzzy, and feel superior to everyone else. ITS A VIDEO GAME FOR CHRIST SAKE NOT A SPORT.
I donāt want a skill gap. I want the ILLUSION of a skill gap where Iām always on the winning side. And even if I lose a gunfight I want my opponent to look cracked to make me feel good.
Not everyone wants to dedicate hours to getting good. Some of us just want the game to make us feel like weāre good, and I donāt see why thatās such an unreasonable request. some of us also have livesā¦
RIP Omnimovement. You made me feel like a movement demon when I had absolutely no business being one. š back to going from iri to plat this year

Better or Worse?

I guess I have to thank the activision team for changing my mind. I thought since Cold War I was going to be hooked for life. But with every year changing look, feel, and rhythm on a map reskin. Thereās no consistency and when I finally liked a version of cod..it changes the next year. Gonna enjoy being an observer but will be hanging up the gloves for a minute. And when I see optic doing fucking bet ads I know itās a wraps

Thought the guy had left. Maps are awful, SBMM is cranked high, movement feels like youāre stuck in the mud to the point where youāre actively punished for moving a lot of the time. Constant UAVās and sound whoring means youāre getting pre aimed at all times. Just a horrid public match experience. Donāt know why I ever expect different from IW at this point but sad to see a franchise I love be so bad for so many years now. They just donāt listen.

BO6 and BO7 were the first CoDs that I ever played ācompetitively,ā and Iād like to think that I was reasonably skilled at both of them, having placed mid to high Crimson every season I played in both.
I say all that to say Iāve never played a non Treyarch game outside of pubs, and itās pretty clear on day one that a lot of my skill in the last two games as a faster paced sub player is not going to translate to this game.
Any tips on the transition from a Treyarch title to an Infinity Ward title? Off the cuff, Iām noticing that sliding is not nearly as fluid or useful (obviously) as it was in the last two games.

Am I crazy to say that when Kremp is on, he is as good as JoeDeceives, Abezy, Neptune, or even Hydra? I feel like he is slept on due to his lack of success in placing well.

Gave so many reason why it's bad for the entertainment space. He's the most excited out of all of them.

Hi guys just wondering what the best tournament site is for cod these days? Is it cmg? Read online they're good but also that it's a scam with every tournament hosting a Cheater and bad customer service, I used to play warzone tournaments on zleague when that first came out and that was decent until it changed for the worse and eventually shut down

And Zoomaa whenever someone been saying about temp if heās still on the flank as theyāve added clay, heās just totally ignored it as heās cut from the flank now too. Damn DON DADA.
Heās also just been super silent too which also makes sense now too.
