As title. Following mobalytics both builds have the same pattern (Deadman Plate, FoN, Jaksho) but starting with heartsteel increases the win rate by 1.2% over starting with rocketbelt and it's also the most picked. Why is that? Ive always thought starting rocketbelt was better due to its synergy wirh red smite and approach velocity, helping with the ganks. Is it an elo difference? Would you suggest heartsteel in lower elo? Is it because heartsteel is easier?

Hello fell Cho chompers, this big beefy boi has been my favorite champ since I started playing back in the paleolithic era (2012).

I took a break this past summer and now I am hoping back in the meat wagon to munch some fools.

Any fun/ meta builds I should be trying? Not sure what has changed this summer since I have been a busy boy.

I am gold player and have been trying chogath since last month. I have 55 wr (30 ISH game) on him but some game are so miserable even if I do really good with him early. Whats the best build for him according to enemy comp. Also what's the best thing to do late game beside getting melted even before you reach the enemy.

I made a video using a VOD from one of my live gameplay sessions. Not much commentary because there was literally no one around to interact with, and the game itself was pretty slow/quiet, lol.

i dont play him often and i dont know how known this is, but eating the rift herald which destroys turrets doesnt count towards the minions quest, so if you have the occassion its good to eat it.

Hi guys, is there any UI element or icon in-game that shows how many minion stacks I've collected out of the 6 max limit? Or do I just have to keep count manually? I find it pretty confusing that every monster type is listed individually instead of just showing a simple 6/6 minion counter.

Rocketbelt is getting nerfed by 10 haste, while it's dash is still useful. I feel like cosmic drive might be a better option due to now having a 15 haste difference(also has 10 more ap but that's not a big difference). Alongside providing 4% movement speed and 20 movement speed on hitting spells. Now I'm not sure if that's enough movement speed to make up for a short dash but you do get higher stats in return. Is it possible for it to be a sidegrade now that it's way better stat wise?

Put a lot of time into this cause I think there are a lot of misconceptions on how to play him, asked a lot of otps and studied/played the champ a lot, enjoy!

I apologize if this has been asked before but I couldn't find anything online. When is the last time he was in rotation? I got some mythic essence left over from crates and back when every 50 levels would give you some.

Also do you consider it his best skin or is gentleman cho gath the best?

Early- Farm/Tempo heavy, gank after your clears - stacking drakes really good, grubs are useless.
Mid- Tempo heavy, try to always Ult objectives if possible
Late- Camps overrated, go fight you have very low cooldowns don't worry about stacking every kill, get the kills and try to force objectives, you win every smtie with R + Smite

Does Cho’Gath actually work? Has anyone tried him yet?

I used to really enjoy playing him in the jungle, but now I mainly play him as a support

I’m at the Silver/Gold level, so I don’t really care about much I’d just like to know if anyone has tried him or if anyone has any suggestions for a build!!!!

I think he’s playable and fun because of his crowd control, his strong ultimate, the ability to farm without relying on stealing from the ADC (not that I’d mind stealing from him…), and his ultimate that helps with objectives, as well as the playstyle of tank or utility builds...

I mean, cho literally becomes the size of the baron and is also from the void, it would be perfect....

Im a nasus and jax top otp and wanted to have cho as a niche pick for whenever both arent available or if im filled mid/jg because he seems pretty flexible and fun to play.

So my question is what runes/builds am i supposed to be going and how should i be playing laning phase?

As for items and builds when i play cho jg, i always build heartsteel into deadmans or force of nature then riftmaker then full tank with HOB but idk if that same thing can be applied to top or mid. The recommended runes tab shows u can take grasp but it feels so much worse than HOB when it comes to fighting

In lane i max e and try to fish short q e HOB trades and hopefully eat my laner but doing this into a darius or fiora feels like a death sentence so idk if im just bad lol

I hit Diamond 3 peak with Cho'Gath Jungle and I've been experimenting with my builds a lot.

It's amazing how I can come back in such a doomed game.

My latest build also involves Spear of Shojin + Axiom Arc to get 24% added Ult Damage. I am having so much fun experimenting with Cho'Gath builds. Dropping 22 kills with this champ feels hella silly. XD
